Abstract Community-based forest management (CBFM) is a forest management system that is carried out by communities and forest companies with a mutual benefit principle.One of them is to bring benefits to the community from the plants cultivated. Each combination of plants yields a different income.The research aims (a) to calculate the profit of pineapple and turmeric cultivation under forest stands in the Forest District of Kediri, (b) to calculate the profit sharing between communities and companies, and (c) the value of forest product fees of pineapple and turmeric. Data were collected through observation and interviews and employ benefit-cost analysis. Shared profit was calculated based on cooperation agreements and the fee was calculated based on the prevailing tariff. The results of the study showed (1) the profit of the pineapple business was IDR 18,800,000 per ha per season, of which IDR 12,635,000 was for the community, IDR 5,415,000 was for the company’s profit share IDR 750,000 was for forest product fees. (2) the profit of the turmeric business was IDR 13.600.000 per ha per season, of which IDR 9,205,000 was for the community, IDR 3,945,000 was for the company profit share, and IDR 450,000 was for forest product fees.

Red dragon fruit is one of the strategic horticultural commodities that is growing rapidly in Banyuwangi because it has an exotic appearance and produces fruit that can be consumed. One area that cultivates organic red dragon fruit was Jambewangi. There were several problems in Jambewangi, such as farmers didn’t know profit distribution and cost’s share between marketing channels in organic red dragon fruit. The purpose of this study was to analyze the profit share and cost-share in Jambewangi. Determination of the research location used the purposive method and the method of determining the respondents used the snowball sampling method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The analysis used is the quantitative analysis used to measure the profit’s share and cost’s share. The results of the analysis can be concluded that the highest profit share value was found in channel 1 with 76.17% and the lowest cost share was also found in channel 1 with 23.83%. This result showed that channel 1 was the most efficient organic red dragon fruit marketing channel, compared to other marketing channels.

This study aims to find out, test, and prove the influence of sharia financing on financing risk, financing performance, and zakat of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. This research uses a form of quantitative research with a type of exoplanet research. The sample of this study was 12 Islamic Banks in the period 2015-2019. The results of this study found scheme financing influence the risk of financing. Buying and selling financing affects the performance of financing, but not profit-share financing and ijarah financing obtained insignificant to the performance of financing. Buying and selling financing is not significant to zakat, while revenue-share financing and ijarah financing are significant to zakat. Financing risk significant to financing performance. Financing performance significant towards zakat. The findings of this study show that management should be able to manage to buy and selling financing, yield share financing, and ijarah financing to minimize financing risk. Management's ability to manage and minimize financing risks can improve financing performance so that increased financing performance will also increase the company's zakat. Perception is the process of one’s interpretation of the environment, in this case the perception of Islamic banking. The purpose of this study was to determine how the perception of guest lecturers of Islamc Banking Study of Economic and Islamic Business UIN SU towards Islamic Banking. The method used is a qualitative method. The data uses are questionnaire and interview data. The results of study present data that 73,33% agree with the principles of Islamic banking. That is they have a good perception of the principles of Islamic banking, namely; Islamic banks are banks based on monotheism, guided by the Qur'an and hadith. Islamic Banks are banks that are free from usury, maysir and gharar. Sharia Banking in its business activities is based on sharia principles, economic democracy and prudential principles. 43% stated neutral on islamic bank operation. It means that the informants were still hesitant about the operations of islamic banks, because according to them islamic banks were still unable to operate in accordance with islamic principles, did not provide a large profit share to their customers, their products were difficult to access and the amount of administrative costs. 44% of informants agreed with the objectives of islamic banking. That is, informan have a good perception ofthe objectives of islamic banks, namely for the benefit. Islamic banks prioritize justice and togetherness for all their customers, islamic banks also contribute to reducing poverty through financing products. If seen from the aspect of general perception regarding the existance of islamic banks, islamic bank services, convenience and security in transactions, it can be concluded that 70% of informants have a good perception of islamic banks. The decicion of the informant in choosing an islamic bank, amounting to 70%.

Islamic banks are banks whose activities leave usury problems. While usury is meant is excess property in a muamalah with no compensation. The mechanism of interest-free Islamic banking / usury based on philosophical and practical reasons. The principle of Islamic banking profit sharing makes the risk of loss smaller than deposit interest, but this high profit share still cannot provide a large influence on the economy. The reason is people still choose bank interest because the negative implications of the bank interest system are not felt directly individually in the near future by the public

This research aimed to analyze the behavior in smallholder cocoa marketing agencies in Sempu Village Banyuwangi District. The choice of Jambewangi Village was intentional because there was lots of cocoa farming and known with good quality. Data were taken from 50 farmers of the group member who were chosen randomly. Data were analyzed using descriptive and analytic methods. The results showed that there were two marketing channels with a margin of USD 0.57 and USD 0.66. Channel I was more efficient because it had a small margin and more equal profit share and cost. The characteristic of each channel was different seen from the application of quality variance, pricing and payment system, marketing system.
