The background of this study is because of the number of Salak fruits in wrong treatment so that the group of farmers work together to make the fruits into several processed products.   Home industy of farmers group Ambudi Makmur 2 Kramat Bangkalan is one of home industries in Bangkalan district; this company is engaged in the production and processing of salak. The company has 13 products from the processed salak good management is needed to make the production activities run optimally. Besides, it is also supported by the alignment of production factors so that the production activities are in accordance with the targets of expectation. Because it affects the income and progress of the company, this type of the study is included in field research. To obtain the data in this study, the present study used interview, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data, this study used qualitative approach such as describing the object according to the actual fenomena. Based on the results of the research that the home industry or Unit Dagang (UD), Budy Jaya has carried out production management properly and does not against the Islamic economic principles, where in production activities uses clean and halal raw materials and equipments. This is done to provide the best hospitality for the benefit of the people. Keywords: Management, production, processed salak, Islamic Economy.

This research is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach with the title Role of the Principal in Improving PAI Learning during the Corona Pandemic at RA Taam Adinda Kepatihan Menganti Gresik. This study aims to determine the role and strategy of school principals in improving PAI learning during the corona pandemic at RA TAAM Adinda Kepatihan Gresik. The subjects in this study were educators, students, parents, and related parties. The data collection techniques used were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the findings of this study can be concluded that the role of the RA Taam Adinda principal in improving Islamic Education learning during the corona pandemic in Kepatihan Menganti Gresik village was as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator that had been implemented properly and by defined goals and plans. The strategies used by the school principal in improving PAI learning during the corona pandemic at RA Taam Adinda Kepatihan Menganti Gresik were improving teaching skills for teachers, optimizing the use of media and educational facilities, carrying out regular supervision, and establishing good cooperation with the community

Human resource management is a process of managing human resources or a potential within humans to realize desired goals in groups. In the Qur'an, it is explained that man is the creation of Allah Almighty. Who is perfect from other beings. Management science is part of the social film, so it is very closely related to human resources. The most influential actor in the management process is the man himself. So that human resource management becomes critical in success to achieve the goals aspired by each group. Islam is a religion that provides various solutions for human affairs, especially in the process of human resource management in its holy book, the Qur'an. Thus in this article, researchers use literature research that examines and analyzes books related to human resource management from the perspective of Quranic verses. So it can be concluded that in the management of human resources in the verses of the Qur'an, there are four processes, namely planning, selection and placement, development, and compensation.

This research aims to describe how the character building in Al-Ghurobaa's Pesantren. This research uses qualitative analysis. Data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The findings in this study are that character building begins with building the social structure of the pesantren. The social structure of the pesantren is made through three stages, namely making rules, enforcing rules, and habituating the rules. The contribution of this research is helpful for pesantren who want to build character. Pesantren can imitate the pattern done at Al-Ghurobaa's Pesantren.

Education for children starts from family because it will determine the character of children in adolescence. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of democratic parenting in building emotional intelligence and religiosity in adolescents. Because without parental guidance the child will experience deviations in the daily behavior. The research subject was in Kramatagung Village, Bantaran District, Probolinggo. In this case, the researcher used descriptive qualitative methods. Observation, interviews, and documentation were used in the data collection techniques and to analyze the data the researcher used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions techniques. This research showed that the emotional intelligence and religiosity of adolescents in Kramatagung village are categorized as poor, but parents in implementing parenting styles for children in Kramatagung village are quite democratic. Furthermore, based on research it is known that the emotional intelligence and reliability of adolescents in the Kramatagung village are quite an apprehension. The adolescents who are emotionally intelligent and have good religious intelligence are educated by applying democratic parenting. It is the duty of parents to educate, guide, nurture, and always remind also advise the children not to be trapped by world life which increasingly shows freedom in an association. Guidance and education especially in the family are top priorities in addition to other education outside the home

In this study, the researcher raised a learning method problem namely mutual Muroja’ah to read juz amma fluently for kindergarten students at TPQ Raudlatul Qur’an. In this study, researcher used a qualitative descriptive research approach with case study research. The data collection techniques used observation, test, interview and documentation. The analysis techniques used were a) data reduction, b) data display and c) conclusion making. As the result of the study are: a) the mutual muroja’ah method implementation was conducted by many ways such as guided muroja’ah, continuing verse muroja’ah and reading together, b) the method is very effective in helping students to read Alqur’an fluently, in terms of the results of evaluation test every three months that the percentage assessment result show that many students obtain grade B and even some students achieved grade A in terms of reading fluency

In the picture of ordinary people, Sufism teaches Zuhud and distances itself from the world in theory and practice. But this is different from reality. Sufism orders in the archipelago also appeared in the vanguard to fight and repel the invaders. The history of Islamic civilization records a series of resistance movements led by Sheikh Sufism with his followers to fight against the Dutch colonialists. For this to become evident to us, we must examine some of their words and actions: Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali wrote his book (Reviving the Sciences of Religion) during the period of the Crusaders victory over the Levant, and the author remembered everything from the works of hearts and did not remember to write a chapter on jihad. We conducted literature studies and verified and interpreted the descriptions in the literature. With a descriptive analysis, the approach is obtained. The conceptual ambiguity that afflicted Sufism regarding the concepts of jihad and the application of Islamic law" played a major role in the emergence of some analyses that suggest Sufism playing a safe alternative to extremist Islamic movements. Therefore, in this article, we try to answer a complex question, which is the degree of The link between the Sufi orders and the concepts of jihad and the application of Islamic law, and is it possible for the Sufi orders to adopt a form of political violence to implement their goals?

This writing aims to analyze the sociological aspects of multicultural Islamic religious education. Multicultural Islamic religious education is a solution to the plurality of Indonesian society in accordance with the democratic principles adopted by the Indonesian nation. Multicultural Islamic religious education is an important aspect in building the nation's next generation. Sociological aspects in multicultural Islamic religious education are fundamentally reflected by the existence of conducive cooperation between Islamic religious education in the family, school and community environment, good educational control will be realized. In a sociological context, the family is the first and foremost institution known to children. In this case, his parents are the first to be known and provide educational values. Then the school environment, the school at this time is a need for everyone to get an education from school. Schools in this case have two important aspects, namely individual aspects and social aspects. On the one hand, schools are tasked with influencing and creating conditions that allow optimal development. Furthermore, the community environment, a diverse society such as in Indonesia often creates the potential for friction or even conflict. Therefore, differences are a necessity in a pluralistic society. Differences must be accepted as a necessity. Such acceptance will lead to people's attitudes that can accept existing differences. This is what will produce students who have good morals, who will not only make their parents and teachers proud, but also the community as users of educational outcomes.

Waqf assets that are well managed and developed according to a clear direction can increase the economic level of the community with the economic means therein. The role of Waqf nazir becomes very important considering their duties, namely, the manager, as well as the Waqf object service, according to their functions. Of course, this is related to mauquf 'alaihi, in which they are appointed to benefit from the allocation of Waqf. The purpose of this research is to look at the mauquf ' alaih strategy in maintaining Nazir's trust so that the assets of the Waqf were maintained and well maintained. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with a literature study approach, which will explain about Waqf. The type of data used in this scientific paper is secondary data. The data sources referred to are journals and books on Waqf management. However, the results show that the management of Waqf assets has a very significant impact and produces greater benefits if it is managed and developed productively. Then the role of nazir will be seen as more visible considering that they are the ones in the workshop for the Waqf. Economic opportunities in productive Waqf can boost nazir's confidence and encourage him to be more active in the organization and Waqf

Based on the criteria of learning al-Qur'an Hadith with the material of surah az-Zalzalah, it can be said that it is valid and effective for grade IV students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. To compile and produce learning, it is necessary to research the development of e-learning media through edmodo. Can increase the creativity of students in learning al-Qur'an Hadith about surah az-Zalzalah using e-learning media through edmodo. This type of research is the ADDIE model that has been used in the development of Al-Qur'an Hadith learning through edmodo e-learning media. There are 5 stages in the ADDIE model, namely analysis, design, development, application and evaluation. Has been validated by 3 lecturers as validator experts, media and instruments on e-learning media through edmodo. The subjects in development research were 30 grade students for the 2020-2021 school year. Learning al-Qur'an Hadith surah az-Zalzalah can be said to be good and meet the requirements with a rating of 78.34% through the edmodo e-learning media. However, students can respond to the learning media with a rating of 82.36% and have been declared good. Thus, all aspects of e-learning media through edmodo in learning al-Qur'an Hadith surah az-Zalzalah can be categorized as good and feasible to be used in the learning process.
