This study examined the development, evaluation and safety aspect of enriched weaning food from cereal, legume and vegetable. Maize was fermented, soybean was defatted and carrot was sliced, and all were processed to flour. The flours were formulated to blends. Laboratory analysis were done such as proximate, minerals, haematology and lipid studies of rat fed both formulated and commercial diets as well as the growth and feed intake of the rats. The data obtained were analyzed. The results showed that the moisture content observed was low ranging from 5.07% -12.91%. The lowest moisture (5.07%) was defatted soybean flour; this was followed by fermented maize flour (9.71%) while the highest moisture (12.91%) was seen in carrot powder. Carrot had the highest Ca (5850.0ppm), followed by defatted soybean (4700ppm), the least was maize (2900ppm). The highest count for white blood cell (WBC) was observed in rat fed rat pellet ie diet G (11.8x109). The high density lipoprotein (HDL) of rats fed different diets ranged from 31 to79mg/dl with group F (31.0 mg/dl) and C (79 mg/dl) which had the lowest and highest HDL respectively. At day 4, the highest (62.20g) feed intake was observed for rats that fed on diet C, next B (60.70 g), diet D (54.20 g), diet G (53.20 g), diet E (45.10 g), diet F (43.80 g). The least feed intake was diet A (39.6 g) in that decreasing order. This study has showed that diet C was outstanding among the diets and should be used to improve the body weight of infant, increased the HDL, reduced LDL, improves haematological parameters and improves nutritional qualities.

Background Due to the coronavirus infection, visitors to all hospitals were greatly restricted in the UK. In maternity hospitals, only partners of women in labour were permitted to attend the hospital. Aims This study aimed to gain an understanding of women's experiences of visiting restrictions imposed due to COVID-19. Methods Women who attended the hospital for outpatient appointments and who were inpatients on the antenatal or postnatal ward during a two-week period were asked to complete an anonymous survey. Findings A total of 422 surveys were completed. The majority of women (97.6%) agreed that the hospital made adequate preparations for them to feel safe. Most women reported that the restrictions are a good thing and several advantages were identified. Women cited not having their partner with them as the main negative consequence to the restrictions. Conclusions Although women miss having their partner for support during scans and to help after the baby is born, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the safety aspect of the restrictions and the support received from staff is considered by women when making recommendations to a maternity hospital about whether, or how, to ease restrictions on visiting.

ABSTRACTTrack Quality Index (TQI) Value Prediction Based on Frequency Data and Traffic Load for 1067 Track Gauge: Track Quality Index (TQI) is an output from a measurement train. The higher TQI value indicates the higher level of railroad damage. The government has limitations to get the TQI value due to the limited number of measuring trains that are owned. Therefore, an alternative is needed to predict TQI values so that the safety aspect is guaranteed. To predict the TQI value on the width of the rail 1067 mm, a statistical regression analysis method was used. The variables used are TQI Parameters (Y) value, traffic frequency (X1) and traffic load (X2). Based on analysis, the form of the equations to predict the value of TQI parameters are YPert = 1,00.10-5 X1 + 1,47.10-7 X2 + 3,58; YAng = 2.08.10-5 X1 + 1.62.10-7 X2 + 3.77; YListr = 1,07.10-5 X1 + 1,60.10-7 X2 + 1,75; YLbspr = 1.76.10-5 X1 + 1.36.10-7 X2 + 0.32. The magnitude of the frequency and traffic load values in the TQI value categories are 10,230 train/yr and 11,524,169 tons/yr in categories 1, 17,050 train/yr and 19,206,948 tons/yr in category 2, 27,280 train /yr and 30,731,117 tons/yr in category 3 as well as more than 27,280 train/yr and 30,731,117 tons/yr in category 4.Keywords: track quality index; safety; regresion; equations.ABSTRAKTrack Quality Index (TQI) adalah output dari kereta ukur. Semakin tinggi nilai TQI, tingkat kerusakan jalan rel semakin parah.
