ABSTRACTTrack Quality Index (TQI) Value Prediction Based on Frequency Data and Traffic Load for 1067 Track Gauge: Track Quality Index (TQI) is an output from a measurement train. The higher TQI value indicates the higher level of railroad damage. The government has limitations to get the TQI value due to the limited number of measuring trains that are owned. Therefore, an alternative is needed to predict TQI values so that the safety aspect is guaranteed. To predict the TQI value on the width of the rail 1067 mm, a statistical regression analysis method was used. The variables used are TQI Parameters (Y) value, traffic frequency (X1) and traffic load (X2). Based on analysis, the form of the equations to predict the value of TQI parameters are YPert = 1,00.10-5 X1 + 1,47.10-7 X2 + 3,58; YAng = 2.08.10-5 X1 + 1.62.10-7 X2 + 3.77; YListr = 1,07.10-5 X1 + 1,60.10-7 X2 + 1,75; YLbspr = 1.76.10-5 X1 + 1.36.10-7 X2 + 0.32. The magnitude of the frequency and traffic load values in the TQI value categories are 10,230 train/yr and 11,524,169 tons/yr in categories 1, 17,050 train/yr and 19,206,948 tons/yr in category 2, 27,280 train /yr and 30,731,117 tons/yr in category 3 as well as more than 27,280 train/yr and 30,731,117 tons/yr in category 4.Keywords: track quality index; safety; regresion; equations.ABSTRAKTrack Quality Index (TQI) adalah output dari kereta ukur. Semakin tinggi nilai TQI, tingkat kerusakan jalan rel semakin parah. Pemerintah memiliki keterbatasan untuk mendapatkan nilai TQI karena terbatasnya jumlah kereta ukur yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan alternatif untuk memprediksi nilai TQI sehingga aspek keselamatan terjamin. Untuk memprediksi nilai TQI pada lebar rel 1067 mm, digunakan metode analisis regresi. Variabel yang digunakan adalah nilai Parameter TQI (Y), frekuensi lalu lintas (X1) dan beban lalu lintas (X2). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, bentuk persamaan untuk memprediksi nilai parameter TQI adalah YPert = 1,00.10-5 X1 + 1,47.10-7 X2 + 3,58; YAngkt = 2.08.10-5 X1 + 1.62.10-7 X2 + 3.77; YListr = 1,07.10-5 X1 + 1,60.10-7 X2 + 1,75; YLbspr = 1.76.10-5 X1 + 1.36.10-7 X2 + 0.32. Besarnya frekuensi dan nilai beban lalu lintas dalam kategori nilai TQI adalah 10.230 kereta/tahun dan 11.524.169 ton/tahun pada kategori 1, 17.050 kereta/tahun dan 19.206.948 ton/tahun pada kategori 2, 27.280 kereta/tahun dan 30.731.117 ton/tahun pada kategori 3 serta lebih dari 27.280 kereta/tahun dan 30.731.117 ton/tahun pada kategori 4.Kata Kunci: track quality index; keselamatan; regresi; persamaan

In Operational  Area  8 Surabaya there are several railway lines, one of which is the Wonokromo - Mojokerto line. This lane has a fairly heavy train traffic frequency including the connecting lane south. This will affect the quality of roads on the Wonokromo - Mojokerto line. To assess damage to a railroad seen from several aspects in the structure of the railroad. These aspects are the structure of the railroad, the structure of the railroad and the geometrical structure of the railroad. In Indonesian railways, the railroad uses railroad geometry consisting of several parameters (track gauge, cant, longitudinal level, and lateral level.) as a basis for assessing railroad quality. In this study will analyze the structure of the railroad under the thickness of the ballast to the Track Quality Index (TQI). In this study using a simple linear regression analysis to determine the variation of the thickness of the ballast to TQI. From the results of the analysis conducted, obtained thickness changes that occur in ballast that affect the value of the Track Quality Index (TQI). Where the greater ballast, the greater the value of TQI.

This study aims to see whether the government internal control system partially influences the effectiveness of regional financial management, whether human resources partially influence the effectiveness of regional financial management, and simultaneously government internal control system and human resource competencies influence the effectiveness of regional financial management. This study aims to examine the effect of the government's internal control system and human resource competence on the effectiveness of regional financial management. There are three variables in this study, namely the government internal control system, human resource competency, and the effectiveness of regional financial management which entirely developed into 15 indicators. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a population of 12 (twelve) Regional Apparatus Organizations that implement the Government's Internal Control System where each Regional Device Organization is taken as many as twelve respondents. The data collection techniques are questionnaires and observations. The data analysis method used in the study is a multiple regression analysis with the help of   SPSS version 20. The result indicates that Government internal control system partially had a significant effect on the effectiveness of regional financial management, the human resource competencies partially had a significant effect on the effectiveness of regional financial management

The purpose of this research is to examines the influence of government apparatus competency, usage of information technology, accounting control and reporting system against the performance accountability of government agencies. The population of this research is all of OPD in Pekanbaru Government. The sample of this research are Chief of OPD, Chief of Subdivision of finance, and accountability compiler staff at 43 OPD of Pekanbaru City which selected by using purposive sampling method. This research is using primer data by using questionnaires. Analysis method that used in this research is doubled regression analysis. The instrument of analysis that used in this research is statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 17.0 for windows. The results of this research indicate that: (1) the government apparatus competency influencing   performance accountability of government agencies (2) the usage of information technology influencing performance accountability of government agencies (3) the accounting control influencing  performance accountability of government agencies (4) the reporting system does not influence the  performance accountability of government agencies

COVID-19 caused many significant impacts on various businesses in Indonesia. This outbreak was first announced by the government in early March in 2020 and as a result online transportation companies also have the impact of a decrease in services due to the outbreak. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image gojek on consumer loyalty when the covid 19 effect takes place. The analytical method used by the author in conducting this research is to use quantitative research with a population of 150 respondents which is a community that lives in Karawaci, Tangerang. In carrying out the data collection is done by distributing questionnaires in which there are several items of statement. in this study the variables are divided into several parts including Brand Image (X) and Consumer Loyalty (Y) as the dependent variable. To measure the magnitude of the effect on these variables, the authors use the linear regression analysis method. From the results of the analysis it was found that there is a significant and simultaneous influence on the brand image of the object of consumer loyalty

This research is motivated by a decline in motorcycle sales produced by PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG in the 2014-2018 period. In this research there was a decrease in the decision on the power of interest in customer purchases on PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG so that later can be analyzed in the formulation of this paper, that how customer take motorcycle purchase decisions amid the phenomenon of competition and increasingly crowded sales rivalries. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of motivation, perceived quality, and customer attitudes toward decisions in purchasing Yamaha motorbikes. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The respondents in this research were 100 people who could meet one to five criteria consisting of; initiator (initiator), influencer (influencer), decision making (decider), purchase (buyer), user (user) motorcycle production PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG. There are 3 hypotheses formulated and tested using the Regression Analysis method. In qualitative analysis it is obtained from the interpretation of processing data by providing information and explanation. In the results of this research shows the results of Motivation, Quality Perception, and Customer Attitudes have a relationship that has a significant impact on Purchasing Decisions.

AbstractInternet addiction has become a worrying phenomenon for Indonesian teenagers. This research was conducted to determine whether the psychological factors will influence internet addiction in adolescents. This research uses quantitative with multiple regression analysis method. The winning sample is 200 adolescents. The instrument collects data using a scale internet addiction scale that compiled by Griffiths (2005) and developed by Lemmens (2009), Parenting Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) developed by Buri (1991), Social Skill Inventory (SSI) developed by Riggio (1986), and A Rasch-Type Loneliness Scale compiled by De Jong Gierveld (2006).  The results showed that there were significant differences in the parenting style, social skills, and loneliness on the tendency of internet addiction in adolescents.AbstrakAdiksi Internet menjadi salah satu fenomena yang mengkhawatirkan untuk remaja Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor psikologis apakah yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kecenderungan adiksi internet pada remaja. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 200 remaja dengan menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur sebagai berikut, alat ukur adiksi internet yang dikembangkan oleh Lemmens (2009), Parenting Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Buri (1991), Social Skill Inventory (SSI) yang dikembangkan oleh Riggio (1986), dan A Rasch-Type Loneliness Scale yang disusun oleh De Jong Gierveld (2006). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian ditemukan pengaruh signifikan gaya pengasuhan, keterampilan sosial, dan kesepian terhadap kecenderungan adiksi internet pada remaja.

Individual Taxpayers (WPOP) experience problems every year due to difficulties in filling out SPT. The Directorate General of Taxes issued a new policy in providing easy Notification Services (SPT) using online systems namely e-Filling and e-SPT. The policy taken by the government turned out that there were still many obstacles faced by the KPP Pratama Ponorogo Tax Office regarding ponorogo's lack of understanding related to filling out SPT manually or online using e-SPT and e-Felling. So that this certainly can make taxpayers object to the submission of Annual Tax Returns, especially in terms of calculating the tax payable which must be calculated on its own. Data collection is done by using primary data in the form of questionnaires. The samples processed in this study were 100 respondents who were distributed to individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Ponorogo. Data analysis method uses validity test and reliability test, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the awareness of taxpayers, taxpayer intentions, taxpayer attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control and ease of tax return filling process affect Tax Compliance (tax compliance) submission of Annual Tax Returns. This is because taxpayers know, understand and implement taxation provisions correctly and voluntarily so as to increase taxpayer compliance in fulfilling their obligations and are willing to report taxes with their own awareness.

<p>This study aims to find evidence, the influence of Audit Quality Attributes, Client Satisfaction and Client Loyalty, which are moderated by Fraud Confirmation. The research was conducted at the BKM, a community-based organization, formed by the Government, through the <em>Kotaku</em> Program. The research used Regression statistical analysis and conducted a hypothesis test. Regression analysis used includes Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, and MRA Regression Analysis, and Path Model Linear Regression Analysis. This study also pays attention to the calculation of the coefficient of determination to give an idea of the ability of the model in explaining the phenomenon of Client Satisfaction and Client Loyalty. The result that both partially and simultaneously, Audit Quality Attributes, Fraud Confirmation affected Client Satisfaction and Loyalty. The research also succeeded in proving that Client Satisfaction mediates the effect of Audit Quality Attributes on Client Loyalty, but failed to provide empirical evidence, that the Fraud Confirmation moderated the effect of Audit Quality Attributes on Client Satisfaction and Loyalty. Contribution to audit practices, where it is important to realize Client Satisfaction through Audit Quality Attributes and Fraud Confirmation, especially in situations where Fraud acts are suspected.</p>

Strategic innovation is a strategic tool that can be used to align the institution’s resources and capabilities with opportunities in the external environment in order to enhance survival and long term success of the organization.  Innovation promotes use of technology consequently impacting positively on service delivery. Public universities reforms have been a necessary and on-going policy objective for the Government of Kenya. Innovation as one of the approaches to the reforms is intended to induce an overhaul the public university system to better serve the needs of both government and the citizens with improved delivery of public services. In Kenya technology in public institutions has not been effectively used to enhance service delivery more so institutions where technology use has been embraced, its impact on service delivery has not been assessed effectively. This study applied the institutional theory, diffusion of innovation theory and stakeholders theory of management to determine how strategic innovation at Kenyatta University impacts on service delivery. The general objective of this study therefore was to determine the effect of strategic innovation on service delivery in Kenyatta University. Specific objectives included finding out the influence of eLearning, online student registration and use of e-messaging services on service delivery in Kenyatta University. A population of 72,000 students admitted to Kenyatta University was used from which random sampling was conducted to a sample of 200 students using Nassiuma’s formula. Data was collected by disbursing physically the questionnaires to the students. Descriptive and regression analysis was conducted using SPSS 22 to provide findings on the study. The study conducted a multiple regression analysis to estimate the model for the study. The study had a coefficient of correlation R of 0.912 an indication of strong of correlation between the variables and a coefficient of adjusted R2 was 0.814.This means that there was a significant correlations between the variables and service delivery at Kenyatta University however other factors that are not considered in the research paper contribute approximately 18.6% of the service delivery at Kenyatta University. Therefore, a very extensive further research is highly required to investigate and come up with other factors of the viability to service delivery at Kenyatta University. The study concluded that the strategic innovation of the public universities ranges from the products and services offered and is determined by the technology that is revolutionizing the current global world and has improved the service delivery at Kenyatta University. A strategic innovation brings a lot of advantages and has a great impact on human and business daily life. Therefore, strategic innovation development is the best choice in helping higher institution of learning stay on track.
