The “FU Chuan Charity Foundation” uses the statutory curriculum of the Department of Social Sciences to implement education on volunteer love and self-management for volunteer students. The statutory courses of the Department of Social Sciences belong to the “Interdisciplinary Curriculum Integration Model”, the “FU Chuan Charity Foundation” opened the “FU Chuan Charity Bachelor Class”, which has been operated by volunteers for 8 years, invisibly in the original “education and learning philosophy”. The outlines of 7 groups of education and learning models gradually emerged, so they were named “Education and Learning Models for the Bachelor of Evangelical Compassion”: including (1) the integration model of old and new students, (2) the cross-age and multi-group co-learning model, (3) Sharing mode in different places and different industries, (4) Social welfare resource co-study mode, (5) Potential mode of voluntary service, (6) Intervention response effect mode, (7) No-handling property mode. The operation of this model has changed from “Originally run a school for the Foundation” to “Run a school for the Friends Association”, and at least assist students in 5 changes: (1) Attitude to study, from “wait and see trial” to “specialized reading” “, then change to “Determined to Grad.” (2) The learning factor changes from “convenient time” to “professional needs”, then to “equal attention to time and professionalism”, and then to “desire to graduate”. (3) The average number of courses taken has changed from “inconsistent courses” to “concentrated courses” and then to “intensive courses”. (4) Student volunteer habits have changed from “adjustment to ups and downs” to “balanced and stable”. (5) The willingness of students to volunteer has changed from “rare concepts” to “stable learning” and then to “dare to face the test of the epidemic” [1].

Calculation intensive courses lead to the need to integrate computer technology into the classroom, especially in courses such as The Refrigeration and air conditioning at then Dronacharya College of Engineering Gurugram (Haryana). Therefore the opportunity arises for the implementation of interactive tools for ease of calculations. Once the students have mastered the concepts and ability to perform the necessary manual calculations, computer programs can be used to allow the students to study more advanced topics in the material without being bogged down in the calculations. To ease the considerable calculations involved in solving vapor-compression refrigeration (VCR) cycle. This program has recently been revised to be compatible with the Microsoft Windows operating environment prevalent today in engineering software. In addition, a fourth refrigerant, R-134a, was added to account for the addition of new refrigerants in use today. Another modification made to the program was the addition of a tutorial for the thermal system analysis of a VCR cycle. This tutorial emulates the general solution methodology used in the course and reinforces the concepts with the students. The program is available via current web pages for the described course.

Aim. To analyze medical prescriptions and the structure of the drug consumption in patients with lymphogranulomatosis in Ukraine. Materials and methods. The data of medical records (455) of patients with lymphogranulomatosis were studied. The historical, analytical-comparative, systemic, logical, hypothetical-deductive, graphical methods of scientific research, as well as clinical and economic analysis as one of the components of health technology assessment were used. Results. It was found that, on average, the patients were in the hospital for 32 bed-days, and they received 16,835 medical prescriptions. There were 37 prescriptions per patient. The leaders in the number of prescriptions were drugs from groups L – Antineoplastic and immunomodulating agents, B – Drugs affecting the blood system and hematopoiesis, and A – Drugs affecting the digestive system and metabolism. These groups of drugs accounted for more than half of medical prescriptions (9247 or 54.93 %). The structure of prescriptions was dominated by drugs in the form of solutions or powders for their preparation (62.78 % of all prescriptions or 10569). In accordance with the II level of the ATC classification, the first three positions in the number of prescriptions were drugs used in the chemotherapy and elimination of symptoms of exacerbation of chronic pathologies. These drugs were from the following groups: L01 – Antineoplastic and immunomodulating agents (12.80 % or 2154 prescriptions), B05 – Blood substitutes and perfusion solutions (11.95 % or 2012, respectively), C01 – Drugs for the treatment of heart diseases (9.99 % or 1681, respectively). Antineoplastic prescriptions ranged from 31 (L01C D01 – Paclitaxel) to 289 (L01DB01 – Doxorubicin) ones. The most prescribed drugs were L01DB01 – Doxorubicin, AA01 – Cyclophosphamide, and L01CB01 – Etoposide. It was proven that patients with lymphogranulomatosis received an average of 8.3 prescriptions of antitumor drugs. The general indicator of the drug consumption was 23440.30 thousand UAH or 822.58 thousand US dollars, which, in terms of one patient, amounted to 51,517.14 UAH or 1807.86 US dollars. It was found that 38797,60 UAH or 1361.50 USD were spent on the effective chemotherapy and maintenance of the patient’s body, which was 8.21 and 17.1 times more than the minimum wage and living wage according to the data presented in the state budget for 2020 in Ukraine. Conclusions. It has been found that medical prescriptions and the consumption of drugs by patients with lymphogranulomatosis reflect the nature of the therapy, namely the need for intensive courses of chemotherapy, polymorbidity of patients, as well as the severity of the pathological process. Considering the high cost of the treatment the solution to the issue of increasing the level of its availability requires a systemic solution in various directions. Key words: clinical and economic analysis; medical prescriptions; lymphogranulomatosis; Hodgkin’s disease; antineoplastic drugs; health technology assessment.

This study is to analyze the management of Mustaqilli intensive Arabic language course program held in Jakarta and online. The interview, observation, and documentation are used to collect primary data, while data analysis is based on descriptive qualitative techniques with three processes namely data reduction, data display, and verification. This study figures out that Mustaqilli intensive Arabic course management program has been well implemented with the fulfillment of management functions, i.e. planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, related to the components of Arabic intensive course program management. The Mustaqilli learning Arabic method focused on student’s active participation through the formulation of Arabic sentence patterns in terms of language skills. By using the book al-‘Arabiyah li ghairi al ‘Arab  and Audhahu al Manahij, this program is initiated to reach the whole targeted skills of learning Arabic. Although some deficiencies of this program need to be refined, especially related to user and time management, the Mustaqilli Arabic intensive course method is a good program as a reference to the management of Arabic intensive courses in all levels.

The present study sought to investigate the effectiveness of flipped classroom as a supporting plan for Iranian EFL learners’ English improvement in super intensive courses. The participants included a sample of 40 students from Accent English language institute of Bandar Abbas, Iran, then divided into two experimental and control groups randomly. The dependent variable was English improvement and independent variable was watching and learning by films that gathered by Hajebi (2020). This study took in 30 sessions and involved treatment, pre-test, post-test and random assignment that it was in line with true experimental design, so the design of the current study was quantitative design. To analyze the data the frequencies and percentage of each item in the questionnaires computed with the aid of SPSS. The findings indicated that not only did flipped model of instruction improve students’ English performance but also it improved their overall attitudes and beliefs towards it and boosted students’ motivation and learning. Furthermore, this study may offer some implications for language teaching and learning.
