The formation of a healthy lifestyle and a healthy lifestyle in the work of various activities, developing a program that includes appropriate measures to correct the functional state of employees of nervous and emotional labor, is currently one of the essential areas of occupational health. The study aims to assess the prevalence of behavioral risk factors for health disorders and the effectiveness of measures to correct overstrain in pedagogical and medical workers, depending on the personal level of anxiety. The researchers conducted comprehensive physiological and hygienic studies. We described behavioral risk factors, awareness of health-saving issues based on a questionnaire (346 teachers), a professional graphical assessment of the intensity of efforts. Psychophysical studies help to study the states of various functions of the central nervous system and the cardiovascular system, psychological testing, and general physical performance (GPP) according to the RWC170 test when evaluating the implemented model of motor activity and assess the effectiveness of relaxation in the shungite room. We performed static processing of the data obtained using statistical programs EpiInfo 3.5.2., Statistica 10, Microsoft Excel 2010 using adequate methods of statistical analysis. The study of the prevalence of the factors risky cheek of life for the health of teachers revealed insufficient physical activity (61.1% (95% CI 54.7-67.2)), inadequate sleep duration (46.1% (95% CI 40.0-52.4)), eating disorders (16.2% (95% CI 11.9-21.5)) tobacco smoking (15.8% (95% CI 11.5-20.9)). The developed and implemented regime, which increases the volume of motor activity to 8-9 hours a week instead of 3-4 hours, contributed to an increase in resistance to stress effects, a decrease in the percentage of identified teachers with a low level of physical fitness. A high degree of nervous and emotional tension in the work of general practitioners, the possibility of infection with COVID-19 leads to the formation of a high level of anxiety in a significant part (63.7-72.2%) of medical workers, which indicates the purposefulness of a psychological correction measure. The conducted production studies have shown the usefulness of using in programs for correcting the functional conformity of pedagogical and medical workers, an increase in motor activity using physical culture and sports, and relaxation in the shungite room.

Featural and gestural models of tone differ on the degree to which they include timing information in the representation. However, both assume some kind of simultaneity between tones and their tone-bearing units, where featural models emphasize the role of acoustic relationships and gestural models instead emphasize articulatory coordination. We present the results of two acoustic production studies on two dialects of Serbian, a lexical pitch accent language. In the Belgrade dialect, pitch accents are aligned relatively late in the tone-bearing unit, while in the Valjevo dialect, pitch accents are phonetically retracted, sometimes into the preceding syllable. We varied the syllable onsets of tone-bearing units in falling (experiment 1) and rising (experiment 2) pitch accents, and measured the effects on F0 contours. Despite these differences in phonetic alignment, the phonological system is the same in both dialects. We argue that this apparent mismatch between the phonology and phonetics can be expressed straightforwardly in the Articulatory Phonology framework by allowing tone gestures to coordinate with other gestures in all the ways that segmental gestures can, rather than restricting tone to c-center coordination.

Abstract This article investigates transcultural communication taking film commissions as case study. Film commissions are non-profit organisations looking to attract audiovisual productions to their areas and supply these audiovisual productions with services free of charge. Although relatively recent and little studied, film commissions are spreading fast worldwide. Combining the political economy approach with the most recent production studies, the article contends that film commissions can stimulate transcultural phenomena on three levels. First, they act as intermediaries between the audiovisual production and the host area. Second, they encourage collaboration between different production cultures. Third, they incentivise brand-new collaboration between the audiovisual production and the tourist sector.

This research aimed to characterize the Latin American scientific literature production on burnout between 2010 and 2020. A descriptive study was carried out with Latin American publications in journals indexed in the Scopus database as the unit of analysis. The variables studied were document frequency, scientific production by country, number of authors, institutional affiliation and scientific production by descriptor on burnout. The documentary type that appears the most is research papers with 85.03%. Out of a total of 154 authors affiliated to 163 Latin American institutions, the trend of scientific production by country shows that Brazil leads with 52.51% of the production in Latin America. The journals with the largest production were Revista da Escola de Enfermagem (n= 8), Revista Brasileira de Medicina do Trabalho and Revista Latino Americana de Enfermagem, with 22 documents each. Scientific production studies on an area of knowledge guide the research work. Thus, knowing what publications have been made on burnout will allow us to establish a Latin American research policy that will benefit the psychological discipline. However, it is necessary to increase the number of studies on burnout in Latin America in order to consolidate authorship collaboration and the literature on the subject.   Received: 2 August 2021 / Accepted: 3 October 2021 / Published: 5 November 2021

Abstract Background Mexico is one of the top five countries with a higher mortality rate of hospitalized patients of 30.1%. Since COVID-19 has been associated with immune dysregulation and hyper inflammation, JAK-12 inhibitors have been tested to reduce IL6 production. Studies have shown improvements when using ruxolitinib (rxb) in severely hospitalized patients with COVID-19. These have included patients in combination with corticosteroids such as dexamethasone (dxm). This work aims to test the response of hospitalized patients with severe or critical COVID-19 treated with rxb with or without dxm. Methods An experimental, open, prospective study in a single third-level hospital in Mexico was performed. The primary outcome was favorable clinical response defined as withdrawal or decline of supplementary oxygen. Secondary outcomes such as mean hospital stay, improvement in systemic inflammatory response parameters, and mortality were also evaluated. Statistical differences for baseline and final measure and the use and not use of dxm were estimated. The study included adults with SARS-CoV-2 infection confirmed with polymerase chain reaction, radiological pneumonia, and oxygen saturation less than 90%. Rxb was administered 5mg/12hrs/15days, IV dxm 6mg/day/10days. Results The final sample was 108 adults with complete information and informed consent. Sixty-two patients (57%) received only rxb. There were no differences between groups for any parameter at the beginning of treatment, and all patients were receiving supplemental oxygen. After 28-day follow-up, 70% reduce supplemental oxygen requirement (74% rxb and 71% rxb+dxm; p=0.628), 18% remained, and 2% increases support (1% with rxb, and 5% rxb+dxm; p< 0.001); 87% of patients were discharged (89% rxb and 85% rxb+dxm; p=0.603). In both groups, there was a significant reduction of CRP, LDH, and Ferritin on day 15. The mortality rate was 9% (no difference in groups; p=0.453), and a higher proportion died for Pseudomonas aeruginosa superinfection in the rxb+dxm group (p< 0.001). Differences for support oxygen at baseline and discharge Final health outcomes of patients with severe or critical COVID-19 in a third-level hospital in Mexico Conclusion The use of rxb could be considered as a treatment helping clinical improvement in hospitalized patients with severe COVID-19. Combination with dxm apparently did not add clinical benefits. It should be further evaluated. Disclosures All Authors: No reported disclosures

Modern-day intensive strawberry cultivation relies on huge application of inorganic fertilizers, which not only disrupt the balance of nature but also reduce the economic efficiency; however, it cannot be eliminated at this time without drastically decreasing its production. Hence, to tackle these problems for sustainable production of crops, bio-fertilizers and organic manures are the best alternatives. The principle of this review is based on the goal of reducing synthetic fertilizers and other chemical input usage in strawberry production. The review discusses the diffuse nature of current reports in the literature concerning microbes as inputs towards a better use efficiency of fertilizers and the possibility of reducing the total amount of fertilizer usage and sustainable and quality strawberry production. Studies with bio-inoculants in combination with inorganic nutrients have proved that some inoculants such as Azotobactor, Azospirillum, Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Mycorrhizae fungi Aspergillus and Penicillium can increase the nutrient uptake of strawberry plant and increased fertilizers use efficiency. Biofertilizers in combination with inorganic fertilizers and organic manures have significant impact on plant growth (i.e., state some of the parameters here), yield (i.e., state some of the parameters here) and quality (i.e., state some of the parameters here). Likewise, organic manures improve soil physical conditions and supply all essential macro elements and microelements. These confirmations of concept studies will serve as the basis for vigorous future research into integrated nutrient management in strawberry.

Contemporary fiction TV series production in North America is characterized by the showrunner figure’s importance. This paper aims to study the concept of “showrunner” as executive-creative producer, analyze the competencies and responsibilities carried out by them during the production process of TV shows according to personal and professional factors, and examine their position within the current television market. For this purpose, a literature review on fiction TV series production and television authorship has been conducted. After this, adopting the focus of media production studies, a qualitative methodology based on in-depth personal interviews has been used, which was carried out with a selection of thirty-six significant executive producers and writers of contemporary American TV series. The findings indicate the relevance of this profile from a historical perspective, and particularly in recent years. Although there is a basic scheme of tasks developed by the showrunner in each phase of the production process, we find differences in this actuation due to personal –sex and nationality– and professional –format/gender and channel– characteristics in this industrial context. The showrunner develops an executive-creative dual profile to maintain the project’s coherence according to the established vision. Their influence over the TV series’ creative features contributes to reflection on television authorship and its attribution to this figure.

Scientific production studies help describe the progress of scientific knowledge in a discipline. Therefore, those who hold director positions should promote scientific production and publication of scientific knowledge to address health problems. The objective was to identify the scientific production of psychology program directors from Peruvian universities. A search was made for all psychology programs in Peruvian universities. Thus, psychology program directors’ scientific production was identified and analyzed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases between 2000 and 2019. The search for the directors’ scientific production was conducted through ORCID, GOOGLE SCHOLAR, CTI Vitae (former DINA), Scopus and Web of Science. Thirty-eight psychology program directors were identified, five of them conducted a scientific publication, all of them from private universities. Of the articles assessed, 50% and 60% had a psychology program director as first author or corresponding author. In addition, 70% were original articles, 40% of which were analytical studies. Psychology program directors’ scientific production is limited. The articles published are mainly original and are concentrated in Latin American journals. It is likely that, since they have no experience in scientific production and publication, their leadership in promoting research is vulnerable.
