Most vulnerable individuals are particularly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This study takes place in a large city in France. The aim of this study is to describe the mobility of the homeless population at the begin-ning of the health crisis and to analyze its impact in terms of COVID-19 prevalence. From June to August 2020 and September to December 2020, 1272 homeless people were invited to be tested for SARS-CoV-2 antibodies and virus in and completed questionnaires. Our data show that homeless populations are sociologically dif-ferent depending on where they live. We show that people living on the street were most likely to be relocated to emergency shelters than other inhabitants. Some neighborhoods are points of attraction for homeless peo-ple in the city while others emptied during the health crisis, which had consequences for virus circulation. People with a greater number of different dwellings reported became more infected. This first study of the mo-bility and epidemiology of homeless people in time of pandemic provides unique information about mobility mapping, sociological factors of this mobility, mobility at different scales and epidemiological consequences. We suggest that homeless policies need to be radically transformed since actual model exposes people to infection in emergency.

Abstract Aiming at the problem of network delay when the network control system transmits data, this paper adopts a new type of fuzzy control method of Smith predictor to compensate for the delay. In actual application scenarios, it is difficult to accurately match the Smith prediction model with the actual model. At the same time, the quantization factor and scale factor in the fuzzy PID controller are too dependent on experience, which makes the system’s adaptability to actual working conditions very poor. In this paper, genetic algorithm is used to optimizes fuzzy PID. According to the simulation results, when the Smith predictive model does not match the actual model, the steady-state performance and dynamic performance of the system under the fuzzy PID control optimized by the genetic algorithm are improved.

Органам власти всех уровней целесообразно использовать CRM-системы при оказании услуг. CRM systems represent an actual model of interaction both in public administration and in commercial structures, which is especially important when creating and implementing business projects. These systems make it possible to effectively and rationally bring the manufacturer and the customer closer, without rejecting dealer networks. This is their advantage. It is advisable for authorities of all levels to use CRM systems when providing services.

In this paper, an equivalent method based on sandwich plate is deduced, and the equivalent parameters of the honeycomb plate are obtained. With these equivalent parameters, the honeycomb plate equivalent FEM simulation model and actual model are established, and three-point bending simulations of the equivalent model and the actual model three-point are completed. Then, a three-point bending test of a real honeycomb sandwich panel was performed for comparison with the simulation result, which agrees well with the test result and shows the effectiveness of the equivalent model. The equivalent model of honeycomb sandwich plate win ribs is established for structural topology optimization and wing static simulation analysis, and a prototype of the solar UAV is made for flight testing according to the topology optimization results. The simulation and prototype test results indicated that the sandwich equivalent theory is suitable for the lightweight design of solar UAV wing structures with honeycomb sandwich plate materials, and this method can provide a reference for the same type of wing structure design.

Abstract: We analyse the automatic braking system to reduce the speed automatically to avoid the panic action of automobiles. Stop the vehicle when it is in the accidental zone, we applied the velocity calculation according to the weight of the body which can reach to required velocity state to avoid the accident. We are using the electromagnetic braking system to reduce the speed of vehicle it is about meet the accident. In this we achieve a better braking system and also it is relevant to future automobiles. The prototype has been prepared depicting the technology and tested as per the simulated conditions. In future the actual model may be developed depending on its feasibility

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pencarian kesatuan makna yang terdapat dalam objek material, yaitu puisi Al Ta’syirah karya Hisyam Al Jakh. Hisyam Al Jakh merupakan penyair kontemporer yang masyhur di Mesir. Beberapa penghargaan telah diraih olehnya. Objek formal pada penelitian ini adalah pembacaan heuristic dan hermeneutic. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semiotika Michael Riffaterre. Dalam upaya menemukan makna yang utuh dalam puisi, diperlukan dua tahap pembacaan, yaitu pembacaan heuristic dan hermeneutic. Pembacaa heuristic yang berfokus pada Cmakna leksikal dan pembacaan hermeneutic ialah pembacaan secara kontekstual dengan menelaah hipogram (potensial dan actual), model dan matrik. Hasil dari pembacaan heuristic pada puisi Al Ta’syirah mengungkapkan bahwa peneliti menemukan hasil bacaan yang kurang beraturan sehingga belum dapat dipahami apa maksud dari puisi tersebut. Hipogram potensial dalam puisi Al Ta’syirah mendiskripsikan bahwa tokoh aku adalah tokoh yang pemberani dan cinta tanah air. Model pada puisi Al Ta’syirah terletak pada kalimat  وليس سواك أخشاه  dan  وكل العرب إخواني بلاد العرب أوطاني. Matrik pada puisi diatas adalah “kebebasan manusia”. Hipogram aktual yang menjadi latar belakang terbentuknya puisi ini adalah eksistensialisme yang menekankan pada kebebasan manusia dalam menuntut haknya dan menyuarakan aspirasi. Tokoh “aku” mendeskripsikan bahwa dirinya adalah sosok yang nasionalis dan berjiwa aktivis. Ditunjukkan pada ghirroh dan keberaniannya dalam mengkritik pemerintah dengan tujuan persatuan pada bangsanya.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of substitution of corn with local ingredients on the quality of broiler meat using meta-analysis technique. This study used meta-analysis technique to integrate 55 data from 9 journals that contain information about replacing corn with local feedstuffs. The meta-analysis technique begins with collecting data from several scientific publications that contain tannin and saponin levels. Furthermore, the data was tabulated in the form of database with the help of microsoft excel, in this tabulation process the units of each data are equalized, after that the data was tabulated and analyzed using comprehensive meta-analysis version 3. The effect of corn replacement on the quality of broiler meat was not significant, this can be seen on the content of the percentage of carcasses, carcass weights, and cholesterol of meat was not different. The results show that the distance between the given model and the actual model indicates that there was decrease in the amount of cholesterol in meat with the replacement of corn in feed ingredients (0.05<P<0.1). The conclusion from the results of this meta-analysis was that the replacement of corn does not improve the quality of the broiler carcass.
