The paper reviews the clusterization as one of the new forms of entrepreneurship development. Cluster is presented as a combination of industrial production, scientific-research institutes, infrastructures united in a territory and branch orientation for using the integration and synergetic effects. Cluster creation will enable producing the goods under general brand name providing higher level of quality. The essence of clusterization is about the unenforced and equal association of enterprises. As a result it will lead to the improvement of investment conditions, as well as other synergetic effects. The possibility of cluster development associated with petrochemical industry in Absheron peninsula is reviewed as well. The authors offer using regress analysis for the evaluation of financial state and specification of the potential of enterprises involved in the cluster. Current state of the sphere has been analyzed with statistical figures. For the estimation of probable results of clusterization, regress analysis has been carried out using financial state of the enterprise, parameters affecting its financial indexes and investment capacity. The results of regress analysis justified that due to the investment increase in the similar field and loan services, the financial state of the enterprises included in the cluster will improve, the income and export potential of the country will advance as well.

The mathematic element and process step of regress analysis, regress equation signification test and regress parameter signification test in uniform design experiment are analyzed. The regress analysis, regress equation signification test and regress parameter signification test of one uniform design experiment’s data are realized using MATLAB. The regress equation is gained, and significant factors are found. The computed conclusion is analyzed.

This paper is to investigate the characteristics of re-use precision locknuts of the machine tools spindles in the vertical assembly under different effective diameters, locking axial forces and clasp screw locking torques in the static tests for the axial force change rates. The results with the new flank locking precision locknuts are compared to the re-use nuts with different values; we obtain the decline of axial force change rates from predetermined equations using regress analysis to conduct experimental forecasts. In the experimental results, plastic deformation has occurred in re-use nuts structure in the vertical spindle assembly. The decline of the axial force will be increased along with the nut size; and those of the re-use nuts decline more than the new nuts. Therefore, repetitive uses of the reuse nuts are not recommended.

As the main tool of electricity measurement and economic settlement, the smart meter directly related to the nation and peoples interests. This paper devises a vertical analysis model of fault data of running smart meter. The model firstly clean the useless data, then do the regress analysis, and get the fault data and changing rate of the fault of each batch, which are utilized to do the cluster to evaluate the stability of the quality of the factory. The method and the result of the model can assess the quality of the batch of the smart meter, and can be beneficial to estimate the quality of factory.

The plastic analysis software DEFORM was used to simulate the blanking process of metal plastic without burr. Based on theory of the rigid FEM, the geometry model used for blanking with a negative clearance was established. The facts of influence the quality of the blanking work pieces were analyzed and concluded, at the same time, the parameters were indicated to improve the quality of the blanking work pieces. Through the experiment, the blanking load was measured with different clearance, thickness and material in group. The reciprocity between these facts was analyzed and the clearance was optimized. After the blanking load was regress analysis, the coefficient of the load and these facts were researched. Using quality analysis of the work pieces in the experiment, the thickness and the material were obtained which were suitable for blanking of metal plastic without burr. The reactions which were used to separate the metal were studied, which offered thereunder for proper remaining based on the better quality and smaller blanking load.
