A campaign is an action that has been planned by an individual or a group of people in order to have an influence on many people. Since the corona virus became a pandemic, the government has advised people to carry out all activities at home. This has prompted Instagram to create a #stayathome campaign that is packaged via gifs or stickers. The #stayathome campaign has an appeal and uniqueness that makes people participate in creating creative content by adding these stickers or gifs to their content. Therefore, this study wants to know the reasons people join the campaign, how to make it happen, and why they prefer Instagram and the creative content they create in this campaign. This research is a qualitative research using case studies. The theory used in this research is campaign theory, netizen participation, bandwagon effect and visual content theory. This study used interviews with several informants, literature study and documentation to collect data. The results of this study show that initially people joined the campaign because they were involved, attracted to Instagram stickers or gifs. From the follow-up situation, then came the awareness of the importance of #stayathome during the pandemic period with a variety of creative content.Kampanye merupakan suatu tindakan yang sudah direncanakan oleh individu maupun sekelompok orang guna memberi pengaruh kepada orang banyak. Semenjak virus corona menjadi pandemik pemerintah menyarankan masyarakat untuk melakukan segala aktivitas dirumah saja. Hal ini mendorong instagram membuat kampanye #stayathome yang dikemas melalui gif atau stiker. Kampanye #stayathome ini memiliki daya tarik dan keunikan yang membuat masyarakat banyak yang ikut serta membuat konten kreatif dengan menambahkan stiker atau gif ini dikonten mereka. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini ingin mengetahui alasan masyarakat mengikuti kampanye, cara merealisasikannya, serta mengapa mereka lebih memilih instagram dan konten kreatif yang mereka buat dalam kampanye ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan studi kasus. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Kampanye, Partisipasi Netizen, Bandwagon Effect dan Teori Visual Konten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dengan beberapa informan, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pada awalnya masyarakat mengikuti kampanye karena ikut – ikutan, tertarik pada stiker atau gif instagram. Dari situasi ikut – ikutan, kemudian muncul kesadaran mengenai pentingnya #stayathome selama masa pandemik dengan berbagai konten kreatif.

The aim of the research is to examine the extent to which performance information influences the voters’ behavior in the re-election of the ruling regional head. Based on information content theory and Rational Choice Theory empirically in analyzing the incumbent re-election relationship as the dependent variable, and financial performance variables consisting of financial independence, the level of budget absorption, and the ratio of debt to income.This research used quantitative research method with secondary data sources from 215 incumbents. Sample selection was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by multiple linear analysis.Empirical results indicated that financial performance information on financial independence and budget absorption rates had a positive effect on re-election incumbent, the debt ratio had no effect. The results of this study were important because they can be a reference for incumbents to determine policies, for voters can be used as a basis for assessing the incumbent's performance before making a choice.

The information on content, theory of operation and metrological concepts of the State primary special standard of length unit in the field of measurements of deviations from straightness and flatness, GET 130-2019, conducted in 2019, is provided. The results of metrological characteristics research of the measuring interference system included in GET 130-2019 are described. With the help of an additional measuring interference system, the unit is reproduced on the basis of fundamental physical constants and the properties of matter – interference, which eliminates additional instrumental sources of errors (uncertainties). The transfer of length in the field of measurements of deviations from straightness and flatness in the range from 0 to 50 μm on the length of the measured surface up to 30 m with the highest accuracy in Russia is ensured. The conducted comparisons proved that metrological characteristics of GET 130-2019 correspond to those presented in the database of measuring capabilities of the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM) on the already confirmed by means of stationary and autonomous measuring profile length to 5 m, as well as the level of foreign standards, presented in BIPM on the length to 30 m.

Abstract The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has highlighted the pervasive ageism that exists in our society. Although instances of negative or hostile ageism have been identified, critical attention to the nuances of ageism throughout the pandemic, such as the prevalence and implications of positive or compassionate ageism, has lagged in comparison. This commentary uses stereotype content theory to extend the conversation regarding COVID-19 and ageism to include compassionate ageism. We offer the “caremongering” movement, a social movement driven by social media to help individuals affected by COVID-19, as a case study example that illustrates how compassionate ageism has manifested during the pandemic. The implications of compassionate ageism that have and continue to occur during the pandemic are discussed using stereotype embodiment theory. Future actions that focus on shifting attention from the intent of ageist actions and beliefs to the outcomes for those experiencing them are needed. Further, seeking older individuals’ consent when help is offered, recognizing the diversity of aging experiences, and thinking critically about ageism in its multiple and varied forms are all required.

This chapter delineates two types of ideal theory that are found in Rawls’s corpus of work. The first is ideal-method theory, which is theory constructed using idealizing assumptions that do not directly correspond with the actual world. The second is ideal-content theory, namely criteria for assessing whether something is a perfectly justice institution. The chapter provides an independent justification for both types of theory, arguing that ideal-method theory is valuable within certain parameters; for instance, the idealizing assumption of strict compliance helps to clarify the distinction between distributive and retributive justice. The chapter illuminates the value of ideal-content theory by clarifying and defending Rawls’s claim that nonideal theory depends on ideal-content theory. In particular, it argues that in order to gain a systematic grasp of the more pressing problems of nonideal theory it is plausible to argue that ideal-content theory is necessary.

Most of the interpreters have difficulty in finding out the most accurate derivation of Arabic translation equivalent to the translated verb in Malay. This is because of failure to determine the function of translated derivation of the verb. This study is undertaken to examine the most accurate equivalent function of derivation word تـَفـَاعَـلَ (tafā‘ala) in surah al-Baqarah. The objective of this study was to examine how Malay Arabic translation can be translated correctly when the prefix ت (ta’) was added in front of a verb and insertion of ا (alif) was added after the first letter of the root word. Five research samples taken from surah al-Baqarah were studied by using contrastive analysis and content theory. The findings showed that the four samples interpreted according to the derivation translation function with the suffix تـَفـَاعَـلَ (tafā’ala) added, were translated correctly. While, the other sample was suggested with another translation. This study found all affixes of the samples meant المشاركة (al-mushārakah). In conclusion, translation is seen to be successful because it is translated correctly although there is little modification made with the aim of making the translation more natural in the context of the verse. ABSTRAK Ramai dalam kalangan penterjemah menghadapi kesukaran untuk mencari padanan terjemahan derivasi atau kata kerja berimbuhan Arab yang paling tepat ke dalam bahasa Melayu. Ini disebabkan kegagalan untuk menentukan fungsi terjemahan derivasi sesuatu kata kerja. Makalah ini memberikan tumpuan kepada fungsi terjemahan derivasi تـَفـَاعَـلَ (tafā’ala) yang sepadan dalam surah al-Baqarah. Objektif kajian ini dilakukan adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana penterjemahan Arab Melayu ini dapat dilakukan dengan baik terhadap kata akar yang dimasuki oleh kata imbuhan awalan ت (ta’) pada hadapan sesuatu kata kerja dan imbuhan sisipan ا (alif) selepas huruf pertama kata akarnya. Sebanyak lima sampel yang ditemui dalam surah al-Baqarah dikaji menggunakan analisis kontrastif dan teori konteks. Dapatan yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahawa empat sampel diterjemahkan mengikut padanan fungsi terjemahan derivasi تـَفـَاعَـلَ (tafā’ala) dengan baik. Manakala baki yang satu sampel lagi disertakan dengan cadangan terjemahan yang lain. Selain itu, dapatan juga menunjukkan bahawa kesemua fungsi kata imbuhan tersebut membawa maksud المشاركة (al-mushārakah). Kesimpulannya, penterjemahan dilihat berjaya kerana dilakukan dengan baik dan difahami, walau pun terdapat sedikit pengubahsuaian yang dilakukan bermatlamat menjadikan terjemahan lebih berbentuk natural sesuai dengan konteks ayat.
