Abstract: Research into cyberbullying detection has increased in recent years, due in part to the proliferation of cyberbullying across social media and its detrimental effect on young people. Cyber bullying is one of the most common problems faced by the internet users making internet a vulnerable space hence there has to be some detection that is needed on the social media platforms. Detecting the bullies online at the earliest makes sure that these platforms are safer for the user and internet indeed becomes a platform to share information and use it for other leisure activities. Even though there has been some research going on implementing detection and prevention of cyber bullying, it is not completely feasible due to certain limitations imposed. In this paper lexicon-based approach of the NLTK sentiwordnetis used to differentiate the positive and negative words and produce results. These words are given negative and positive values greater than or less than zero for positive and negative words respectively. Lexicon based systems utilize word lists and use the presence of words within the lists to detect cyberbullying. Lemmatization is used to find the root word. This paper essentially maps out the state-of-the-art in cyberbullying detection research and serves as a resource for researchers to determine where to best direct their future research efforts in thisfield. <p><strong>Parts of speech are important knowledge that needs to be known in the learning language unit to find out the appropriate meaning. Parts of speech indicate the function of the word in forming the meaning within the sentence. This research investigates the translation model of emotional intelligence terms in root word and derivative, especially in adjective type as piloting strategies in translating adjective. The research objectives are (i) to construct a translation model of translating adjectives, (ii) to describe the adjective translation model, and (iii) to describe the way to use the model. The study was using a research development approach. A model was a product of the translation stage based on translation techniques in producing good translation quality. The research was developed based on the research conducted by Nur Hasyim (2019) about “The Translation Analysis of Emotional Intelligence Terms on the book entitled <em>Working with Emotional Intelligence</em> by Daniel Goleman (2019)”. The substance of the model was based on proposed translation techniques such as <em>established-</em> <em>equivalent, transposition, modulation, or borrowing</em>. The reprehensible (makruh) is an in-between category that exists between the halal and haram, and it basically pertains to moral advice rather than a legal category. Makruh (lit. disliked, from the root word kariha) refers to an act, object, or conduct that should be avoided, but whose perpetrator is not liable to punishment and does not incur moral blame. Certain foodstuffs may be strictly halal but should be avoided if harmful to health, rotten, or presented in doubtful situations. The leading schools are in agreement that one who avoids makruh merits praise and gains closeness to God. Makruh is often described as the lowest degree of prohibition, and in this sense it is used as a convenient category the jurists have employed for matters that fall between the halal and haram.

This study aims to describe the onomatopoeic form in the Comic Nusa Lima volume 1 by Sweta Kartika. The theory used is the onomatopoeic form theory proposed by Sudaryanto (1989) and the onomatopoeic meaning theory proposed by Ulman (2011). This research is descriptive research. Data collection using the observation method. The technique used in the data collection stage is a non-participant technique. Researchers observed and recorded data in the form of words containing onomatopoeic elements contained in the comic Nusa Five by Sweta Kartika. The data analysis method used in this research is the equivalent method and the method of agih. The results of this study found that the onomatopoeic form of the root word was divided into one syllable and bisilabel. In the reduplication category, the researchers found full repetitions and three repetitions (trilingga). The results of this study concluded that the use of onomatopoeia in the form of reduplication was dominant in Nusa Five Comics.

The research aims to look for word-formation from suffix -i and -pe and the prefix-ken. The problem of the research was whether the suffix -i and -ken and the prefix pe- can form transitive in sentences. This study used the qualitative approach. The complex predicate data were analyzed using the agih method which is part of the language itself which becomes the determining tool. This is an appropriate method of analyzing language. This study indicates that sentence formation in the Karo language initially uses the VOS word order. At the suffix-i, the transitive word order VOS is found, the suffix -ken used the VO word order and at the prefix pe- also used the VOS word order. The suffix -i was initially used with adjectives, intransitive verbs, and nouns to form a root word in the form of a locative transitive verb (referring to a place). If suffix –ken combined with a root word which is a group of adjectives, intransitive verbs, or nouns, the meaning becomes causative, making the sufferer become/do something. The prefix pe- functions to change adjectives, intransitive verbs, and nouns into transitive verbs. The derivative form produces a causative meaning.

In natural language processing, it is important that the context and the meaning of words are retained while also ensuring the efficacy of the data modelling process. During human-to-human interactions, special care is taken regarding the tense and phrasing of the words by taking into consideration the rules of grammar of the specific language. While this modification of words is necessary for framing consistent sentences, these appendages do not add significant value to the original meaning of the word. Stemming is the process of converting words back to their root form for efficient and accurate modelling of the data. In this paper, MTStemmer, a new stemmer for the Marathi language is proposed. It focuses on the stripping of suffixes for obtaining the root word form. The proposed stemmer applies a multilevel approach by taking into consideration both auxiliary verb-based suffixes and gender-based suffixes. The presented approach intends to improve upon the limitations of the previously proposed stemmers for this language. The stemming performed by the stemmer is found to be more accurate in terms of mapping to the root words. Stemming is often an important pre-processing step before processing the data further for the main task. The benefit of the proposed stemmer is demonstrated by using it for an extractive Marathi text summarization task. A significant improvement in the performance of multiple performance metrics is achieved owing to the stemming done by MTStemmer. The working of the proposed stemmer shows promising signs for the development of similar engines for other Indic languages.

The conclusion of this dissertation is that Living Value Education for children is based on The Quran, namely the education of the values of life in the form of religious, nationalist, integrity,  independence,  tolerance,  and mutual cooperation which are the actualization of the maqâshid al-Qur'an. namely personal benefit        common benefit  and benefit to build a community. These values must be taught to become personalities to students which are based on the child's psychological development, namely at the basic level, because in this level they have a high enough egocentricity and tend not to have the will to see many things from the perspective of others. This LVE is integrated through the intracurricular, co- curricular and extracurricular learning processes in educational institutions. The concept of LVE in the al-Qur'an for children is to make value education with the principle of not burdening  giving light burdens (and instilling responsibility with the principle of gradual/gradual. Living Value Education for children is found as life value education that starts from the time the child is in the womb to the age of puberty. This is based on the terms of the Quran related to children, namely: 1. Walad  shows the child who is born, whether there is a nasab connection or not and the term walad does not limit whether they are still small or already large; 2. Ibn (which means boy or bint is a girl. This term is taken from the root word banau (the plural form is abnâأ). The mention in Arabic, it is possible that a child is a building for their parents. Parents as figures to build it. Allah made the parents as the builders of the building to create independent offspring; 3. Tifl  a newborn child, the word thiflu means a child who still needs guidance and nurture; 4. Gulam  shows a child who is entering puberty. From these four terms, it can be concluded that children from birth to puberty need education and build them so that they are stable and independent. So the basic education degree is the right level to strengthen the basics of Living Value Education. This writing supports the opinion of al-Ghazâly and Abdullah Nâsih 'Ulwan about education starting from womb, Thomas Lickona about the necessity to instill moral values and character that can be taught in schools, even schools have the authority to train values, morals and character. This dissertation also supports the opinion of David Hume, about values that oppose the concept of Decrates' Rationality, which justifies values and morality based on reason alone. This dissertation also supports the opinion of Darwis Hude and Doni Koesoema about human potential which is not limited to intelligence, but there are several other intelligences that need to be developed in a balanced manner and evaluation of assessments is not only focused on cognitive ones.This dissertation also supports the opinions of Ibn Kathir, Muhamad Qutbh, Nasaruddin Umar, and Nur Arfiyah Febriani about gender, namely that a mother is allowed to have activities outside the home with several conditions. On the other hand, this dissertation is different from Thomas Aquinas' concept of value, which considers good and bad values not by his will but only tools of God's behavior, the concept of values and the concept of Living Value Education (LVE) Diana Tillman, Rani Anggraini Dewi, and ALIVE (Association For Living Value Education) International. They only limit Living Value Education to twelve values, namely: peace, appreciation, love, responsibility, happiness, cooperation, honesty, humility, tolerance, simplicity, freedom, and unity. This dissertation is also different from Thomas Lickona's opinion which limits moral values with respect and responsibility. This dissertation is also different from the opinion of al-Qurthuby and As-Suyuthy who refuse women to engage in public activities.The method used by the author in this study used a qualitative method, based on library research (library research) using a transcendental phenomonology approach. Meanwhile, the method of interpretation used is the thematic method (tafsir maudhu'i) both when analyzing problems and when using the verses of the Qur'an.

This research proposed a method for the affixed word transliteration to the Balinese Script since there has not been studied yet and it is important since the affixed word needs to be transliterated, inevitably. This research is one of the efforts to preserve digitally the endangered Balinese local language knowledge in Indonesia through the multi-discipline collaboration between Computer Science and Language discipline.  The proposed method was taken care of two related aspects, i.e.; (1) A Latin root word has its related Balinese Script root word by using default or special transliteration rule; and (2) A Latin root word with a special transliteration rule for its Balinese Script root word, also need a special transliteration rule for its affixed word. This study was conducted on the pioneering web-based transliteration learning application, BaliScript, that receives the Latin text input and outputs the Balinese Script by using the Noto Serif Balinese font with its dedicated Balinese Unicode. Through the experiment, the proposed method gave the expected transliteration results, added a certain perspective, and strengthened the transliteration knowledge. Future work is to enhance and reuse this method on the mobile computing device, as a part of the Balinese Language ubiquitous learning that supports Balinese Language education, which is a mandatory local subject from the elementary school to the high school in Bali Province.
