The level of intense business competition makes a company must continue to be able to increase customer satisfaction, then the company is required to be able to meet the needs and desires of customers, when the company is unable to increase satisfaction later, competitors may seize the customer. This study uses CSI, IPA and PGCV methods to analyze the level of satisfaction, map service quality in quadrants and determine the order of priority for improving service quality at the Purworejo Post Office 54100 The research was conducted on 52 customers using the Accidental Sampling technique. The level of satisfaction through CSI was obtained at 80.6%. Through IPA obtained 8 indicators that are included in quadrant 1 and 5 indicators included in quadrant 3. From quadrant 1 and quadrant 3 obtained the top 5 rankings through PGCV, namely 1) Fast and responsive service, 2) Response to suggestions and complaints, 3) Providing information that is easy to understand, 4) Security from any loss or damage to goods that occurs and 5) Service procedures that are not confusing. It is concluded that the Purworejo 54100 POS office still needs to make improvements in service quality to the 5 indicators in order of priority.

Historical aerial photographs are valuable sources of climate information. In the present article, a reconstruction of the sea-breezes in Mallorca is described, based on wind-direction interpretation of threshing floors captured by the aerial photographs in 1956–1957 by the United States Army Map Service. These pre-industrial agricultural structures constitute a novel ethnographic proxy of cartographic wind direction at each site. The overall analysis of these directions has made it possible to recreate and model the spatial arrangement of the breezes in Mallorca, and to compare this recreation with that of the existing theoretical-experimental breeze models. The result is a relatively good fit between both recreations, which demonstrates the accuracy of the proposed method. This can be extrapolated to many other aerial-photographed Mediterranean regions prior to full mechanisation of the field.

Map is not only the result of geospatial environment cognition, but also a tool for geospatial environment cognition. The new concept advocated by Constructivist cognitive theory is highly consistent with the concept of map service in the era of Internet plus space-time big data. This paper analyzes the geographic information transmission process from the perspective of constructivism, and constructs the geographic information transmission process model. Based on the traditional map cognitive process model, a map cognitive process model based on constructivism is constructed. According to the four elements of “situation, cooperation, communication and meaning construction” advocated by Constructivist cognitive theory, a map service function model based on constructivism is constructed.

Abstract The emergence of computer big data related data provides a new method for the construction of knowledge links in the knowledge map. This realizes an objective knowledge network with practical significance that is easier to be understood by machines. The article combines the four principles of linked data publishing content objects and their semantic characteristics, and uses the RDF data model to convert unstructured data on the Internet and structured data that adopts different standards into unified standard structured data for association. The system forms a huge knowledge map with semantics, intelligence, and dynamics.

To address problems in remote sensing image change detection, this study proposes a method for identifying spurious changes based on an eco-geographical zoning knowledge base and crowdsourced data mining. After preliminary change detection using the super pixel cosegmentation method, eco-geographical zoning is introduced, and the rules of spurious change are collected based on the knowledge of expert interpreters, and from statistics on existing land cover products according to each eco-geographical zone. Uncertain changed patches with a high possibility of spurious change according to the eco-geographical zoning rule were published in the form of a map service on an online platform, and then crowd tagging information on spurious changed patches was collected. The Hyperlink-Induced Topic Search (HITS) algorithm was used to calculate the spurious change degree of changed patches. We selected the northern part of Laos as the experimental area and the Chinese GF-1 Wide Field View (WFV) images for change detection to verify the effectiveness of the method. The results show that the accuracy of change detection improves by 23% after removing the spurious changes. Spurious changes caused by clouds, river water turbidity, spectral differences in cultivated land before and after harvest, and changes in shrubs, grassland, and forest density, can be removed using an eco-geographical zoning knowledge base and crowdsourced data mining methods.

Maps services are ubiquitous in widely used applications including navigation systems, ride sharing, and items/food delivery. Though there are plenty of efforts to support such services through designing more efficient algorithms, we believe that efficiency is no longer a bottleneck to these services. Instead, it is the accuracy of the underlying road network and query result. This paper presents QARTA; an open-source full-fledged system for highly accurate and scalable map services. QARTA employs machine learning techniques to construct its own highly accurate map, not only in terms of map topology but more importantly, in terms of edge weights. QARTA also employs machine learning techniques to calibrate its query answers based on contextual information, including transportation modality, location, and time of day/week. QARTA is currently deployed in all Taxis and the third largest food delivery company in the State of Qatar, replacing the commercial map service that was in use, and responding in real-time to hundreds of thousands of daily API calls. Experimental evaluation of QARTA shows its comparable or higher accuracy than commercial services.

Abstract. Based on an improved generative adversarial networks algorithm (CGAN), this paper explores a technical way to realize map transformation through autonomous learning and training of remote sensing images. Just skip the trial process vector data update and cumbersome process of mapping the basic map elements can be automatically transform, the image on the main streets and typical rules of construction material, can achieve automatic identification and transformation, greatly shorten the tile map production and update cycle, improve the efficiency of the network map service quality. The results of the test platform have proved that it can be applied to a certain extent and can basically meet the requirements of network map production.
