The purpose of the optimization of holiday traffic emergency traffic organization is to solve the problem of serious traffic jams in holiday scenic spots. Based on the prediction of traffic volume and traffic mode division in the future years of the scenic spot, the traffic accident route is analyzed to provide theoretical support for the emergency traffic organization and planning of the scenic spot. This article takes the Shijiazhuang Jinta Bay scenic area as the research object, based on the traffic volume of the Jinta Bay tourist scenic area from 2009 to 2016, analyzes the traffic environment of the scenic area, predicts the traffic demand, and builds a one-way traffic organization double-layer optimization model. The simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the model, an emergency transportation organization optimization plan is formulated, and the feasibility of the plan is verified through VISSIM simulation. The results of the study show that the one-way traffic organization method reduces the average vehicle delay by 32.2% and the average queue length by 14.5%. The one-way traffic organization based on branch diversion can more effectively solve the main road jamming and congestion caused by traffic accidents, prevent the occurrence of secondary accidents, and reduce the economic losses of scenic area managers. At the same time, the purpose of ensuring the tourist quality of tourists and the economic interests of scenic spot management departments is ensured.

Abstract With the rapid development of Internet technology, many enterprises are committed to finding the best solution in transportation organization and solving the vehicle distribution routing problem. Firstly, this paper introduces the current situation of transportation organization of Sichuan Yida Feiniu Transportation Company, and analyzes the main problems of the company. Secondly, through the prediction of freight volume, prepare the truck vehicle operation plan and optimize the company’s transportation organization and production plan. Finally, the heuristic algorithm is used to establish a mixed integer programming mathematical model to optimize the pooled vehicle distribution path problem and the vehicle distribution path with time window. In terms of centralized vehicle distribution, combined with the actual situation of Sichuan Yida Feiniu Transportation Company, an example is analyzed, the shortest total path is obtained, and the goal of shortest vehicle travel distance is realized. Through the optimization of the company’s transportation organization, this paper is of great significance to improve the company’s transportation organization to a certain extent.

Motives: One of the final indicators of service reliability of the transport system is the cargo delivery time, compliance of which is not yet controlled due to the lack of appropriate methods and tools of operational management. The concept of quality of assessment of cargo delivery, namely the reliability of compliance with the time obligations by transportation participants, is associated with the process modeling and the accuracy of determination of the estimated time of completion of each stage of the technological process of cargo delivery. Aim: The purpose of the study is to present the model of a fuzzy controller as a principle of forming of a railway process management system, which is based on the possibility to operate with linguistic representations of elements. Results: A new solution to an important problem is obtained – the formation of managerial influence using a fuzzy controller for management of technological processes of cargo delivery by rail at the current level of requirements for the efficiency of transportation organization. The usage of the offered method provides a solution to the problems of operational control practice in the formation of tools for operational control of technological processes for the railway dispatcher unit.

China Railway Express is developing rapidly, but the point-to-point direct organization mode has brought many problems to it. Therefore, this paper proposes to construct a hub-and-spoke network and adopt the “collecting and transportation” organization mode. In this paper, based on the single distribution p-hub median problem, a dual-objective planning model was constructed by considering the characteristics of CR Express in terms of cost and time. In addition, considering the port as a key node of international rail transport network, it plays a vital role for CR Express. Therefore, a hub-port allocation model was constructed to determine the hub-port allocation relationship. Furthermore, a Lagrangian relaxation heuristic algorithm was designed to solve the model built for CR Express transportation network. Finally, based on the constructed model, the actual operation data of CR Express were used in the designed example to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the models and methods.

The train operation plan plays an essential role in metro systems and directly affects transportation organization efficiency and passenger service level. In metro systems, passengers have paid more attention to the travel time reliability (TTR), reflecting the reliability of metro operation management. This article proposes an analysis method of train operation plan based on TTR in the station dimension. First, an automated fare collection (AFC) data-driven framework is established to calculate the station travel time reliability (STTR) and analyze the train operation plan at different periods. The framework structure consists of four steps: AFC data preprocessing, STTR calculation and assignment, clustering algorithm design based on SOM neural network, and train operation plan analysis and optimization. Second, the proposed method is applied to the Beijing metro network as a case study. Several promising results are analyzed that allow the optimization of the existing train operation plan. Our research shows that STTR is a good supplement for the existing metro operation assignment studies, which can help analyze and optimize the train operation plan effectively. This study is also applicable to other metro networks with AFC systems.

We not only firstly applied the theory of hub-and-spoke network to the field of integrated transportation network planning, but also combined our proposed method with Sichuan-Tibet railway, one of super large projects in China, to discuss the optimization and the layout of hub-and-spoke integrated transportation network along the Sichuan-Tibet railway after it is put into operation in the future and put forward some directional policy recommendations. In our study, we have made clear the topological structure of the multi hub and single allocation hybrid hub-and-spoke integrated transportation network in the passenger transportation corridors, established the integer programming model aiming at the minimum generalized travel cost in the network, and we designed the simulated annealing algorithm to solve this problem. In the empirical study, we find that if 5 nodes are selected as hub nodes in hub-and-spoke integrated transportation network, the generalized cost of network travel will be minimized and these specific location of 5 hub nodes can be determined by the selecting principle of hub nodes location, which we proposed in our study. The simulated annealing algorithm can help us to find the connection relationship between nodes. Then we can achieve three types of hub-and-spoke integrated transportation network layout patterns with railway, highway and aviation as the hub nodes. Though further comparative analysis, we find that it is more feasible to choose the integrated transportation network with railway nodes as the hub in transportation organization. Based on this understanding, we put forward policy recommendations on transportation organization to support high-quality planning and operation of integrated transportation network to Sichuan Tibet region in China in the future.
