The article is devoted to the identification of interrelations between mental states and interpersonal relations of children with the teacher in the group of preschool educational institution. The relevance of the study is out of question, since the definition of the interrelation features of mental states and interpersonal relations of children with the teacher is significant in understanding the mechanisms of children’s development in ontogenesis and it is associated with the study of the factors of child’s formation as a person and his socialization. Methods: psychodiagnostic methods, adequate research objectives, methods of statistical processing of experimental data (criterion r-Pearson linear correlation coefficient, cluster analysis) were applied. Research results. The article presents the results of relational and cluster analysis. Based on the results of the cluster analysis, the typological differentiation of the teacher's relations with children is developed. The dendrogram of relations types of teachers with children allowed to identify the following types: authoritative, controlling, emotionally-patronizing, dominating, formal. The correlation analysis allowed to reveal interrelation features of relations types of the teacher with children and mental states. The analysis of correlations allowed to allocate through and special, characteristic only for a certain age stage of development, negative and positive mental states of preschoolers. conclusion. It is found that the authoritative position of the teacher in relations with preschoolers causes high-energy positive mental states. Negative states of high level of activity are manifested depending on the controlling and dominant types of relations. Psychical states of low energy level are associated with emotional-patronizing type of relationship.


The distance measure is the core idea of data mining techniques such as classification, clustering, and statistical analysis and so on. All clustering taxonomies such as partition, hierarchical, density, grid, model, fuzzy and graphs used to distance measures for the data point’s categorization under difference cluster, cluster construction and validation. Big data mining is the advanced concept of data mining respect to the big data dimensions. When traditional clustering algorithm is used under the big data mining the distance measure is needed for scalable under big data mining and support to a huge size dataset, heterogeneous data and sources, and velocity characteristics of the big data. From a theoretically, practically and the existing research perspective, the paper focuses on volume, variety, and velocity big data criterion for identifying a distance measure for the big data mining and recognize how to distance measure works under clustering taxonomy. This study also analyzed all distance measures accuracy with the help of a confusion matrix through clustering.

Given that teacher self-efficacy has been recognized as a significant predictor of desirable outcomes at the student as well as at the teacher level, it is necessary to address the lack of a robust measure of this construct in Serbia. The present study examined the reliability, factor structure, and criterion validity of the 12-item Teachers? Sense of Efficacy Scale (TSES) among a sample of 452 Serbian teachers. Internal consistency estimates for scores on the TSES varied from .77 to .88. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that a three-factor model of the TSES yielded the best fit to data. Criterion validity of the TSES was supported by relationships of all its subscales with teacher job satisfaction. Primary school classroom teachers reported significantly higher self-efficacy for student engagement compared to secondary and high school teachers. No significant differences were found with gender and years of teaching experience. Our results confirm that the TSES is a reliable and valid instrument, and thus potentially useful for research within the Serbian cultural context. Both areas for future research and practical implications are discussed.

Background/aimConsumer-based physical activity (PA) monitors have become popular tools to track PA behaviours. Currently, little is known about the validity of the measurements provided by consumer monitors. We aimed to compare measures of steps, energy expenditure (EE) and active minutes of four consumer monitors with one research-grade accelerometer within a semistructured protocol.MethodsThirty men and women (18–80 years old) wore Fitbit One (worn at the waist), Fitbit Zip (waist), Fitbit Flex (wrist), Jawbone UP24 (wrist) and one waist-worn research-grade accelerometer (ActiGraph) while participating in an 80 min protocol. A validated EE prediction equation and active minute cut-points were applied to ActiGraph data. Criterion measures were assessed using direct observation (step count) and portable metabolic analyser (EE, active minutes). A repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to compare differences between consumer monitors, ActiGraph, and criterion measures. Similarly, a repeated measures ANOVA was applied to a subgroup of subjects who didn’t cycle.ResultsParticipants took 3321±571 steps, had 28±6 active min and expended 294±56 kcal based on criterion measures. Comparatively, all monitors underestimated steps and EE by 13%–32% (p<0.01); additionally the Fitbit Flex, UP24, and ActiGraph underestimated active minutes by 35%–65% (p<0.05). Underestimations of PA and EE variables were found to be similar in the subgroup analysis.ConclusionConsumer monitors had similar accuracy for PA assessment as the ActiGraph, which suggests that consumer monitors may serve to track personal PA behaviours and EE. However, due to discrepancies among monitors, individuals should be cautious when comparing relative and absolute differences in PA values obtained using different monitors.

While evaluating the built environment, predominant agreement on what aspects constitute an achievement or failure in architecture is changing in the course of time. The subject of the research is value set agreements in regional comprehension, followed by the generic tree of award in architecture and construction industries of Latvia. Recently, besides the original task of promoting quality, the judgment typology can be considered a significant evidence of what the contemporary questions, problems and challenges consist of in the regional architecture. Based on the method of analytic comparison, this research paper lists regional awards as established public forms of judgment, reflected in professional editions and mass media during the last two decades. By sorting them by responsible initiatives, aim formulations, establishment data, criterion and target audience, the paper focuses on the general examination of affiliation segments and quantitative and qualitative indicators in the awards assigned since 1990. Conclusions include the data on widespread generalizations in the terms of criteria, segmentation and fragmentation, reputation of subjectivity, commercialization and expansive development in awarding, and at the same time raise the lack of constructive criticism culture in Latvia. Vertinant sukurtą aplinką, dominuojantis susitarimas dėl architektūros pasiekimų ir nesėkmių laikui bėgant kinta. Tyrimo objektas yra Latvijoje regiono mastu numatyti vertės kriterijai, susisteminti į bendrinį architektūrinių ir statybos pramonėje skiriamų apdovanojimų klasifikacinį medį. Dabar šalia pirminės užduoties – kokybės skatinimo, pagal vertinimo tipologiją svarbiu gali būti laikoma klausimų, problemų ir iššūkių, iškylančių regioninėje architektūroje, sprendimo šiuolaikiškumas. Analitiniu lyginimo metodu nagrinėjami profesiniuose leidiniuose ir visuomenės informavimo priemonėse per pastaruosius du dešimtmečius minėti regioniniai viešai įsteigti apdovanojimai, rūšiuojant juos pagal atsakingas iniciatyvas, tikslų formulavimą, įsteigimo duomenis, kriterijus ir tikslinę auditoriją. Straipsnyje daugiausia dėmesio sutelkiama į bendrus, nuo 1990 m. įteiktų apdovanojimų afiliacijos segmentų ir kiekybinių bei kokybinių indikatorių tyrimus. Išvadose pateikiami plačių apibendrinimų duomenys. Pažymima apdovanojimų skyrimo sistemos Latvijoje ribotumas, o kartu ir vis didėjanti konstruktyvios kritikos kultūros stoka.
