Using the theoretical lens of identity work, the objective of the article is to explore how the identity of an entrepreneurial, female, artisan food producer is constructed and enacted. Emphasis is given to a gendered examination of how artisan and entrepreneur as facets of identity co-exist, compete or integrate. The article relies on a phenomenologically oriented case study that comprises numerous sources including primary data from multiple, in-depth, interviews. The data are used to examine identity work undertaken by the case subject across the following categories: dramaturgical, socio-cognitive, psycho-dynamic, discursive and symbolic. The article makes a modest contribution to furthering understanding of the female entrepreneurial identity from a novel perspective.

Individu has problems in life. Inability of the individual to express their feelings can be unfinished business problems. In this case subject have an anger on the father that cause a bad interaction with him and juvenile delinquency. Assessment methods were observation, interview, Clinical Anger Scale, Draw a Person, Baum, House Tree Person and the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children. It can be said that the subject can not express the feeling to the father, so it becomes an unfinished business. The intervention used in this case was Gestalt Therapy with Empty Chair technique. This therapy was able to facilitate the subject in revealing unfinished business related problem with the father. The results of the intervention showed that the level of anger of the subject decreases.

Abstract Interface Delay is a theory of syntactic development, which attempts to explain an array of constructions that are slow to develop, which are characterized by being sensitive to discourse-pragmatic considerations of the type associated with the natural semantic class of definites. The theory claims that neither syntax itself, nor the discourse-pragmatic abilities related to executive function and theory of mind themselves are slow to develop. Rather, the claim is that the nexus or interface between the two cognitive domains is slow to develop. We review the development of subjects in child Spanish as an example of this delayed growth trajectory. Further, we review evidence that a delay in the development of tense causes concomitant delays in the seemingly unrelated phenomena of non-nominative case subject pronoun use and un-inverted wh- questions.

Many methods for measuring agreement among raters have been proposed and applied in many domains in the areas of education, psychology, sociology, and medical research. A brief overview of the most used measures of interrater absolute agreements for ordinal rating scales is provided, and a new index is proposed that has several advantages. In particular, the new index allows to evaluate the agreement between raters for each single case (subject or object), and to obtain also a global measure of the interrater agreement for the whole group of cases evaluated. The possibility of having evaluations of the agreement on the single case is particularly useful, for example, in situations where the rating scale is being tested, and it is necessary to identify any changes to it, or to request the raters for a specific comparison on the single case in which the disagreement occurred. The index is not affected by the possible concentration of ratings on a very small number of levels of the ordinal scale.

Summary: Cleft lip and palate are the most widely recognized craniofacial congenital malformation. The buccal fat pad (BFP) can be utilized to close lateral fistulas at the time of palatoplasty due to its rich blood supply and simple accessibility. The aim is to report on the use of BFP as a pedicled flap in cleft palate surgery and to discuss promising results for this reconstructive concept. The case subject was a five-year-old male born with cleft lip and palate; the cleft lip was operated on 4 months old. The patient was operated on using Bardach's two flap palatoplasty techniques, and for the closure of the lateral lining defect, the BFP was used as a pedicled flap. After the surgery, no abnormality was found, including infection, graft loss, palatal fistulas, or cheek depression. All wounds were fully epithelialized. In palatoplasty, BFP is a safe and reliable method with a fast healing benefit.

Habitability is an essential concept for shelter planning in terms of supporting victims’ right to life with dignity and recovering from what they suffered. The study aimed to identify problems and needs in shelter spaces and suggest measures to improve shelter space plans by conducting a case study in South Korea. The temporary disaster shelter in Pohang built right after the earthquake (2018) was selected as a case subject. From the literature review, a framework consisting of four concepts of habitability (safety, health, sociality, comfort) and four shelter zones (entry, residential, service, special needs zone) was developed for the in-depth interviews and analysis. The field study and in-depth interviews with victims, staff, and volunteers were conducted to collect problems and needs regarding shelter space planning. The results showed that the entry zone needed improvements in ‘protection’, ‘prevention’, ‘sanitation’, ‘accessibility’, ‘area’, and ‘privacy’. The residential zone lacked ‘area’, ‘privacy’, and ‘indoor environmental quality’. The service zone problems were mainly seen in the categories of ‘area’ and ‘privacy’. The special needs zone was less habitable in the categories of ‘protection’ and ‘area’. To appropriately respond to victims’ urgent needs, the temporary shelter planning should secure enough space beyond the legal minimum standards, provide sanitation and indoor environmental quality management, and separate spaces by function and user type.

Studies have shown that there are several types of 'de' in Mandarin Chinese and a united conclusion has not been drawn from the previous approaches and investigations. Some scholars argue that one type of 'de' is treated as a possessive marker and have provided syntactic justification of it. My goal is to examine whether 'de' can assign genitive case subject to a contrastive analysis by virtue of X-bar theories proposed by Chomsky (1981, 1986). In addition to this, I also adopt the expression of logical form (LF) and phonetic form (PF) suggested by Chomsky (2015) so as to seek a justification for answering why 'de' can be omitted (covert) in some specific cases. Providing that a conclusion is reached, the present research will strengthen the idea that 'de' may be an assigner of genitive case.

A summary account of women’s book ownership patterns during the seventeenth century. Although much work is now ongoing to understand the extent of female book ownership and reading in the early modern period, the documentary record is unbalanced. This chapter brings together many kinds of evidence—contemporary lists, inscriptions, bookplates, bindings, inscriptions, wills—to provide an overview of women’s book ownership during the seventeenth century. Women interfacing with books was widespread, not restricted to the closets of gentry ladies, and cultural historians keen to see women’s reading as controversial or subversive are overstating the case. Subject coverage of women’s libraries is explored, noting the high proportion of devotional and English language material typically found, alongside a wider range of books which may be also be associated with women.

Purpose To analyze the U.S, Supreme Court’s decision in Liu v. S.E.C., 140 S. Ct. 1936 (2020) and its potential implications for insider trading cases. Design/Methodology/Approach Provides context on the history of disgorgement in SEC enforcement proceedings; discusses factual and procedural background underlying the Liu decision; summarizes the Court’s opinion and rationale, with a particular focus on the Court’s pronouncements regarding the permissible scope of SEC disgorgement as an equitable remedy; identifies and explores three possible issues in insider trading cases that may be affected by the Court’s narrowing of SEC disgorgement. Findings In Liu, the Supreme Court narrowed SEC disgorgement by stating that, as a general matter, SEC disgorgement is not permitted where: (1) the proceeds are not remitted to investors; (2) one defendant is made to disgorge profits that were received by someone else; or (3) the amount of disgorgement fails to deduct legitimate business expenses, in each case subject to possible exemptions as outlined by the Court. Practical implications This rule may call into question whether courts may: (a) order disgorgement against insider traders, given the difficulty of identifying investors who have been harmed; (b) order insider traders to disgorge profits earned by others on account of their violations; or (c) order insider traders to pay civil penalties under Section 21 A of the Exchange Act based on profits earned by others. Originality/Value Expert analysis and guidance from experienced securities enforcement lawyers with expertise in insider trading.

Management issues. This article requires a search for a solution - in this case, subject to minimizing time and money costs. The following tasks are presented in the framework of this article: analysis of methods, which allows you to see all the possible problems associated with linear programming and their further integration into a single complex model (flow and transport problems), and the derivation of a single integer mathematical model. Modeling for complex problems and a similar algorithm for the optimal search for solutions for a quick and optimal search, show that classical problems that have more than one problem Solutions must be optimal. The peculiarity of the models is that it takes into account multithreading (transport system), satisfies the needs for end points, and also takes into account the parameters of transportation costs (exogenously set), the volume of products in stock, in stock goods to the consumer. This model is very important for the existence of many border points (intersections, stops, etc.). The problem belongs to the nontrivial combinatorial class.
