Aid is the essential means to remove the bottleneck of development in Nepal. Since 1952 AD international donors have been supporting education sector reforms in Nepal with individual basis. Aid program Education for All (EFA), (2004-2009 AD) was established with donors and Nepal Government Joint Financing Agreement (JFA) for the school education reform. Then after, EFA (2001-2015) established education aid for the reform of primary education in Nepal. This research used the secondary data from the different sources of information and used the descriptive research design for data analysis. The researchers concluded that the educational aid trend is in increasing way in each year, only effective management will fulfill the target and increase the effectiveness of the educational aid in the context of Nepal.

Problem statement. Today, the world's leading researchers are working on the creation of objects on the surface of the Moon. One of the urgent tasks is to develop living modules that provide the necessary protection for the crew of the lunar missions. Analysis of existing research has shown that in order to support long-term surface missions, the lunar infrastructure must provide the necessary functionality of the housing base, such as extraction and processing of raw materials, construction, construction of buildings and structures, life support. Purpose of the article. Analysis of the current state of scientific and applied problems and setting goals and objectives of the further study. The subject of the study is to establish the patterns of lunar bases design and operation in the human civilization interests. Conclusions. The solution of the objectives of the study using the proposed systematic approach of creating an innovative dual-use product, namely, the development of building materials, products and structures by additive technologies (3D-printing) and recommendations for their production will allow the creation of high-security building projects that can be used for development of the Moon and the Earth, which will contribute to the development of domestic territorial and industrial infrastructure. The earth and lunar rocks are extremely similar, so the earth rock processing technologies can be applied to the lunar rocks. The development of the residential module and the structures design must take into account the complete life cycle of the lunar base facilities, as well as the physiological needs of the lunar base crew.

The objective of the article was to analyze the socio-economic effectiveness of preventive measures of the main diseases of people of different age groups in the reality of Ukraine. The subject of the study is the characteristics of disease prevention for various age groups. The following research methods are used in the article: analysis and synthesis; systematization of theoretical and empirical research results; analogy and summary. As a result, the role of the prevention of major human diseases is clarified to ensure the socio-economic potential of countries, increase labour capital and productivity and, in addition, contribute to the expansion of gross domestic product. Prevention possibilities are characterized to reduce the burden of disease. At a practical level, comprehensive means of disease prevention are proposed for different age groups of the population. By way of reference, the conditions, and possibilities of reducing the fatal outcomes of the main diseases inherent in the population of Ukraine, such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases, among others, are determined.

Abstract A new wheeled rolling robot is designed based on planar 3-RRR parallel mechanism and spoke wheel with variable diameter, by adjusting the 3-DOF outputs of the planar 3-RRR parallel mechanism, the deformation and rolling motion of the rolling robot are realized, the rotation output of the parallel mechanism realizes the differential change of the diameter of the two supporting wheels of the rolling robot, and the moving output of the parallel mechanism changes the mass distribution of the system, so that the rolling robot can complete the forward, backward, turning and other motions. Based on the introduction of the performance parameters, driving system, variable diameter wheel configuration and motion mechanism of the rolling robot, the eccentric driving torque is analysis and the existing space of the eccentric torque is given, so as to further complete the selection of the driving motor of the robot. This article analysis three typical motions of robots and its performance parameters, such as straight movement, turn movement, climbing exercise, and builds a simple prototype under laboratory conditions to verify the feasibility of the three movements.

In the article Analysis of the impact of antidepressants and other medications on COVID-19 infection risk in a chronic psychiatric in-patient cohort, Catherine L. Clelland and colleagues for the first time suggest a protective effect of antidepressants against infection with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) itself. During the observation period of the first wave of the pandemic in New York, more than 50% of patients in the psychiatric hospital studied were infected. From retrospective analysis of the hospital medical records, the authors found a significantly lower risk for infection in patients with antidepressant medication compared to treatment with other psychiatric drugs. The findings of a reduced infection incidence in patients who were already on antidepressant drug therapy underlines a preventive efficacy of antidepressants against COVID-19. Taken together with the prior obtained data of efficacy against deterioration of COVID-19 disease, this study adds a piece of evidence to the positive benefit-risk of antidepressants in repurposing condition against COVID-19.

Purpose: Harmonization of the Russian Federation legislation with current international recommendations Results: The concept of the radiation safety system has been significantly modified by recommendations of ICRP (2007) and IAEA (2014). An analysis of existing international regulatory framework for radiation safety allowed to identify the main provisions to be implemented in the Russian legal and regulatory framework. It’s showed that the current Federal Law of 09.01.1996 No. 3-FZ «On Radiation Safety of Population» must be ultimately revised to be harmonized with international documents. General approaches to legal regulation of radiation safety should be essentially modified to create a strong relationship between this law and other regulatory and legal documents in force in the Russian Federation. Conclusion: An article-by-article analysis of the current Federal Law of 09.01.1996 No. 3-FZ «On Radiation Safety of Population « showed the need to modify 22 existing articles and add 12 new articles in order to harmonize it with international documents. Given such a large volume of modification it is advisable to pass a new law with simultaneous abolition of the current federal law. A new name has been proposed: Federal Law of the Russian Federation «On Radiation Safety in the Russian Federation». The enactment of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation «On Radiation Safety in the Russian Federation» with the main by-laws approved by the Russian Federation Government – «Radiation Safety Standards» and «Basic Rules for Ensuring Radiation Safety» – will allow to establish an actual regulatory framework for ensuring radiation safety of personnel and population in Russia.

Thematic entertainment complexes are an extremely wide field in which various projects are built. From religious buildings and museums to dinosaur parks and thematic complexes dedicated to cinema. At the moment, TEC do not have a typology. They cannot be classified and systematized. The breadth of topics, sizes, target audiences and placement options is so great that one letter can not describe it. Therefore, it was decided to develop such a system. This will allow us to compare, at first glance, not comparative things, but in conjunction with the final table of the article "Analysis of psychological preconditions for the formation of TEC using the Maslow Pyramid" [2], we can analyze, evaluate, rate and compare different thematic entertainment complexes. The purpose of the study is to analyze the existing methods of typology of thematic entertainment complexes. Identify those items by which you can still classify thematic entertainment complexes. Develop a graphic display for each item and assemble it into a single, compact scheme for easy reading and placement in the design of the architectural environment. Then let's analyze the real thematic entertainment complex. For example, take Disneyland Paris, as the brightest representative of this type of building. The scientific novelty of the study is that we will form a typological system that will allow in a compact version to encrypt all the features of the thematic entertainment complex. Its size, location, topic, purpose, target audience, etc. As a result, we get a method of analysis of thematic entertainment complexes, which will allow you to quickly analyze thematic entertainment complexes, compare them with each other and more clearly structure existing and future complexes. It will also help the end visitor to immediately understand exactly where he spent and what to expect from the institution.
