In today's information era, the ability to do business or carry out activities is reliant on the availability of information technology is needed in most of the business sector. Along with the expansion of information technology, however, it frequently introduces new problems such as data redundancy, technological platforms, and excessive information technology spending. To avoid the problem that frequently happens, organizations require IS planning that may create alignment between IT and the business. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is a Zachman Framework-based Enterprise architecture methodology. The first stage is Planning Initialization, which aims to design information technology for the future utilizing the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) process (starting), second, we'll look at business modeling, systems, and present technology (where we are now) , third, data architecture, applications, and technology (recommendations), and fourth, implementation (Achievements). The existence of a recommendation or blueprint given to the Sindangjaya Ward Office is expected to solve in the resolution of problems at the ward office, and it is hoped that the method used can be applied and understood when the need for future development, particularly in the IT field.

Information Technology Organization of an enterprise must have a framework of guidelines for the development of information system and adequate documentation of the systems and technology, so that further information could be given to devising a comprehensive and integrated system. Enterprise architecture is a conceptual blueprint that defines the structure and operation of an organization. There are numbers of processes or methodologies that can be used in the development of enterprise architecture products, one of them is an Enterprise Architecture Planning (Enterprise Architecture Planning/EAP) based on the Zachman’s framework. Enterprise Architecture Planning is a compilation consisting of the following business model documents, IRC documents, data architecture applications, Data architecture blueprints, architectural blueprints, and the roadmap plan technology of Enterprise Architecture Planning.

This study discusses the design of information technology enterprise architecture in the cooperation of Budi Karya. The main problem encountered is that the management still uses a bookkeeping system. The information obtained in each section has not been integrated with other, the IT management organization structure is not sufficient because there is no staff who have specialized IT experts, and require development in information technology. This was stated in one of the Budi Karya cooperation missions which read "Adopting the development of information technology and modern management systems". This study aims to produce process architecture, data, applications and technology that can be a reference for implementing all activities in cooperation of Budi Karya. This research uses the TOGAF (the Open Group Architecture Framework) which is a framework that has detailed methods and tools for developing and implementing enterprise architecture, with 8 architectural phases of vision, business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions, migration plan, implementation Governance, and architecture change management. Data collection is done by direct observation interviews and literature studies. The results of all these phases will produce a detailed framework of process architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and architecture in cooperation of Budi Karya Keywords:  Enterprise, Architecture, Cooperation, framework, TOGAF

The role of information technology greatly influences the improvement of a higher education governance, so that universities today should have models and standards that can be implemented as a reference in enhancing harmony between business strategies and information technology. Enterprise Architecture planning (EAP) is one of the methodologies that can be applied in planning information architecture, the stages in EAP consist of data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture and how the design that has been made can be implemented to support business activities, to achieve the organization's mission.

Information technology has been used as a solution for improving productivity and service quality by enterprises, and software systematization supported by information technology has increasingly become the foundation for enterprise service. Innovation towards enterprise architecture improvement is usually necessary to provide high-quality service and create new value. This paper proposes a methodology aiming at stimulating innovation by evaluating the value provided by software system while visualizing the enterprise architectures. In this paper, the constituents of traditional business modeling methods are analyzed and integrated. Next, an innovation methodology based on ArchiMate framework is described and the detailed steps are defined. To evaluate the effectiveness of this proposed method, a case study on a Japanese convenience store information system is conducted and a controlled experiment is carried out.

The information system is used to present information for management decision making and running the activities involved in an organization. Blue Print of information technology essentially provides college's strategic plan to implement and build information systems in college which is a derivative of the Business Plan colleges where individual companies generally have a strategic plan. This study aims to create an enterprise architecture for IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, in the form of IT blueprint that could later be used by the enterprise to achieve its vision and mission. The planning is done by utilizing EAP methodology (Enterprise Architecture Planning). The means used is through the process of defining the enterprise architecture in the form of data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, business architecture, as well as integration architecture. Once the rest of the enterprise architecture is defined, the result made implementation plan is a plan for the implementation of enterprise architectures in the future as a blueprint for the information technology IAIN Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon.

Sonny Medika Bidan Enen Clinic is a health service provider that has skilled medical personnel, but data management at the clinic is still done manually. The risk of errors in storing and managing medical record data caused by human error is still quite high, so that it can reduce the quality of service. With the design of the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system it can help the process of managing medical record data, so that service and archive storage is better and can reduce errors that occur. The design of the EMR is done by the EAP (Enterprise Architecture Planning) method using the Zachman Framework. There are four stages carried out which include the seven main components of EAP, namely Design Initiation, Business Modeling, Current Technology Systems, Data Architecture Design, Application Architecture design, Technology Architecture Design, and Implementation Plan. The results of the EMR design by the EAP method successfully defined 3 business processes. In the data architecture produces 7 data entities, in the application architecture 4 application proposals are generated, and in the technology architecture the proposed architectural technology design is generated .

Abstract — Enterprise architecture design in organizations is one way to find out the information technology used by organizations today, especially in PT. Manufaktur Rak Gondola. PT. Manufaktur Rak Gondola uses the TOGAF 9.1 framework in designing the organization's corporate architecture. Enterprise architecture management analysis aims to ensure that all components that support the process are running well, are identified and functioning properly. The analysis carried out at the same time as the enterprise architecture design process, it will improve the quality of the resulting enterprise architecture design. The results of the analysis can be used as recommendations for adequate control in the running process. The design process that has been carried out, was analyzed using COBIT 5, APO03.01, and APO03.02. The analysis was carried out to ensure compatibility of the TOGAF framework with the controls found in COBIT 5.   Keywords— APO03.01, APO03.02, COBIT 5, Enterprise architecture, TOGAF 9.1

Universities in Indonesia already have academic information systems. This university in developing its academic information system is carried out individually according to conditions and needs. Currently there are no guidelines in providing direction for the planning, development, implementation and service of academic information systems based on information and communication technology in universities. In addition to this, it is based on the planning and development of an academic information system which is what will be planned and developed and how its development guidelines are not yet available. The purpose of this study is to provide guidance in building academic information systems at private universities that can be applied in South Sumatra Province. This goal needs to be done because in general the academic information system business processes and services as well as the need for information in each university have in common namely the acceptance of new students, academic management and academic release. The result of the research is an academic information system architecture as a guideline in planning the development of an academic information system according to the conditions of private universities in South Sumatra Province. This study uses the EAP method with the steps of activities including planning initiation, business modeling and survey of current institutions, systems and technologies, data architecture and application architecture. The results of this study are a guide in building a system in the form of an academic information system architecture that can be applied to private universities in Indonesia especially South Sumatra Province. This study uses the EAP / Enterprise Architecture Planning method with activity steps including planning initiation, business modeling and institutional surveys, current systems and technology, data architecture and application architecture.
