Significance Yet NFTs divide opinion over whether they are a bubble waiting to burst or will redefine ownership of digital assets and become a core element of the metaverse. The two outcomes are not mutually exclusive. Impacts Digitisation will increase the need to replicate physical properties such as scarcity, uniqueness and proof of ownership of digital assets. An NFT's value is based on what a buyer is willing to pay for it, making it a speculative alternative asset class for investors. NFTs mostly require a cryptocurrency to purchase, thus tying their value to another volatile asset.

A land certificate is important in a rule of law because it is the strongest proof of ownership owned by a person if the status of the land is to be recognized by the law, without a certificate it can be ascertained that the person who claims the land can be canceled. In addition, land certificates can also be sold or transferred to other people or inherited to their children. In the Making of Land Deeds / Certificates in Kuta Besi Village, Batu Brak District, West Lampung Regency, currently many people do not have official land certificates from BPN, therefore People who are aware of the law establish a Pokmas organization that collaborates directly with the West Lampung BPN as an effort to assist the community in making land certificates that are more efficient and effective, and also the purpose of establishing a community group organization is to provide direct socialization to the community regarding community rights to land ownership, methods This research uses a normative juridical approach using legislation related to Land Registration and an empirical approach, which is carried out by looking directly at the object of research by means of observation and interviews.

The purpose of this research is to determine the validity of a fiduciary security deed using a motorized vehicle that is still in the indent process as a guarantee. This type of research is empirical legal research which is based on primary data sources and secondary data sources. Then the conclusions are drawn through descriptive analysis techniques. The results show that a motorized vehicle that is still in the pivoting process can be charged with a fiduciary guarantee, but the debtor must attach proof of the order given by the dealer The part that will pay the vehicle in full to the dealer is the bank and after the proof of payment is given in full, the proof must be presented in front of a notary. The debtor must also make his own statement if the BPKB has been issued, it must be immediately submitted to the bank. The validity of a fiduciary guarantee deed that uses a motorized vehicle that is still in the pivot process as evidence is legally recognized because in the provisions of the explanation of article 6 letter c of the Law on Fiduciary Security does not clearly emphasize the existence of BPKB ownership so that proof of purchase orders can already be obtained. used as proof of ownership of a motorized vehicle that is still in the process of being indented.

By only storing a unique copy of duplicate data possessed by different data owners, deduplication can significantly reduce storage cost, and hence is used broadly in public clouds. When combining with confidentiality, deduplication will become problematic as encryption performed by different data owners may differentiate identical data which may then become not deduplicable. The Message-Locked Encryption (MLE) is thus utilized to derive the same encryption key for the identical data, by which the encrypted data are still deduplicable after being encrypted by different data owners. As keys may be leaked over time, re-encrypting outsourced data is of paramount importance to ensure continuous confidentiality, which, however, has not been well addressed in the literature. In this paper, we design SEDER, a SEcure client-side Deduplication system enabling Efficient Re-encryption for cloud storage by (1) leveraging all-or-nothing transform (AONT), (2) designing a new delegated re-encryption (DRE), and (3) proposing a new proof of ownership scheme for encrypted cloud data (PoWC). Security analysis and experimental evaluation validate security and efficiency of SEDER, respectively.

The performance of judges in deciding on a legal dispute that is faced is a work process looking for legal norms both in the legislation and legal norms that live in the community. Based on the results of the above studies it can be concluded that; at the practical level there are two approach models used by judges to examine and adjudicate a civil case related to the values and rules of customary law in society, namely an evolutionist approach which holds the view that indigenous peoples are a community with barriers in the process of integration into the modern world, so that this transition process must be guarded through legal procedures. This view has an effect on the pattern of approaches used in dealing with a case related to customary issues and norms living in the community, this approach in view of the formalistic legal approach influenced by the possibility of legism-positivism, so that in some cases the disputed adat the right to customary land in Papu the judge always put forward formal proof of ownership of letters explaining proof of ownership of a plot of land, so that many customary civil cases must be rejected by the Court because the Plaintiff or the defendant can not prove formally proof of ownership over the disputed land.
