A land certificate is important in a rule of law because it is the strongest proof of ownership owned by a person if the status of the land is to be recognized by the law, without a certificate it can be ascertained that the person who claims the land can be canceled. In addition, land certificates can also be sold or transferred to other people or inherited to their children. In the Making of Land Deeds / Certificates in Kuta Besi Village, Batu Brak District, West Lampung Regency, currently many people do not have official land certificates from BPN, therefore People who are aware of the law establish a Pokmas organization that collaborates directly with the West Lampung BPN as an effort to assist the community in making land certificates that are more efficient and effective, and also the purpose of establishing a community group organization is to provide direct socialization to the community regarding community rights to land ownership, methods This research uses a normative juridical approach using legislation related to Land Registration and an empirical approach, which is carried out by looking directly at the object of research by means of observation and interviews.

Blockchain refers to a distributed ledger technology that helps people to regulate and manage their information without any intermediaries. This technology emerges as a promising panacea for authentication and authorization with potential for use in every possible domain including financial, manufacturing, educational institutions, etc. Blockchain has its birth through the concept of Bitcoin, a digital cryptocurrency by Satoshi Nakamoto, called as Blockchain 1.0. Blockchain 2.0 came into existence in 2014 with Ethereum and smart contracts. The challenges such as scalability, interoperability, sustainability, and governance led to the next generation of Blockchain also called as IOTA, a blockchainless cryptocurrency for the internet of things runs on the top of their own ledger called Tangle, which is immune towards quantum computers. This disruptive technology evolved to provide cross chain support and more security through Blockchain 4.0. A creation can be considered as belonging to someone if they have a valid proof. An original creation that have been changed for certain purposes will definitely eliminate proof of ownership of the creation. A hash function is one method used to test the authenticity of data, while steganography is one method used to maintain the security of confidential data from outside parties. In this study, the Hash MD5 method will be combined with the Least Significant Bit method to test the authenticity of an image. The purpose of testing the authenticity is to find out the truth of ownership of a creation, in this case, we are testing the image. The results of this test are the status of an image that will be declared valid or invalid. Measurement of validity depends on whether there is a similarity between the value of the Hash that has been implanted and the value of the Hash obtained during the test. If the tested image has the same Hash value, then the image will be declared valid, but instead ai image is declared invalid if the image has been modified or ownership status has been changed. From the result of testing the authenticity with several images, it can prove that the combination of the Hash MD5 method with LSB has a good level of security and suitable to authenticity testing.

Land as school infrastructure is often neglected in the certification process. This research emphasized that school land certification is essential and whether it automatically includes authority over everything on it, what land rights can be given to the school, and how it is carried out. This research used the normative juridical research method by leaning on empirical research. Secondary data taken from library research dominates this research. The data was obtained through document studies or library studies. Furthermore, some primary data was obtained through observations. Land certificates is a piece of solid evidence to ascertain the rights of the education provider as the subject of rights so that they can defend their rights from claims by other parties. However, it does not automatically cover all authority over what is on the land because it is a part of the horizontal separation principle. School land can have the status of State land and can also have four types of land rights owned by the education providers, namely Freehold Title, Building Right Title, Cultivation Right Title, and Mortmain (Waqf) right. The rights can be obtained through sporadic registration or complete systematic land registration. The availability and readiness of facilities and infrastructure are essential in 21st-century education and learning because they will significantly affect learning.

The objective of the article is to clarify peculiarities and conditions of the activities of Ukrainian book publishers in today’s media space which is an important issue today. It is analyzed the literature and sources on this issue and it is ascertained the theoretical and practical possibilities to take into account the trends in the world of modern media in the PR-activity of book publishers. Also the prospects for further scientific study and practical use of PR-communications in the activity of publishers are determined. The analysis of current changes in the modern information space allows us to trace the general tendencies: the new subject and object areas are formed; the number of subjects is expanded; the new formats of interaction within the system of communications of the organization and in society as a whole are created. That means that publishing house’s PR-communications are complicated by the emergence of new elements, such as active audience, social networks as communication channels, promotions on the Internet and others. PR communication in the Internet space is the most effective and inexpensive tool for interaction of publishers with active audiences. The use of online channels of Internet for communication with the target audience of publishing organizations has certain advantages over traditional media. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the information saturation of media space, which complicates the way of PR-messages of book publishers to the reader.

Mobile phones have become so ubiquitous that they turned into an important part of our life. According to Parsons, mobile subscriptions exceed 6 billion subscriptions globally. Similarly, Ipsos and Verizon (as cited in Tan & El-Bendary) found out that adopting mobile phones with smart technologies has increased fast which also coincided with a more utilization of their Internet capabilities. With the abundance of knowledge the Internet provides, mobile phones become an invaluable pathway for that knowledge. The fact that these gadgets are well-liked by students make them one of the best tools to be adopted by educational institutions. This study will investigate the actual academic use of mobile phones among students and teachers, their attitudes toward using them as learning or teaching tools, and if there is a significant difference in attitudes of the participants toward using mobile as learning or teaching tools based on the job criteria (Student vs. Faculty Member).
