The aim of the study was the need to theoretically and experimentally substantiate the technology of diagnostics and correction of maladjustment changes in the psychoemotional sphere of seafarers at the stages of a long voyage. Materials and methods. The material of the research is dynamic observation in the form of psychological testing, carried out during a long voyage of the crew (n = 48 people) of the BMRT fishing vessel (large freezer fishing trawler) with the home port of Murmansk. The age of the fishermen varied from 22–36 years and averaged 27.0±0.84 years, the duration of the cruise was 152 days to catch fish in the Southwest Atlantic. The subjects belonged to different professional groups, and had worked at sea from 3 to 11 years (M = 5.4±0.26). The research methods were valid methods applied in a complex: a modified eight-color test by M. Luscher, personality questionnaire “EPI” by G. Aysenk, psychodiagnostic test “General assessment of personality” by V.М. Melnikov and L.T. Yampolsky, the MMPI questionnaire «Personal scale of manifestations of anxiety, the questionnaire» Life style index «(«LSI») Kellerman-Plutchik-Conte for identifying types of psychological defenses, the test for the study of reactive and personal anxiety Spielberger-Khanin and the test card SAN (test questionnaire Mini-cartoon). Results and discussion. the study showed that continuous (more than 3 months) fishing in the sea leads to changes in the psycho-emotional sphere of fishermen, manifested in the appearance of signs of psychological maladjustment. The majority of those examined as the leader have a trophotropic (non-optimal) type of mental adaptation to conditions of long-term work at sea, characterized by a decrease in the psychophysical reserves of the body, increased anxiety with the choice of a strategy of passive adaptation to extreme environmental conditions.

However, in practice, some University Student Exam Card sheets still adopt the traditional nature of queues. This will cause problems if the exam card can be lost or damaged. Digitalization can disruption the world of education, especially Exam Cards that are digital and systematically stored on the website page. SiS + is a Student iLearning Services that can make it easier for Raharja University students to access all their lecture needs by digitizing them. The YII Framework-based SiS + website's development uses the DevOps method to get online exam cards because applicable regulations fulfill student attendance. This research is expected to transform the student management system efficiency, reduce queues, and implement physical distancing during a pandemic.

This study aimed to assess Dog Erythrocyte Antigen (DEA) 1.1 in donor dogs at the Federal University of Mato Grosso, Cuiabá, Brazil, and review the relevant literature. The blood (60 samples; 1.5 mL volume, each) was collected in separate vacutainer tubes containing ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and submitted for complete blood count; in addition, the samples were typed by RapidVet® based on agglutination due to specific interaction between DEA 1 antigen at the membrane surface of the erythrocyte and lyophilised murine monoclonal antibody on the test card. DEA1.1 positivity was observed in 81.6% (49 of 60) of test samples, while negative results were obtained in the remaining 18.3% (11 of 60). DEA 1.1 positive samples were comprised of 42.8% of purebred dogs and 38.3% of mixed breed dogs. With regard to sex in the DEA 1.1 positive group, 48.3% were male dogs and 33.3% were female dogs. The blood donor canine population showed high prevalence of DEA 1.1, which confirms that blood typing should be performed prior to blood transfusion in previously sensitised dogs.


Complexity & Criticality have made the latest state of the art Military/Aerospace systems more and more I/O and data intensive. Demand for huge chunk of signal information drives the innovation in the technology to make the systems capable of transforming the data at higher and higher speeds. So, computers and communication devices use VPX technology to communicate with other devices because, VPX support multi Gigabit communication and it is very rugged, compact and portable. So switching systems used for communication in military and aerospace should also support VPX connectivity. Characterizing switch, which gives connectivity on VPX and which communicate through VPX switched fabric backplane with other devices on same backplane is difficult and tedious task. In switch there are many stress points, which may cause switch goes down in network. To characterize these stress points, we designed VPX based test card and characterize data plane performance of switch by measuring some parameters and analyzing transmitted and received frames. Also by preparing setup for environmental characterization we can test performance for different environmental conditions. Also using environmental chambers, we characterize for environmental parameters at different ruggedized levels.A

In this paper, we discuss the potential use of four transistor active pixel sensor (4T-APS) as a video monitor at a nuclear accident site with a high level of γ radiation. The resistance and radiation responses to γ radiation were investigated by radiation experiments using 137Cs and 60Co γ-ray sources. The radiation resistance of 4T-APS was studied by testing the mean and the maximum dark current of the sensors after irradiation. A random spatial distribution of radiation response events was observed upon analyzing these events on the video images in a given time during irradiation. The background dependence of the 4T-APS was also studied by comparing the grayscale incremental value of the images with different color and grayscale backgrounds: the radiation response events were obvious on the images with a background having a smaller grayscale value or a deeper color. Finally, the color saturation and resolution of the images were tested using a vector oscilloscope and a test card. When the total ionizing dose was less than or equal to the damage threshold, no significant performance deterioration of 4T-APS was observed in an environment with sufficient light.

Цель работы: исследование характера отклика сыворотки крови больных и здоровых людей на внешнее электромагнитное воздействие. Методика. Исследована сыворотка крови 130 пациентов с различными видами патологии и 30 здоровых доноров на внешнее электромагнитное излучение (ЭМИ). Применялось ЭМИ крайне высокой частоты (КВЧ), низкоинтенсивного лазерного излучения (НИЛИ), а также сочетанного применения двух источников ЭМИ (НИЛИ и КВЧ) на сыворотку крови. Оценка эффекта ЭМИ осуществлялась по структурам твёрдой фазы (фациям) сыворотки крови, получаемым методом клиновидной дегидратации. Метод состоял в нанесении капли сыворотки крови (контроль, опыт) на поверхность стекла тест-карты, которую помещали в сушильный комплекс для дегидратации в стандартных условиях (температура 25°С, относительная влажность 55-60%, экспозиция 18-24 ч). Результаты. Установлено 3 типа отклика структуры фаций сыворотки крови больных на воздействие внешнего источника излучения: нормализация структуры, усиление её дезинтеграции и отсутствие эффекта. Показано, что эффект нормализации (гармонизации) структуры фаций сыворотки крови достигался наиболее часто при применении комбинации источников ЭМИ в последовательности: лазер + ЭМИ КВЧ. Сыворотка крови здоровых доноров в подавляющем большинстве не была чувствительна к данным видам ЭМИ. Заключение. Высказано предположение, что метод клиновидной дегидратации сыворотки крови при воздействии на неё ЭМИ можно использовать как детектор чувствительности организма к различным слабым электромагнитным излучениям. Это даёт возможность подбора in vitro определённых видов источников ЭМИ для обеспечения оптимального терапевтического эффекта. The study of blood serum (BS) response to external electromagnetic radiation (EMR) was performed in 130 patients with different types of pathology and 30 healthy donors. Aim. To study the response of BS solid phase structure to external electromagnetic effects in patients and healthy subjects. Method. Effects of extremely high frequency (EHF) EMR, low-intensity laser radiation (LILR), and a combination of two EMR sources (LILR and EHF) on BS were studied. EMR effects were evaluated on BS solid phase structures (facies) obtained by the method of cuneiform dehydration. The method consisted of applying a drop of BS (control, experiment) on the surface of a glass test card, which was placed in a dryer for dehydration under the standard conditions (temperature, 25°C; relative humidity, 55-60%; exposure time, 18-24 h). Results. Three types of facies structure response to the effect of external radiation were observed in BS patients: normalization of the structure, strengthening of its disintegration, and lack of effect. The effect of BS facies structure normalization (harmonization) was achieved most frequently with a combination of EMR sources in a sequence of LILR + EMR. The vast majority of healthy donors were not sensitive to these types of EMR. Conclusion. We suggested that the method of BS cuneiform dehydration under the action of EMR can be used for detection of body sensitivity to various kinds of weak electromagnetic radiation. This allows to select in vitro certain types of EMR sources to ensure an optimal therapeutic effect.
