Scientific approaches to the role of regime-forming objects in the formation of restrictions on land use, which have been studied by scientists in land management, economic and legal areas, are considered. The approaches to the formation of the classifier of regime-forming objects by certain relevant groups in relation to the zones with the limited regime of land use and the territories that are formed around them are analyzed. A group of territories with limited land use regime by functional zone is considered on the example of the territory of water bodies. An analysis of the legislative provision on the list of restrictions on land use and the list of territorial zones of water bodies. The comparison of the existing list of restrictions on land use (land plots) and the formed division of regime-forming objects in accordance with the legislation of levels on the example of the territory of water bodies is given. It is established that the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №1051 "On approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State Land Cadastre" lacks a classification of regime-forming objects that form restrictions on land use, a list of restrictions on land use and land, as well as a list of territorial zones of the State Land Cadastre) do not contain the entire list of possible regime-forming objects in land use and needs to be clarified and supplemented.

This chapter focuses on Deb Porter Gill's second surgery attempt after the first postponed kidney transplant. It details the entire list of surgical risks again and the need for a new signature on the consent forms. The chapter also highlights her discussion with Lisa, her nurse transplant coordinator, about the dry ice story, and a final “sign-off” appointment she had with a nephrologist, as the nephrologist's approval would be required to proceed to surgery. The chapter then recounts how the author and Deb started as strangers, entered into the same project with optimism and determination, and together made a miracle happen. Ultimately, it outlines the follow-up appointments and protocols after the successful surgery.

For the first time in the museum literature, the article traces the influence of university charters on the museum business in Russian universities in the XIX – early XX century. Using the original act documents extracted from the “Complete Collection of Laws of the Russian Empire”, the author showed that the charter of 1804 and all subsequent legislative acts provided for the formation of auxiliary educational institutions in universities – offices, assemblies, anatomical theaters. It is particularly stipulated that the charter of 1804 did not use the term “museum”, since it was not widely used in Russia at that time. In the act documents at the beginning of the XIX century, the word “cabinet” was used, which was in some sense a synonym for it and was used in the sense of storage, collection. But the work prescribed by legislative acts on the selection, description and preservation of exhibits, tools, and other objects necessary for teaching, allows us to talk about the birth of museum functions in universities. Starting in 1835, the charters introduced the term “museum”, they expanded the list of educational materials and aids. Taking into account the obvious lack of knowledge on the subject under study, the author gives the entire list of educational and auxiliary institutions listed in the statutes. These are the cabinets: physical, mineralogical, botanical, zoological, technological, and the collection of machines and models for applied mathematics, collections – architectural models, pharmacological, surgical instruments, obstetrical instruments, anatomical theater and collection of exhibits, zootomic theater, and collection of exhibits, as well as the Museum of Fine Arts and Antiquities. The statutes prescribe ways to replenish university collections, including through the unhindered discharge of benefits from abroad. In the university charters and staff schedules attached to the charters, it was mandatory to specify monetary amounts, determine their distribution for the maintenance of offices and museums, as well as the heads and general staff of these university departments. The article emphasizes that the charter of 1863 spelled out in detail the procedure for approving the position of curators of cabinets and museums, and in addition, their pension provision was separately prescribed. The charter of 1884 provides an expanded list of university museums, establishes the number of employees, and addresses issues of museum management. At the end of the article, it is quite appropriate to conclude that the university charters defined the legislative foundations of the museum business in Russian universities of the XIX-early XX century

Across seven experiments, the present article examined the influence of the number of part-set cues on order retention, as assessed by both reconstruction of order and serial recall tests. Historically, part-set cueing facilitation occurs when half of the items are provided as valid part-set cues on tests of order memory. Using a variety of list lengths (10 or 16), numbers of cues (0–14), and types of cues (full or partial), the present experiments showed disparate effects of the number of part-set cues on reconstruction and serial recall tasks. On reconstruction tests, a minimum number of full cues was required before part-set cueing facilitation was produced and the magnitude of facilitation increased as the number of cues increased. Generally, partial cues did not influence order retention until almost the entire list was provided as partial cues. On serial recall tests, part-set cueing facilitation was only evident with a few full cues. In contrast, part-set cueing impairment was the norm when many partial cues were provided. These results were largely consistent with predictions of the retrieval strategy disruption hypothesis, as well as with an anchoring account of part-set cueing for order.

Unbalanced structure of the assortment leads to the decrease in the level of proft, loss of the competitive position of enterprises, including wine ones, in promising markets. In the conditions of the modern wine market, there is a tendency to increase consumer influence on the formation of the assortment range of wineries, focusing on wines with original consumer properties, in particular ice. Ice wine is a rare wine of a special type, the technology of which involves the use of non-classical methods of processing grapes. Therefore, ice wine is characterized by original consumer properties leading to increased interestamong consumers who increasingly use distance means of buying goods. In this regard, in this article the monitoring of the ice wine assortment was conducted, which is presented on the sites of Ukrainian online stores, both general retail and specialized wine networks.Coefcient estimation methods were used to evaluate the assortment of ice wines based on comparison with the benchmark system. According to the results of the study, the low coefcients of breadth and depth of ice wine assortment presented in the onlinestoresin Ukraine were obtained. It was determined that most ice wines are wines of foreign producers made from Riesling grapes. The Rozetka online store has the entire list of ice wines on sale, but the largest assortment of ice wines from around the world is not available for orders on the website of the specialized wine online store Wine Style. It should be noted that not a single position of ice wine was found in the online stores of Ukrainian grocery retail chains. Therefore, the subsequent formation of an assortment of ice wines is an urgent task, which will allow us to correctly propose effective methods to increase the competitiveness of ice wines on the Ukrainian retail market. The article presents models of inventory accounting led by a project manager and system engineer. The project “Inventory accounting system using system engineering methods” is aimed at the formation of a separate inventory accounting system in   the development, manufacture and production of products. In the framework of Ural Diesel Engine Plant LLC, such records are kept only for expensive components that are delivered with military acceptance in the context of each contract for each state contract. Even with such accounting at the enterprise, there is a problem of making small profits or lack of profit from the manufacture of military diesel generators. In developing my project, I would like to improve the system of accounting and writing off inventory items supplied with military acceptance, and later using this system for the entire list of components that make up the product. Keywords: systems engineer, project manager, lifecycle, management basics, separate accounting, management accounting, operational accounting, successful accounting system

The recent development of online recommender systems has a focus on collaborative ranking from implicit feedback, such as user clicks and purchases. Different from explicit ratings, which reflect graded user preferences, the implicit feedback only generates positive and unobserved labels. While considerable efforts have been made in this direction, the well-known pairwise and listwise approaches have still been limited by various challenges. Specifically, for the pairwise approaches, the assumption of independent pairwise preference is not always held in practice. Also, the listwise approaches cannot efficiently accommodate “ties” due to the precondition of the entire list permutation. To this end, in this paper, we propose a novel setwise Bayesian approach for collaborative ranking, namely SetRank, to inherently accommodate the characteristics of implicit feedback in recommender system. Specifically, SetRank aims at maximizing the posterior probability of novel setwise preference comparisons and can be implemented with matrix factorization and neural networks. Meanwhile, we also present the theoretical analysis of SetRank to show that the bound of excess risk can be proportional to √M/N, where M and N are the numbers of items and users, respectively. Finally, extensive experiments on four real-world datasets clearly validate the superiority of SetRank compared with various state-of-the-art baselines.

Topicality. In today's economic environment, logistic activity of enterprises requires transformation of approaches to material flow management. Constant changes in the market situation require enterprises to analyze the market conditions, improve inventory management processes, introduce qualitatively new forms of work with suppliers of material resources, as well as mechanisms for selling finished products to different categories of consumers. Solving the above problems causes the need to develop a set of measures to improve the management of material flows at enterprises in order to increase the level of logistics services to consumers and reduce the cost of logistics activities as a result of lowering the costs of logistics and marketing activities. In the scientific literature on logistics, there is a variety of definitions of the term material flow, which is proposed by scientists from different scientific schools. Some scientists understand the material flow as a set of inventory; others products; the third the flow of different types of resources; fourth the process of sequential formation and transformation in space and time of objects of labor, etc. In this connection, it became necessary to generalize and systematize theoretical approaches to the essence and content of the concept of material flow. Aim and tasks. The aim of this study is to substantiate the application of a comprehensive approach to the definition of the meaning of the term material flow of the enterprise. To achieve this goal, the following scientific tasks have been defined: to analyze, summarize and systematize existing scientific approaches to determining the essence of material flow of the enterprise; provide an author's interpretation of the concept. Methods of analysis and synthesis, critical analysis and comparison, generalization, classification, structural-logical method, system approach were used to solve the set scientific problems. Research results. Generalized various scientific views to formulate the material flow of the enterprise, which is conditionally systematized according to 10 classification features: a key category of logistics management theory; the object of logistics management; set of inventory; set of elements (resources, materials, equipment, finished goods, waste); a set of different goods moving from suppliers to consumers; production in kind; a set of inventories; flow of different types of resources; set of logistic operations, processes, links; objects of work. The feasibility of applying a comprehensive approach to the definition of the term material flow, which makes it possible to reflect the continuous movement of the set of necessary types of resources (material resources, production of work in progress, production and inventory, finished products, industrial waste) at the enterprise in the consistent implementation of the entire list of processes logistic activities (logistical support, storage of material resources, production of products, formation of production and commodity stocks, serve different customer categories, transportation and marketing of finished products, recycling of industrial waste). Conclusion. The novelty of the author's interpretation of the material flow is that this definition is quite complex and reflects the continuous movement of the set of necessary types of resources at an industrial enterprise with the consistent implementation of the entire list of processes of logistics activities. It is established that it will help to obtain synergetic effect by reducing the costs of organizing logistics activities, improving the quality of logistics services and the level of service of different categories of consumers, optimizing the level of inventories and increasing the level of profitability of the enterprise from the sale of finished products.
