This study discusses  teachers strategy of Islamic Education Implementing Multiculturalism Based Education. In conducting the study, we used a qualitative case study method. The case of this study was a stateb senior high school in Palu city. Data were gathered through direct field observation, in-depth interviews which involve teachers and the school principle. We also analyzed written material, such as the school teaching activities, to understand how the teacher strategies in implementing multicultural based education as the senior high school.  Our study found that the teachers at the government senior high school made learning planning that emphasizes the integration of multicultural values, fairness, responsibility, religion, awareness of rights and obligations, equality, tolerance, respect for diversity, honesty, discipline contained in the learning program plan and in the syllabus. Then the implementation of multicultural education learning is carried out through a sociological approach that contains multicultural values.

By 2015, one-third of internet users around the world were under the age of 18, almost half of which were living in the so-called ‘Global South’. In light of this, literature from the field of children’s online rights has become increasingly critical of the lack of engagement in internet governance discussions globally with the United Nations (UN) Convention of the Rights of the Child (CRC). Revisions of the CRC for its 25th anniversary influenced scholarship proposing using it as a guiding framework to identify and regress current deficits amongst its pillars of provision, protection and participation. This has triggered debates by evidencing how dominant strategies have been overly focused on facilitating access, with issues of online protection often being ignored and at times even hindering the almost absent considerations to child’s right to participation. Framed within a national Digital Agenda initially based on a One-Laptop-Per-Child program (Plan Ceibal), the Uruguayan government managed to effectively bridge the ‘digital divide’ in access to laptops and internet amongst its youngest population. This yielded significant impacts on low-income households and its achievements allowed the country to receive frequent praise by International Organisations. This study consists of an analysis of government digital policies focused on children in Uruguay between 2009 and 2019. To facilitate this, the CRC was used as a framework to categorise key features of the principal strategies that have been implemented. It argues that while great advances have been made in terms of digital access, this has not been sufficiently accompanied with comprehensive and child-centred solutions that encompass regulations and children and adult digital education. These are fundamental aspects for promoting a critical engagement with digital technologies and tailoring strategies for digital policies championing the best interest of children and Uruguay’s digital future.

The session in this chapter introduces emotion exposures, which involve the planned introduction of a stimulus to provoke habitually avoided emotions in order to reduce avoidance and promote new learning. An emotion exposure can be designed to provoke any emotion, and can be situational or imaginal, in the therapy office or elsewhere. Clients in this treatment program plan emotion exposures for emotions associated with their eating disorder and other emotional issues that are involve patterns of emotional avoidance or suppression. In this session, clients begin filling out a personal emotion exposure hierarchy and learn to identify principles of planning an emotion exposure, as well as how to record before and after exposures.

This research was conducted to evaluate the management program in English village, to maintain the program that is implemented and to increase program quality.  Method used in this study was descriptive qualitative and quantitative research. Model evaluation used CIRO (Context, Input, Reaction, and Outcome) by War, Bird and Rackman. Subject of this reseach were 30 students, 4 tutors, and program director.  Interview, survey, and observation was used for collecting the data. The analyzed quantitative data used descriptive percentage and qualitative data used condensation, data exposure, conclusion drawing and verification. The result of this study comprise; (1) Context in this study considered to participant needed which synchronized to the standard implementation of the TOEFL real test and national standar. (2) Input have been provided well prepared including program plan, tutor qualification, for admission of course participants, and facilities. (3) Reaction of the participants atisfaction was in the satisfactory category and the participant's assessment reaction of the TOEFL program implementation process was in the very good category. (4) Outcome obtained by course participants in the TOEFL scoring has not increased significantly, it has even decreased during the last test.

The purpose of the research is to developing Learning Program Plan (LPP) with a PjBL model based on the STEM approach to improve the students’ science process skills in physics learning. This research refers to the development of ADDIE, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation and 5) Evaluation. The worthiness of the Learning Program Plan is measure by the result of the Learning Program Plan validation and the responding of the subject is 7 teachers. The result of all the Learning Program Plan showing average value is 4, that is the valid category.  The research design used in the study is Research and Developing (R&D). The research subject is 3 physics teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh, 1 physics teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Alas, 1 physics teacher at MA Negeri 1 Aceh Tenggara, and 2 physics teachers at SMA 3 Kutacane. Data of the research are questionnaires that are given to the teacher. Data management is carried out by Statistik analysis Likert scale. Questionnaire of the result showed until 89%. From both measures are found the development of Learning Program Plan model PjBL that teacher assessment result to Learning Program Plan with an average score 4.45  with the overall percentage based STEM approach to improving science process student skills in physics learning.

Abstract In-service testing (IST) program including test and examination has been emphasized to assess the operability of the safety-related components in nuclear power plants. Since the issuance of ASME N511 in 2007 concerning IST for air treatment, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, the IST program plan for those systems should be needed to establish prior to setting up the detailed program. The proper plan can contribute to enhance the effectiveness of allotment of the resources inevitable for implementation of the program and ultimately save operation and maintenance costs. In order to achieve the purposes, this paper presents the methodologies to establish IST program plan for safety-related dampers including their selection process of the dampers to be included in the program and representative template made by applying the methodologies. In addition, the method to identify testing types per damper for part of selected dampers is also provided in this paper.
