The rotational frequency response function (RFRF) plays a crucial role in increasing the accuracy of the calculated results of the frequency-based substructuring method. However, RFRFs are often omitted due to the difficulties in the measurement process and limitations of the equipment. This paper presents a scheme of estimating the rotational FRF of an irregular plate structure using the FE model reduction and expansion method. The reduced FE model was introduced using the improved reduction system (IRS) and expanded to the experimental modal model (EMA model) using the system reduction and the expansion (SEREP) method. The FRF expanded method was then employed to derive the translational and rotational FRFs from the expanded EMA model. The accuracy of the expanded FRFs was evaluated with the EMA model of the irregular plate. It was found that the translational and rotational FRFs estimated from the proposed scheme were in good agreement with the EMA counterparts. Furthermore, the patterns of the estimated RFRFs were well correlated with the EMA RFRFs. This work shows that the proposed scheme may offer an attractive alternative way of accurately determining the RFRs of complex structures or structural components.

Waterlogging induced salinity is a common problem in many command areas of irrigation projects. Subsurface drainage improves the productivity of poorly drained soils by decreasing the water table, providing greater soil aeration, improving root zone soil salinity and enhancing the crop yield. A pilot study has been conducted to explore the functional performance of the parallel drain subsurface system in waterlogged paddy field by considering the lateral drain spacing and drain depth are the factors influences the soil properties. This experiment was carried out in farmers’ field at Sembari village, Lalgudi, Tamil Nadu, India in waterlogged paddy field during October 2020 to February 2021. Treatments of this study consisted the combination of three lateral drains spacing of 7.5 m, 10.0 m and 12.5 m and two drain depths of 60 cm and 80 cm and a control plot. This study investigated the changes in soil properties, depth to water table, drainage coefficient and crop behaviors after installation of the system. Reduction in Soil pH, removal of slats in drain water, lowering the depth to water table and higher drainage coefficient recorded for narrow lateral drain spacing and deeper drain depth treatment has improved the root zone environment for crop growth. Paddy has been established very well in terms of plant height and number of tillers per plant in S1D2 (7.5 m drain spacing and 80 cm drain depth) treatment which was also reflected in grain yield and straw yield over undrained paddy field yield. Based on the results, it is recommended to install parallel drain subsurface system at 7.5 m drain spacing and 80 cm drain depth in the study area.

In the study under consideration, the author identified the problems and trends in the development of peasant farms in the Tula region, assessed the effectiveness of their functioning, taking into account their financial and economic situation, analyzed the tax burden in peasant farms, outlined the main directions of increasing their efficiency and sustainable development by optimizing taxation and competent tax policy ... The main directions of changes in taxation are touched upon and an assessment of the impact of these changes on agriculture is given. Recommendations for improving taxation in peasant farms, contributing to the growth of their efficiency and sustainable development, were developed The main positive and negative trends in the change in PSN in peasant farms are described. On the positive side: this is the expansion of activities for the use of PSN, their consolidation, reduction of the tax burden, simplification of the accounting and reporting system, reduction of labor costs for accounting and reporting systems, automation and optimization of accounting systems. Expansion of the rights of local authorities in the field of regulating the tax burden in peasant farms through the PSN, which contributes to the legalization of business and the development of rural areas. Also, the disadvantages of the introduced innovation are noted, this is the transfer of rights to the regions in assessing the value of a patent without fixing the threshold of the maximum value, which can lead to its significant increase in cost.

Chronic lower back pain is one of the most common medical conditions leading to a significant decrease in quality of life. This study retrospectively analyzed whether the AxioBionics Wearable Therapy Pain Management (WTPM) System, a customized and wearable electrical stimulation device, alleviated chronic lower back pain, and improved muscular function. This study assessed self-reported pain levels using the visual analog scale before and during the use of the AxioBionics WTPM System when performing normal activities such as sitting, standing, and walking (n = 69). Results showed that both at-rest and activity-related pain were significantly reduced during treatment with the AxioBionics WTPM System (% reduction in pain: 64% and 60%, respectively; P < .05). Thus, this study suggests that the AxioBionics WTPM System is efficacious in treating chronic lower back pain even when other therapies have failed to sufficiently decrease reported pain levels.

The purpose of the study: to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed set of preventive measures for pregnant women after ART with a high risk of preeclampsia. Material and methods. To test the effectiveness of the proposed set of prophylactic measures, 60 pregnant women after ART were selected, which were randomly divided into 2 groups: 30 women who received the recommended complex (main group) and 30 women (comparison group), whose preeclampsia was prevented by order of the Ministry of Health. № 417 "Guidelines for the provision of outpatient obstetric and gynecological care." Results. The use of the recommended measures improves lipid metabolism (significant reduction of triglycerides and low density cholesterol), eliminates vitamin D deficiency, balances the cytokine profile (reduction of proinflammatory focus), reduces the prothrombotic potential of the hemostasis system (reduction of D-dimer and background marker damage). Improving the general condition and the use of psychotherapy can reduce the manifestations of vegetative-vascular dystonia, anxiety and improve quality of life. Such changes provide a more favorable background for the development of gestation. The incidence of preeclampsia decreased by 43.8% (from 26.7 to 15.0%), and mainly due to early preeclampsia, the incidence of which decreased by 78%, no cases of severe preeclampsia were reported. The frequency of placental insufficiency, fetal distress and growth retardation is reduced. The frequency of birth of children in a state of asphyxia is reduced by 2 times (up to 20.0 vs. 46.7%), severe asphyxia is not observed. Significantly lower and the frequency of violations of the period of neonatal adaptation (30.0 vs. 53.3%). Conclusions. The use of treatment and prophylactic complex to prevent preeclampsia in pregnant women after ART can improve a woman's homeostasis, balance vegetative-vascular regulation, reduce the incidence of preeclampsia by 43.8% (from 26.7 to 15.0%) and other complications of pregnancy and childbirth, improve perinatal outcomes. Proven medical, social and economic efficiency of the developed complex allows to recommend it for implementation in medical practice.

AbstractBecause molecular iodine and hydrosilanes are stable to both air and moisture, reactions using these reagents are easy to operate and require mild reaction conditions. Molecular iodine and a hydrosilane were used to reduce N-sulfonyl aldimines to the corresponding N-alkylsulfonamides. This transformation is a practical method for the synthesis of N-alkylsulfonamides.
