This research focuses on the development of the Indian animation industry. In Animation Pipeline pre-production is an important stage that determines the success of a film. Create and develop a story is the fast step and all other steps have to follow that storyline till final film realized. In this research paper present the survey base online questionnaire and the data has been collected of 300 artist who belong into Indian animation industry conducted in September 2020 by using google form. In general, Indian animation industry mostly run into production and post production (technical) base work so Indian animation industry has a smaller number of vacancies for pre-production (design and planning) artist and also having a very a smaller number of design and planning artist because of that they have highly demand. To evaluate and determine the factors that may affect the level of Indian animation pre-production industry. The study helpful to identify the animation industry current need and it focuses on planning stage to production of a movie. This research paper concludes 95% of artist working into the industry for production and post production if they are properly working into preproduction and then start into the movie work then there will be more vacancy for pre-production artist and end of the day production cost reduced up to 25 %.

High-precision disk resonator gyroscope has a high quality factor in order to improve the performance of the gyroscope, as the high quality factor can lead to a long starting time. In this paper, a control system of the driving loop of the disk MEMS resonant gyroscope with the quick start is designed. The control system has functions of quick frequency locking and fast step response. Coarse-precision mode transition system is designed for quick frequency locking. A large-small mode transition system is designed for fast step response. The correctness of the design is verified by circuit test. The test results show that the start-up time is reduced by over 80% compared with the traditional control loop.

A solution of a modified traveling salesman problem for the case, in which a group of intelligent mobile objects is simultaneously involved, is discussed in the article. For this purpose, a review and a comparative analysis of Johnson's algorithms and the branch and bound method have been carried out. It was found that these algorithms are ineffective for solving the modified traveling salesman problem for a group of intelligent mobile objects, therefore, a quest method has been further developed as a solution to this problem. The results of experimental calculations are presented. The directions of further work on the unification of the developed method for constructing structures of fast step-by-step data processing are proposed.

The kinetics of tetrahydrofuran oxidation by sodium N-chloro-p-toluene sulfonamide in the hydrochloric acid medium was studied in this work at 308 K. The reaction rate shows a first-order dependence on [CAT] and fractional-order dependence each on [THF] and [H+]. The derivative rate law, which suitable for experimental results, is Equation 24. The first-order rate constant has been evaluated from the relationship of the plot of Log [CAT] versus Time. The variation of the ionic strength by the addition of sodium perchlorate (NaClO4) and chloride ion on the medium showed no significant effect on the reaction. The reaction rate raised with decreasing dielectric constant (D), while the addition of p-toluene sulfonamide retards the rate of reaction. The oxidation reaction of tetrahydrofuran have been studied at a different temperature, The equilibrium constants for the formation of hypochlorous acid, protonated hydrochlorous acid and protonated hydrochlorous acid–THF complex and its decomposition constant have been estimated. Also, the rate constant for the slow (rate-determining step) and the activation parameter have been calculated. A suitable mechanism for the oxidation reaction of tetrahydrofuran was proposed based on the experimental finding. The mechanism includes the reaction of active species (H2OCl) of the oxidizing agent with the tetrahydrofuran in a fast step to give the complex(X). This complex will then transformed into complex (X̅ ) in slow step then to γ-butyrolactone in another fast step.
