The movie 7 Hati 7 Cinta 7 Wanita directed by Robby Ertanto that presents a representation of seven women in the Indonesian context through certain signs, concepts, thoughts, and language. This representation can be in the form of a depiction of physical or psychological violence, subordination, workload, power, or women's reproductive rights. The research method used Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis model and constructivist paradigm approach. Barthes' theory represents two ideological signs that he put forward, namely the denotative sign system or the connotative sign system: A denotative sign, which is a more rigorous descriptive system than the connotative sign it has described, is the result of the existing signifier image and the signified concept. for example vegetables and milk are markers and healthy and strong are markers. Whereas A connotative sign is a sign that experiences a shift in its historical meaning due to a change in meaning. It can be influenced by a change in culture or terminology, an event that occurs in a situation, or even just an evolution. The results of this study indicate that in the movie7 Hati 7 Cinta 7 Wanita contains at least three points of findings: (1) aspects of female domestication and gender politics, which encourage women to be placed in traditional positions as housewives, (2) aspects of segregation, namely placing women in a weak position in relation to men, (3) many women experience the reality that places them in subordinate positions.

Background: Different classification systems have been developed for endometriosis, using different definitions for the disease, the different subtypes, symptoms and treatments. In addition, an International Glossary on Infertility and Fertility Care was published in 2017 by the International Committee for Monitoring Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ICMART) in collaboration with other organisations. An international working group convened over the development of a classification or descriptive system for endometriosis. As a basis for such system, a terminology for endometriosis was considered a condition sine qua non. Objectives: The aim of the current paper is to develop a set of terms and definitions on endometriosis that would be the basis for standardisation in disease description, classification and research. Materials and Methods: The working group listed a number of terms relevant to be included in the terminology, documented currently used and published definitions, and discussed and adapted them until consensus was reached within the working group. Following stakeholder review, further terms were added, and definitions further clarified. Although definitions were collected through published literature, the final set of terms and definitions is to be considered consensus-based. After finalisation of the first draft, the members of the international societies and other stakeholders were consulted for feedback and comments, which led to further adaptations. Results: A list of 49 terms and definitions in the field of endometriosis is presented, including a definition for endometriosis and its subtypes, different locations, interventions, symptoms and outcomes. Endometriosis is defined as a disease characterised by the presence of endometrium-like epithelium and/or stroma outside the endometrium and myometrium, usually with an associated inflammatory process. Conclusions: The current paper outlines a list of 49 terms and definitions in the field of endometriosis. The application of the defined terms aims to facilitate harmonisation in endometriosis research and clinical practice. Future research may require further refinement of the presented definitions. What is new? A consensus based international terminology for endometriosis for clinical and research use.

If a linguistic information is considered a literary work it means that it has a structure of its own. It is not possible to consume literature without a copy of this descriptive system. It was on this basis that the poet's approach to perceiving the internal form of life with its external forms in the language system also appeared. Every art has form and meaning. Form reflects the excellence of literature from the external system and the material internal system. Exploring such a literary structure in a structural approach becomes a necessary one. Anatomy is found only in Tamil as a new dialect. Because Thoughts such as exploring the structure of songs and defining their elements can be seen in the Tamil world before this review. The verb elements spoken in Tholkappiya porulathikaram set out to illustrate the structural nature of the poem. This seems to be close to the ‘overall’ thinking that the organizer refers to. This article explores the Sangapakal through such thinking and reveals the Thinai kotpadu found within them, as well as the structural structure of the Sangapakal, which the Sangapakal see as narrative poems.

Introduction. In the language system of the peoples of the world, deopoetonyms - words that express the name of natural phenomena - have a special place. Research on the role of deopoetonyms in speech discourse with language, the basis of their origin, the features of their use is important in the study of the history of language, in determining its social significance, so much attention is paid to their collection and study. Research methods. In determining the place of deopoetonyms in the French and Uzbek languages in the linguistic system, ideographic bases, artistic and aesthetic functions in speech, lexical-semantic, linguostylistic features comparative-typological, synchronous-descriptive, system and component analysis, classification methods can be used.

Abstract In this paper I explain the difference between the notions possessive dative and possessive accusative as used by me and other linguists like Vandeweghe (e.g. 1986 and 1987) and the notions dative and accusative inalienable possessors as used in Broekhuis et al. (2015). It is not so much the difference in the descriptive system I want to focus on, but the difference in aim. Broekhuis et al. want to specify the syntactic encoding of ‘inalienable possession’ and come to the conclusion that the possessor of the inalienable possession is always the referent of an indirect object, be it on different syntactic levels. I want to explain why this is the case. This can be done by showing that the complex predicates in inalienable possession constructions are comparable to the dative verbs in constructions with a regular indirect object, due to the fact that they contain a constituent referring to inalienable possession. Our descriptions have much in common and if we see them as complementary, they can profit from each other.

PURPOSE To evaluate the effects of daratumumab, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone (D-Rd) versus lenalidomide and dexamethasone (Rd) on patient-reported outcomes (PROs) in the phase III MAIA study. PATIENTS AND METHODS PROs were assessed on the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30-item and the EuroQol 5-dimensional descriptive system at baseline and every 3 months during treatment. By mixed-effects model, changes from baseline are presented as least squares means with 95% CIs. RESULTS A total of 737 transplant-ineligible (TIE) patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma were randomly assigned to D-Rd (n = 368) or Rd (n = 369). Compliance with PRO assessments was high at baseline (> 90%) through month 12 (> 78%) for both groups. European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30-item global health status scores improved from baseline in both groups and were consistently greater with D-Rd at all time points. A global health status benefit was achieved with D-Rd, regardless of age (< 75 and ≥ 75 years), baseline Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status score, or depth of response. D-Rd treatment resulted in significantly greater reduction in pain scores as early as cycle 3 ( P = .0007 v Rd); the magnitude of change was sustained through cycle 12. Reductions in pain with D-Rd were clinically meaningful in patients regardless of age, ECOG status, or depth of response. Similarly, PRO improvements were observed with D-Rd and Rd on the EuroQol 5-dimensional descriptive system visual analog scale score. CONCLUSION D-Rd compared with Rd was associated with faster and sustained clinically meaningful improvements in PROs, including pain, in transplant-ineligible patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma regardless of age, baseline ECOG status, or depth of treatment response.
