That is why Islamic law has given such clear rules to the rulers and subjects that by following them any country can achieve prosperity. These principles and guidelines of Islamic law have been taken from the hadiths of the prophet ﷺ. The principles and teachings given by the Prophet (ﷺ) in this regard are of three kinds.Teachings that are shared between the authorities and the subjects, such as piety and piety, enjoining good and forbidding evil, self-accountability and subordination، And these are the foundations for the betterment of individual and collective life۔ Teachings that relate only to the authorities include a sense of responsibility, self-accountability and transparent accountability of subordinates, leniency towards subjects, enforcement of God's commandments, protection of national treasury, protection on internal and external fronts of the state, competence. It is important to give positions on the basis, protect the fundamental rights of the people and establish justice. Practicing them increases the respect of the authorities in the eyes of the subjects, makes the subjects happy and keeps them away from chaos and disorder and she volunteered voluntarily to assist the authorities in every possible way. Teaching is for the subjects and that is that all the members of the subjects should cooperate with the authorities in good deeds, avoid all kinds of rebellion and rebellion and the subjects should be related to brotherhood, love and selflessness. It sits in the hearts and because of this it is safe from all kinds of atrocities, it cannot be a tool of external forces and riotous elements which creates a peaceful environment and a stable society.

This research represents the complement of a previous treatise already published and constitutes a set of concepts and definitions relating to the entropy–exergy relationship overarching thermal, chemical and mechanical aspects. The extended perspective here proposed aims at embracing physical and chemical disciplines, describing macroscopic or microscopic systems characterized in the domain of industrial engineering and biotechnologies. The definition of chemical exergy, based on the Carnot chemical cycle, is complementary to the definition of thermal exergy expressed by means of the Carnot thermal cycle. These properties further prove that the mechanical exergy is an additional contribution to the generalized exergy to be accounted for in any equilibrium or non-equilibrium phenomena. The purpose of the scientific paper is to study the effects of internal system interference caused by the movement of a mobile station in the cell of the service area, which involves the use of the same frequencies, which worsens the communication conditions. The article provides calculation formulas for determining the signal-to-noise ratio at the input of the receiver of the mobile station. Calculations, including tables and figures, for different characteristics of base stations (BS) of the mobile network are also given. The analysis of literature sources shows insufficient depth of the conducted researches in directions for improving the noise immunity of the signal under different conditions in particular: city development, terrain, interference from other base stations. The use of radio networks with moving objects makes it possible to repeatedly use the same dedicated frequency band to increase the speed of digital information transmission and economical use of the frequency range. This method has a significant disadvantage, which is the presence of mutual internal system interference between base and mobile stations that use the same frequency range. The forms of this problem include: legal research (theses in particular) where the actual state legal phenomena are defined as certain categories; objectively existing properties of such phenomena are not reflected in the empirical study while theoretical constructions represent a creative modification to the thoughts of other researchers to obtain the desired degree of formal originality (the method of composition of such works is sometimes referred to as the "method of distorting plagiarism"); a discourse on the understanding of state-legal phenomena, turning into debates about the concepts and failing to result in any scientific or applied socio-legal outcome. Overcoming the crisis phenomena in modern Russian legal science is possible on the grounds of scientifically based methodology that can limit creative voluntarism. A typology of state-legal phenomena, and subsequently of all legal phenomena, can become part of such a methodology. The criterion of the presence/absence of internal system connections can become fundamental for their typification, according to which two basic types of statelegal phenomena can be distinguished: elementary and systemic. Elementary state legal phenomena can not be divided into independent phenomena that have their own legal significance, but assume the presence of such in their composition. Elementary state legal phenomena are divided into substantive, dynamic and relational (connections and isolations) according to the criterion of the specificity of the legal entity. The integrative properties of systemic state-legal phenomena are determined by both the properties of their components and the structure, which should be considered using the categories "connection" and "isolation". Communication and isolation are presented as independent state-legal phenomena, and not as properties of such. The properties of isolation are dialectically opposed to the properties of communication.
