Introduction. Student migration exists over the whole period of society development and by the second half of the 20th century it is becoming a mass social phenomenon. A constant society complication under influence of information technologies gives student migration other forms. Considering the fact that student migration is a component part of unified educational process, its separate stages make actual differentiation of migrant students mobile behaviour, including localization of living environment, educational institution, educational activities and the interactive nature of training. The objective of the article is to attempt to explicate the phenomenon of student migration in the field of social philosophy, to consider its accompanying positive and negative aspects in the prism of distant context. Materials and Methods. The methodological basis of the study is interdisciplinary approach which allows to distinguish and describe the relationship of the phenomenon under study. Solution of research problems was provided by critical analysis intercomplementary methods and by interpretation of social reality phenomena based on the dialectic idea of removing the one-dimensionality of cognition of the globalizing educational space. The Results. The peculiarity of student migration was revealed consisting in 1) in the restriction of free movement in space; 2) in the forced relocation to the virtual reality of the digital format, which caused the imaginary territorial mobility; 3) in the weakening of direct contact with the host educational environment, leading to dissonance with the existing state of things; 4) in strengthening the cross-border nature of education, which allows to expand international cooperation with different countries. Discussion and Conclusions. Expected effect of student migration distant forms realization consists in a new interpretation of the subject of the universal, changing the attitude to migration. The media resonance that occurs everywhere contributes to the formation of prerequisites for a positive perception of the image of a migrant. Academic mobility caused by today’s modification of reality, was determined by the digitalization megatrend of educational institutions, which affected all aspects of life. Remote technologies have mitigated the problem of migrants’ adaptation to another cultural environment, neutralized the consequences of socio-cultural stress, which is usually experienced by the subject of both external and internal migration. Practical experience of remote forms realization of work with the subject of educational migration has shown the indisputability of universal involvement in the movement to a new type of knowledge production, the most important role in which is played by pragmatic situativeness and the powerful presence of digital environment tools.

concepts, principles and functions of the formation and development of controlling are characterized. The necessity of the organization of financial controlling in the enterprise is grounded, the main stages of the introduction of controlling in the formation of the financial strategy of the enterprise in modern conditions are proposed. It is proved that the difference in the principles of organization of enterprise finance determines the need for differentiation of controlling objects for business entities operating on the basis of commercial calculation, non-profitable activity and estimated financing. If for commercial calculation it is the profit and market value of the enterprise, for non-profitable enterprises it is cash flows that must be efficiently generated and redistributed in accordance with their intended purpose; for enterprises operating on the principles of budget or budget financing, the level of income coverage. The effectiveness of the controlling system is determined by the efficiency of enterprise management. It is proved that the financial strategy is the basis of enterprise management and its production and economic, financial activities in a modern dynamic and competitive environment. The basic principles are investigated at the stages of the implementation of the financial strategy, which allow to correct its directions, which lead enterprises to sustainable development.

The ‘modern university’—research-based, in which teaching and research are pursued by academic specialists organised departmentally—was created in the United States in the later nineteenth century in a productive misunderstanding of the organisation of knowledge and teaching in contemporary German universities. While the latter enjoyed international recognition, academic careers remained in thrall to an apprenticeship structure in which senior staff represented their entire discipline, supported by their juniors. The American structure, fostered by endowments and grants, presumed that departments would be composed of specialists who advanced their careers by developing their specialism. This was decisive for the disciplinary development of universities around the world. In London, the university was a federal, administrative body whose degree courses could be followed both within Britain and in the wider Empire. As a component part of this structure, the London School of Economics shared in this reach, and so came to dominate the teaching of the social sciences in Britain and the Empire.

This review essay critically examines Hannah Strømmen and Ulrich Schmiedel’s The Claim to Christianity, an activist intervention that seeks to explicate and contest the theologies running through far-right claims to Christianity. While importantly focused on the semantic struggle for Christianity, refusing to interpret the presence of Christianity in far-right ideology as mere instrumentalisation, and espousing a critical Christianity without guarantees, the book suffers from several analytical and evaluative shortcomings. Framing the object of Strømmen and Schmiedel’s work as a component part of the contemporary post-fascist atmosphere, I suggest that drawing on the work of Ernst Bloch and Antonio Gramsci and attending to the utopian, dystopian, stratified, temporally multiple, and synthetic qualities of far-right claims to Christianity better illuminates the ideological operations of post-fascism and suggests the need for powerful alternative theologies.

This article addresses the subject of self-knowledge as a necessity for the personaldevelopment process in achieving the own life ideal. We have set out to consider whether the self-knowledge process is an approach that occurs naturally, as a trend towards the integrity of a human being or synergy with the surrounding world, up to the union with transcendence or a preoccupation, a conscious, eff ervescent search, that requires interest and eff ort in developing the potentialities until the fulfi lment of the achieved self at the highest level. Is this process a component part of motivation in achieving success within profession, our relations with others or our development actions, from intuitive structures of individual thinking and primary conduct of group and society integration, to elements of metacognition, creativity and society integration through high moral values?

In order to describe my findings/conclusions systematically, a new semantic system (i.e., a new language) has to be intentionally defined by the present article. Humans are limited in what they know by the technical limitation of their cortical language network. The conventionally-called “physical/objective reality” around my conventionally-called “physical/objective body” is actually a geometric mathematical model (being generated/mathematically-modeled by my brain) – it's actually a subset/component/part/element of my brain’s mind/consciousness. A reality is a situation model (SM). Our universe is an autonomous objective parallel computing automaton (aka state machine) which evolves by itself automatically/unintentionally – wave-particle duality and Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle can be explained under this SM of my brain. Each elementary particle (as a building block of our universe) is an autonomous mathematical entity itself (i.e., a thing in itself). Our universe has the same nature as a Game of Life system – both are autonomous objective parallel-computing automata. If we are happy to accept randomness, then it is obviously possible that all other worlds in the many-worlds interpretation do not exist objectively. The conventionally-called “space” does not exist objectively. “Time” and “matter” are not physical. Consciousness is the subjective-form (aka quale) of the mathematical models (of the objective universe) which are intracorporeally/subjectively used by the control logic of a Turing machine’s program directly-fatedly. A Turing machine’s consciousness or deliberate decisions/choices should not be able to actually/objectively change/control/drive the (autonomous or directly-fated) worldline of any elementary particle within this world. Besides the Schrodinger equation (or another mathematical equation/function which is yet to be discovered) which is a valid/correct/factual causality of our universe, every other causality (of our universe) is either invalid/incorrect/counterfactual or can be proved by deductive inference based on the Schrodinger equation (or the aforementioned yet-to-be-discovered mathematical equation/function) only. Consciousness plays no causal role (“epiphenomenalism”), or in other words, any cognitive/behavioural activity can in principle be carried out without consciousness (“conscious inessentialism”). If the “loop quantum gravity” theory is correct, then time/space does not actually/objectively exist in the objective-evolution of the objective universe, or in other words, we should not use the subjective/mental concept of “time”, “state” or “space” to describe/imagine the objective-evolution of our universe.

Katanga, Rhodesia, Transkei and Bophuthatswana: four African countries that, though existing in a literal sense, were, in each case, considered by the international community to be a component part of a larger sovereign state through which all official communications and interactions were still conducted. This book is concerned with the intertwined histories of these four right-wing secessionist states in Southern Africa as they fought for but ultimately failed to win sovereign recognition. Along the way, Katanga, Rhodesia, Transkei, and Bophuthatswana each invented new national symbols and traditions, created all the trappings of independent statehood, and each proclaimed that their movements were legitimate expressions of national self-determination. Josiah Brownell provides a unique comparison between these states, viewed together as a common reaction to decolonization and the triumph of anticolonial African nationalism. Describing the ideological stakes of their struggles for sovereignty, Brownell explores the international political controversies that their drives for independence initiated inside and outside Africa. By combining their stories, this book draws out the relationships between the emergence of these four pseudo-states and the fragility of the entire postcolonial African state structure.

Modern industrial production requires the improvement of assembly processes, and thus increase the level of automated intelligent sequence planning. Therefore, researches in the field of automation of the sequence of assembly of products in industries are relevant at this time. In today's world there is a need to develop complex, accurate products. Problems are created in industries due to the reduction of the life cycle of products. There is a need to study the problem of assembly planning to achieve the goal of practical implementation and standardization of assembly plans. Creating graphs of the addition process is one of the problems. The assembly planning system can reduce human intervention in the process and reduce computational effort. The finished assembly contains many components that can be assembled using many sequences. A review of the methods from the literature showed that although these methods increase the automation level, they still cannot be applied to actual production because they do not take into account the experience and knowledge that can play a major role in planning and are of great value. Assembly planning, relationship charts, priority charts. Improving the assembly planning system to create a communication schedule and an assembly priority schedule was proposed. The advanced system will be used to generate possible assembly sequences with subassembly identification. A system has been developed to create alternative possible assembly sequences that can be used by component part / product designers in the early stages. A system capable of generating assembly sequences for simultaneous assembly of multiple parts has been proposed. Conclusions and work results can be applied used and improved for more productive product development by designers in the early stages and faster assembly of products in enterprises. The paper did not consider practical limitations (gravity) and irreversible assembly operations, such as permanent fastening, welding etc. Кey words: assembly, blocking graph, relation graph, sequence

Abstract The article considers the possibilities of using compiled soil samples in the cultivation of meadow Bluegrass with the compilation of load indicators in the form of root diseases of fusarium etiology. The considered preference for this culture is due to the component part of the lawn mixture, where, according to its characteristics, it plays an important role in the formation of a stable landscape composition in the form of a “podpushka”.
