This hybrid chat application with an AI based technical assistant will come handy while searching for an answer to a technical query. Whenever a user faces a technical problem, that user will search that problem on various forums. This application will be user friendly in which users can ask their queries to the Chabot and if the Chabot is unable to answer the query they can ask another user who is proficient in that particular skill. After the problem is solved by another user we will analyze the chat conversation of the users. The Chabot will learn through the analyzed conversation and next time it will be able to give a solution to that problem.

Objective: To analyze how technical assistants benefit diagnostic medical sonography settings by improving efficiency and patient care. Materials & Methods: Credentialed obstetric sonographers who currently work in maternal fetal medicine were surveyed. Closed-ended and open-ended questions were used to examine effectiveness, usefulness, and overall satisfaction with the technical assistant position. In addition, quantitative methods were used to compare the time efficiency of technical assistants with medical assistants in obstetric settings. Results: The majority of sonographers and providers view technical assistants in a positive manner and indicated that the existence of the technical assistant role improved clinic flow. When compared with studies regarding medical assistant efficiency, this study showed shorter wait times for patients. Conclusion: The data supports that the presence of a technical assistant in clinic increases the overall efficiency of the clinic, which could allow providers to see more patients and reduce wait times for critical appointments. This could also lead to a more cost-effective system, especially when compared to alternative options such as hiring more providers or sonographers. These findings should encourage obstetric and gynecological sonography clinics to implement trained technical assistants to address clinic inefficiency, sonographer burnout, and sonographer and practitioner satisfaction.

Objective of research is to develop a Physics interactive electronic as a learning source for students in international school. Research method that used to create and totest validity and effectiveness of module is research and development or R&D. Instruments to collect the data in this research consist of into two parts, those are validation evaluation sheet of technical assistant and learning result test of students. The data was analyzed by three methods, those are: graph method, descriptive analysis, and correlation compare mean test. There are three main results of this research, those are: 1). Physics interactive electronic module in English is created in learning CD formconsist of five modules, 2). Physics electronic module in English that created has good validity in layout, curriculum content, language matching, usage of phenomena, andcomplicating of multimedia with average value was 86.36, and 3). Physics interactive learning module in English was effective used in learning base on KTSP.

ABSTRACT A historical-social documentary study aiming to analyze the history of Nursing in Spain, in the period 1953 - 1980. Undertaken between September and December 2014 through consultations with archive services, newspapers, legislation, specialized journals and academic works. This historical period corresponds to the unification of the teaching of practitioners, midwives and nurses (1953) and to the approval of the standards of the title of Sanitary Technical Assistant with Diploma in Nursing (1980). Thematic analysis was used for understanding the meanings and thus to (re-)construct part of this history. The empirical material revealed that the Real Escuela de Enfermeras de Santa Isabel de Hungria is considered the pioneer within the anglo-saxon model, that Spanish Nursing results from the fusion of three professions (practitioners, midwives and nurses) and training separated by sex was striking. Finally, it is concluded that the trajectory of Spanish Nursing towards the level of a graduate profession was long and arduous.
