The article is an attempt of interpretation of seven poems written by Wawrzyniec Korwin which were inserted in St. Bonaventura`s homilies and constitute forms of prayers to be said daily by Christians. The author analyses the artistic skill of the language used by the poet. His poems keep fascinating their readers because of their language, i.e. style as a system of remarkable pattern of linguistic elements and ancient metre.

Abstract Microtia is a small, malformed external ear, which occurs at an incidence of 1-10 per 10,000 births. Autologous reconstruction using costal cartilage is the most widely accepted surgical microtia repair technique. Yet, the method involves donor-site pain and discomfort and relies on the artistic skill of the surgeon to create an aesthetic ear. This study employed novel tissue engineering techniques to overcome these limitations, by developing a clinical-grade, 3D-printed biodegradable auricle scaffold that formed stable, custom-made, neocartilage implants. The unique scaffold design combined strategically reinforced areas to maintain the complex topography of the outer ear and micropores to allow cell adhesion for the effective production of stable cartilage. The auricle construct was CT scan-based composed of a 3D-printed clinical-grade polycaprolactone (PCL) scaffold loaded with patient‐derived chondrocytes produced from either auricular cartilage or costal cartilage biopsies combined with adipose-derived MSCs. Cartilage formation was measured within the construct in vitro, and cartilage maturation and stabilization were observed 12 weeks after its subcutaneous implantation into a murine model. The proposed technology is simple and effective and is

What determines the aesthetic appeal of artworks? Recent work suggests that aesthetic appeal can to some extent be predicted from a visual artwork’s image features. Yet, a large fraction of variance in aesthetic ratings remains unexplained and may relate to individual preferences. We hypothesized that an artwork’s aesthetic appeal depends strongly on self-relevance. In a first experiment, observers viewed real artworks and rated them for aesthetic appeal and self-relevance. Aesthetic appeal was positively predicted by self-relevance. In a second experiment, we developed a method to create synthetic, self-relevant artworks, by using deep neural networks that transferred the style of exist- ing artworks to photographs. Style transfer was applied to self-relevant photographs which were identified based on autobiographical memories, self-identity, interests, common activities and pref- erences. Self-relevant, synthetic artworks were rated as more aesthetically appealing than matched control images, at a level similar to real artworks. Thus, self-relevance is a key determinant of aesthetic appeal, independent of artistic skill and image features.

Communication is the cornerstone of co-production, and the director is the cornerstone that brings together the different parts of communication. Basically, communication is "the process of exchanging information between people through a common system of symbols, signs or behaviour". A director does everything in a form of communication during a production. Whether it's blocking, scheduling rehearsals or calling a show; communication is as "vital to stage management as memorisation is to artistic skill". Communication allows the production director to effectively manage the production. Since communication is a broad topic, this study will first consider the two forms of communication that the production director uses, how these skills can be applied to very specific communication aspects and what these benefits look like. This study examines the works on the development of choreographic art, the development of personality within a dance group, and the features of interaction between members of a large artistic group while working on a production. As a result, the most effective methods of communication between the participants of the choreographic performance were discussed.

Munojats is a literary phenomenon in Uzbek literature, which consists of an introduction to devons and poetic balls, a thematic classification of lyrical works, and introductory chapters of large-scale epic poems. In the introductory chapters of Alisher Navoi's “Khamsa” epics, prayers are accompanied by praise and glorification, and are a means of expressing the author's philosophical-mystical, divine-mystical views, personal experiences: confessions of the heart to the Creator, repentance for sins. The article states that the content of the munojats in the preface of “Saddi Iskandariy”, the final epic of Alisher Navoi's “Khamsa”, is formed in harmony with the content of the work; they cover issues such as the author's mystical-philosophical views and the artistic expression of his ideological purpose. The article also shows the importance of the art of obedience in the expression of prayers in the epic, as well as the poet's artistic skill in creating prayers on the basis of analysis and interpretation.

The article is devoted to the study of the mastery of Alisher Navoi's innovative creativity in the use of color in historical works. A number of examples were given of the fact that color is an important tool in illuminating historical reality. In particular, the problem of color compatibility is being addressed for the first time from a historical and artistic point of view. For example, in the work "Tarixi anbiyo va hukamo", modified forms of the words white, green, black, red, yellow, blue are used, which mean color, as well as their meanings from other languages. It is found that only the first three of these words are found, which express color in "Tarihi muluki Ajam". It has been proven that some colors in the color system equate to a word that is an expression of evil, oppression, anger, evil or good and beauty without further explanation or explanation. It is also shown that all the works of the poet represent a single literary canvas, each of which has a comple-mentary, enriching and developing character.Key words: color, symbol, harmony, history, tradition, innovation, literary influence, artistic skill, image, appearance, language features, white, black, red, yellow, green

Nascimento transcended the country of his birth and established himself in the minds and hearts of Africans everywhere as a combatant against racism and classism. Abdias do Nascimento was to Brazil what Langston Hughes and Katherine Dunham were to African Americans, a phenomenon of cultural energy that lifted his people to the highest dimensions of art in defiance of a designed degradation of blackness. Abdias grew up as a rebel spirit, as he would often say, in the tradition of his mother, who had called out abusive behavior toward blacks, in a brazenly racist country that had exploited the indigenous and African people for centuries. Thus, he was to become a Malcolm X, Du Bois, and Paul Robeson in the Brazilian context. Combining artistic skill, militant resistance, world knowledge, historical understanding, and an adventurous nature, his active mind did not rest in one field but in several art forms and research areas. He found his first love in the practice of African art and spirituality while creating the Black Experimental Theatre in Rio de Janeiro in the l940s.

A transmission system in arts education is the process of transferring an artistic skill from one generation to another, which also involves local wisdom on character education. This research aims at analysing the local wisdom on character education within the transmission system of pottery culture observed at three different pottery centres in Malang. The study was conducted extensively and thoroughly using a qualitative approach with a phenomenology research design. The researcher conducted intensive interviews, FGDs, observation, and literary study as vital instruments to collect the field data. The data were then reduced, presented, and verified using both data and technique triangulations, and finally analysed using an interactive and interpretative model. The findings of the study are: first, the local wisdom on character education values derived from the transmission system of traditional pottery detected an informal interaction that naturally involves the value of responsibilities, discipline, diligence, respect to the elder, and the awareness on the culture. Second, the local wisdom on character education values within the creative pottery transmission system have a more organized and integrated program of non-formal interaction, which results in the values of independence, creativity, logical thinking, and discipline. Keywords: character education values, transmission system, Malang pottery

Style is a unique feature of each author, which implies that each artist has his own style - the ideological direction of his work, the artistic means used in the text, lexical and phraseological elements and specific components related to the artistic form. Re-creation of each author's own "language", ie style, is one of the important conditions of literary translation and requires great artistic skill from the translator. The stylistic diversity, the charm of form and meaning is a great treasure of every national literature. Were it not for the variety of styles and colors, there would have been a single stylistic ambiguity, ambiguity, ambiguity. Such a situation would have led to intellectual bluntness, artistic poverty.
