This article addresses control for the chaos anti-synchronization of a high frequency oscillator nuclear spin generator (NSG), which generates and controls the oscillations of the motion of a nuclear magnetization vector in a magnetic field. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive control law is derived to make the states of two identical (NSG) asymptotically anti-synchronized with uncertain parameters. Finally, a numerical simulation is presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed chaos anti-synchronization scheme .

A simple data-aided carrier synchronization scheme is proposed for variable modulation (VM) communication systems under the initial conditions of a low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and normalized carrier frequency offset (CFO) symbol rate of 20%. The proposed carrier synchronization scheme is simplified into two steps; a reconfigurable L&R (RLR) algorithm and pilot-aided (PA) phase linear interpolation algorithm is applied for carrier frequency recovery (CFR) and carrier phase recovery (CPR), respectively. Furthermore, the autocorrelation values of multi-pilot blocks are superimposed to improve the accuracy of the CFR algorithm, and the algorithm formulas are decomposed and modularized to simplify the implementation complexity of the RLR algorithm. Simulation results show that the RLR algorithm can track and lock the CFO up to a 33.2% symbol rate and reduce the CFO to 0.024%. The bit error rate (BER) performance of the carrier synchronization scheme almost coincides with the theoretical curve results. Comparison of hardware complexity shows that the multiplication resource consumption can be reduced by at least 72.47%.

Abstract Steel formwork is used for concrete casting and forming, and plays a key role in the construction of high-rise buildings with asymmetrical large loads. In order to make the inner and outer formwork can be lifted synchronously, the difficult problem of unbalanced inner and outer formwork must also be overcome. According to the synchronization principle of the hydraulic lifting system and the performance parameters of its main components, AMESim model was created and the simulation was done for two hydraulic cylinders bearing the same heavy load and different weight load respectively. Therefore, the synchronization scheme of shunt valve is proposed.

Abstract The intensification of the reproduction of a herd of cattle requires the use of highly effective synchronization schemes for estrus. All schemes available today give a low percentage of fertilization with frontal insemination. The aim of this study was to assess the effect of ultrafine particles of silicon dioxide on fertility and the level of sex hormones in heifers during synchronization of sexual heat with subsequent frontal insemination. Ultrafine particles of silicon dioxide were injected in isotonic sodium chloride solution. The synchronization scheme included two-fold application of prostaglandin preparations; blood was taken from under the tail vein to determine the hormonal status on days 1, 11, and 14 of the experiment. The results of the study showed that ultrafine particles of silicon dioxide had a positive effect on the level of sex hormones. Concerning progesterone, the difference between the values of increase in the level in the experimental and control groups was 112.1% (P ≤ 0.01) on the 11th day. On the 14th day of the experiment, the difference between the values of the decrease level was 19.6% (P ≤ 0.05). Follicle-stimulating hormone increased by 9.1% (P ≤ 0.05) by the 14th day of the experiment compared with the previous value. In the heifers of the experimental group, the excess was more significant, i.e.15.4% (P ≤ 0.05); the level of luteinizing hormone in the experimental group on the 14th day of the experiment exceeded the level of the control by 31.1% (P ≤ 0.05). According to the results of the examination for pregnancy, an increase in fertility was revealed by 20.0% in the experimental group in comparison with the control group. This study demonstrates the potential of using ultrafine silica particles in estrus synchronization schemes for heifers to increase heifer fertility. The research was carried out in accordance with the research plan for 2019–2021. FGBNU FSC BST RAS (No. 0761-2019-0006).

In this paper, the trajectory tracking control and the field programmable gate array (FPGA) implementation between a recurrent neural network with time delay and a chaotic system are presented. The tracking error is globally asymptotically stabilized by means of a control law generated from the Lyapunov–Krasovskii and Lur’e theory. The applicability of the approach is illustrated by considering two different chaotic systems: Liu chaotic system and Genesio–Tesi chaotic system. The numerical results have shown the effectiveness of obtained theoretical results. Finally, the theoretical results are implemented on an FPGA, confirming the feasibility of the synchronization scheme and showing that it is hardware realizable.

In this paper, the pinning synchronization problem for the multi-layer networks with dynamic uncertainties is studied. The dynamical uncertainties can be approximated by a fuzzy logic system, based on which, the pinning synchronization scheme is proposed. By using Lyapunov stability theorem, the sufficient condition is given that can ensure that the multi-layer networks can synchronize to the reference trajectory with designed adaptive law. Finally, a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed pinning control scheme.
