AbstractBackground: The World Health Organization (WHO) said the situation in India was a "devastating reminder" of what the coronavirus could do. COVID-19 cases suddenly spiked across India. Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan has said that one of the major reasons for the spike in coronavirus cases was people not following COVID-appropriate behaviour. The Union minister noted that the sudden rise in cases is largely or maybe event-driven comprising local body elections, grand weddings, and farmers' protest. These events may cause asymptomatic covid-19 carriers to spread wide covid-19 to others. Malaysia is also facing a surge in Covid-19 may due to the spread of covid-19 by asymptomatic covid-19 carriers. Therefore, it is important to develop an application that can publicize information on asymptomatic covid-19 carriers. The purpose of this application is to provide sufficient information and scientific research evidence to ensure that prevention strategies for asymptomatic covid-19 carriers must be implemented. The app is also open to anyone who uses it to educate others so that information can be shared more quickly to prevent other countries from becoming "Second India or Malaysia".Method: The homepage of the app shows that asymptomatic covid-19 carriers may have a lower viral load, the same viral load, or a higher viral load than symptomatic covid-19 carriers. When the user app is pressed by each category, they will see sufficient information and scientifically based research evidence about each category. These apps also show the evidence that on January 13, 2021 - Malaysian Health Department Director Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah instructs test Only those Close Contacts With Symptoms and The Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) has urged the Health Ministry to urgently improve the management of mild Covid-19 cases and revert to its policy of testing all close contacts. In addition, These apps also show App raise public awareness of the importance of COVID-19 vaccination(version 4) [Peter Chew, 2021] can intuitively see that countries with high vaccination rates can solve the problem of asymptomatic transmission of covid-19 carriers.Result: This application displays sufficient information and scientifically based research evidence to prove asymptomatic covid-19 carriers are the main key to the outbreak of covid-19. Some countries are using covid-19 symptom prevention strategies. They are only testing the symptomatic closed contact of covid-19 patients, because they may think that asymptomatic covid-19 carrier is just a low viral load and a low transmission rate, which is wrong. Some asymptomatic covid-19 carriers of covid-19 have high viral loads. The accumulation of asymptomatic covid-19 carriers with high viral load is the main cause of the covid-19 outbreak. Conclusion: Three apps have been developed to educate the public about the importance of asymptomatic covid-19 carriers. The asymptomatic covid-19 carrier education app (1) will provide sufficient information and scientific research evidence to educate citizens of any country to ensure that preventive strategies must be implemented for asymptomatic carriers to prevent the country’s Covid-19 outbreak. App, Game Base Learning to Prevent Infection from COVID-19 (version 3) [Peter Chew, 2020 ]. The app allows anyone to intuitively see that when the second wave covid-19 arrives, the accumulation of a large number of asymptomatic carriers in some countries has led to the high infection rate of covid-19. This is what is happening in India now. App raise public awareness of the importance of COVID-19 vaccination(version 4) can intuitively see that countries with high vaccination rates can solve the problem of asymptomatic transmission of covid-19 carriers. This is what is happening in Israel now.

Media manipulation is based on the difference between perception and reality. It is generally easier and faster for people to adopt, reproduce and distribute short content from newspaper articles and various unreliable internet blogs, than from scientifically based research and extensive studies. Given the wide availability of some and the less availability of other sources, it is easy to conclude whose reporting will meet with more mass reception and enable the unreal to become real. The objectivity of modern media reporting is hampered by attacks on the economic viability of their business, unfair sources of information, unrealistic deadlines, page review quotas, incorrect information, greedy publishers, poor training of media workers, audience demands and so much more. With daily changes in social environment, assessment of the situation is important for any type of decision-making, especially when doing business. Through a review of the existing literature and data analysis, the paper will look at the power of the media, which influences public opinion, creating social reality, accepting change and making business decisions. New communication technologies have provided an opportunity for new ways of persuasive action and influence on the formation of attitudes. In this regard, manipulation techniques and the importance of media literacy are discussed. The emphasis is on recognizing, reading and responding to current social changes and technological innovations. The importance of the ability to adapt in the business world, how to find harmony between social needs and business interest, is pointed out.

Background:This study draws on two communities theory to address two major research questions related to conceptions of research in educational practice and policy. First, how do educators conceptualise research? Second, to what extent do educators’ conceptions of research align with recent US federal educational policies? Methods:We conducted 90 semi-structured interviews with educators in the US, asking them what comes to mind when they think of research. We used open, axial, and selective coding to characterise educators’ conceptions of research. We also compared educators’ conceptions of research to two US federal educational policies that define scientifically-based research and evidence-based interventions. Findings:Findings indicate that educators and policies defined research in similar ways, but each included some unique characteristics. Discussion and conclusions:Implications from the study include the need for increased communication between federal policymakers and educators and improved reporting by researchers to better attend to the needs of educators and policymakers.

SummaryAs one of the pioneers of a scientifically based research of the history of Serbian Sokolism in Herzegovina, Professor Petar D. Pavlovic with his work in this area made a significant contribution to the history of Sokol movement and physical culture in this territory, but also in the territory of former Kingdom of SCS, Kingdom of Yugoslavia, United States of America (USA) and the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Through his research he laid the foundation for current and future researchers in this field. Not only engaged in the field of History of Physical Culture, and because of the abundance of published scientific papers and other publications also in the field of Theory of Physical Culture, at the center of the authors’ analysis in this paper are some of the first written publications of Full Professor Petar D. Pavlovic in the field of History of Physical Culture that have guided his scientific path in the following years, but also some publications which in recent studies have confirmed and expanded his pioneering steps in the study of history of Serbian Sokolism in Herzegovina, but also in other mentioned areas. In this paper, using the methods of Theoretical analysis and Content analysis, the authors present to readers some of, buy their opinion, most significant publications of Ph.D. Petar D. Pavlovic regarding the mentioned field.

To protect the public’s health from exposure to physical, chemical, and microbiological agents, it is important that any policy be based on rigorous scientifically based research. The concept of “linear no-threshold” (LNT) has been implemented to provide guideline exposures to these agents. The practical limitation to testing this hypothesis is to provide sufficient samples for experimental or epidemiological studies. While there is no universally accepted understanding of most human diseases, there seems to be better understanding of cancer that might help resolve the “LNT” model. The public’s concern, after being exposed to radiation, is the potential of producing cancer. The most rigorous hypothesis of human carcinogenesis is the “multistage, multimechanism” chemical carcinogenesis model. The radiation carcinogenesis LNT model, rarely, if ever, built it into their support. It will be argued that this multistage, multimechanism model of carcinogenesis, involving the “initiation” of a single cell by a mutagen event, followed by chronic exposure to threshold levels of epigenetic agents or conditions that stimulate the clonal expansion of the “initiated” cell, can convert these benign cells to become invasive and metastatic. This “promotion” process can be interrupted, thereby preventing these initiated cells from transitioning to the “progression” process of invasion and metastasis.

In this article, I explore the tension between the current political context in which science needs defending against anti-intellectualism and outright assaults on evidence as a means of decision-making on the one hand and the overzealous scientism that can result from backlash against a perceived lack of rigor in various forms of inquiry. To do so, I return to the emergence of the discourse of scientifically based research (SBR) in education and the debates surrounding it (2002-2013), which have implications for how and why educational researchers would advocate for science and what that advocacy might do. Specifically, I argue that we must have a science that does not allow alternative facts and politically expedient truth claims while still allowing science to be flexible, responsive, and theoretically informed. I conclude by advocating for theoretically informed activism and non-innocent science.

Natural and anthropogenic impacts of natural soil, grass cover and mainly pasture (degradation), degradation of desertification and degradation of forest ecosystems have led to a considerable sharp reduction in the feed base for animal husbandry development. For a well-known purpose in the country of strategic importance, the assessment of existing natural and cultural pasture areas in the country from their agro economic security perspective, using scientifically-based research in the field of approach and the use of effective methods is a problem that is relevant to agrarian science. Here is a summary of Gobustan analyzes the modern agro ecological situation of the pastures, evaluates land and agrochemical grouping and so on. It is emphasized that it is important to carry out comprehensive measures to improve the quality of the area in the affected areas. Key words: pasture lands, pastures, pastures, surface improvement measures, climatic elements, agro ecological evaluation, etc.
