In this paper, a designed circuit used for low-frequency filters is implemented and realized the filter is based on frequency-dependent negative resistance (FDNR) as an inductor simulator to substitute the traditional inductance, which is heavy and high cost due to the coil material manufacturing and size area. The simulator is based on an active operation amplifier or operation transconductance amplifier (OTA) that is easy to build in an integrated circuit with a minimum number of components. The third and higher-order Butterworth filter is simulated at low frequency for low pass filter to use in medical instruments and low-frequency applications. The designed circuit is compared with the traditional proportional integral controller enhanced (PIE) and T section ordinary filter. The results with magnitude and phase response were compared and an acceptable result is obtained. The filter can be used for general applications such as medical and other low-frequency filters needed.

The non-invasive Fetal Electrocardiogram (FECG) signal has become a significant method for monitoring the fetus's physiological conditions, extracted from the Abdominal Electrocardiogram (AECG) during pregnancy. The current techniques are limited during delivery for detecting and analyzing fECG. The non - intrusive fECG recorded from the mother's abdomen is contaminated by a variety of noise sources, can be a more challenging task for removing the maternal ECG. These contaminated noises have become a major challenge during the extraction of fetal ECG is managed by uni-modal technique. In this research, a new method based on the combination of Wavelet Transform (WT) and Fast Independent Component Analysis (FICA) algorithm approach to extract fECG from AECG recordings of the pregnant woman is proposed. Initially, preprocessing of a signal is done by applying a Fractional Order Butterworth Filter (FBWF). To select the Direct ECG signal which is characterized as a reference signal and the abdominal signal which is characterized as an input signal to the WT, the cross-correlation technique is used to find the signal with greater similarity among the available four abdominal signals. The model performance of the proposed method shows the most frequent similarity of fetal heartbeat rate present in the database can be evaluated through MAE and MAPE is 0.6 and 0.041209 respectively. Thus the proposed methodology of de-noising and separation of fECG signals will act as the predominant one and assist in understanding the nature of the delivery on further analysis.

This paper presents the optimal rational approximation of (1+α) order Butterworth filter, where α ∊ (0,1) under the continued fraction expansion framework, by employing a new cost function. Two simple techniques based on the constrained optimization and the optimal pole-zero placements are proposed to model the magnitude-frequency response of the fractional-order lowpass Butterworth filter (FOLBF). The third-order FOLBF approximants achieve good agreement to the ideal characteristic for six decades of design bandwidth. Circuit realization using the current feedback operational amplifier is presented, and the modelling efficacy is validated in the OrCAD PSPICE platform.
