Purpose. Analysis of the efficient of corrosion inhibitors in the natural gas extraction on Lutsenkivske gas condensate deposit wells has been carried out. Methodology. Electrochemical measurements were obtained in 3% NaCl. All potentials were measured versus SCE. Potentiodynamic polarization curves were obtained at the scan rate of 0,2 mV/s. Findings. It has been established that inhibitors of SE-231-K and ACL-060 brands are effective for protection of corrosion-resistant pump-compressor pipes against corrosion in the aggressive environment on Lutsenkivske gas condensate deposit wells. Originality. For the first time, the analysis of the effectiveness of corrosion inhibitors in the form of sticks in the packer wells of the Lutsenkivske gas condensate deposit wells. Practical value. The results of the work will be used in the corrosion protection of packer wells of the Lutsenkivske gas condensate deposit wells. Keywords: pump and compressor pipes, gas wells, corrosion, inhibitors, corrosion protection

AbstractThreaded joints are the most technological for piling up in the fields. However, violations of standard threaded joints account for 70% of all complications in pipe processing and production. These malfunctions result in significant material losses, reduced well productivity, and contamination of the wells and environmental pollution. Particularly acute is the loss of these sealed joints during exploration and development of gas and gas condensate fields. The necessary increase in volumes and intensification of hydrocarbon energy production is envisaged by the increase of drilling depth, construction of slopes and horizontal wells. Horizontal drilling and fracturing are used to produce shale gas. The efficiency and safety of the operation of oil and gas wells in complex mining and technical conditions depend on the quality and reliability of casing and pumping columns, which requires the modernization of machinery and technology for the installation of wells. The most technological for column fitting in the fisheries sector is threaded joints. However, breach of standard threaded connections causes 70% of all complications with pump housings and columns. This leads to significant material losses, reduced production of raw materials, contamination of the interior and the environment. Therefore, the urgent task is to improve the threaded joints by increasing their reliability and efficiency under heavy workloads.

AbstractThe present study describes air-drying, which is an alternative method to study and teach gross anatomy to undergraduate and postgraduate students. In order to preserve the hollow organs of different animals, an air-drying pump (compressor) was used; then, the preserved specimens were expanded through the injection of foam into their lumen followed by the application of varnish on their external surface to protect them from insect damage. This method of preservation is suitable for developing countries because it is cheap to prepare, simple to perform, and can be performed at room temperature (37°-40°C) without special equipment. The produced specimens have many advantages: their normal anatomical form remains durable, very light in weight, non- toxic regarding handling, and resistant to improper handling and deterioration by fungi or bacteria, with all structures very clear. These preserved specimens last for many years without any changes.

The automotive heating and ventilating air condition (HVAC) system, when vibrating, can generate various types of noises such as humming, hissing, clicking and air-rushes. These noises can be characterised to determine their root causes. In this study, the humming-type noise is taken into consideration whereby the noise and vibration characteristics are measured from various HVAC components such as power steering pump, compressor and air conditional pipe. Four types of measurement sensors were used in this study - tachometer for rpm tracking; accelerometer for the vibration microphone for the noise; and sound camera for the visualization measurement. Two types of operating conditions were taken into consideration - they were “idle” (850 rpm) and “running” (850-1400 rpm) conditions. A constant blower speed was applied for both conditions. The result shows that the humming noises can be determined at the frequency range of 300-350 Hz and 150-250 Hz for both idle and running conditions, respectively. The vibration of the power steering pump shows the worst acceleration of 1.8 m/s2 at the frequency range of 150-250 Hz, compared to the compressor and air conditional pipe. This result was validated with the 3D colour order and sound camera analyses, in which the humming noise colour mapping shows dominance in this frequency range.
