This chapter aims to present the process of selecting and analyzing a number of reviews using a software solution (an online application) created specifically for text analysis and extracting user sentiment. This software measures the level of user satisfaction, analyzing product reviews and taking into account the qualitative part of the content generated by users. Analyzing online customer reviews with the help of specialized software can help both companies and other users. The software can also help us reach a conclusion regarding the analysis of reviews and customer feedback on products or services. This study can also be useful for customers or buyers who want to know the opinion of others about a product, having the opportunity to differentiate between positive and negative reviews.

Six and a half years after the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake (GEJE), recovery and reconstruction have been steadily progressing in terms of infrastructure and town development. However, it is a fact that there are still many problems to be tackled in some areas. In addition, communicating the lessons learned from the GEJE is important and should be promoted to improve disaster management in Japan and overseas. The Tohoku Regional Development Bureau (TRDB) held a symposium, “Efforts for Recovery and Reconstruction from the GEJE,” at the World Bosai Forum (WBF) on November 27, 2017. Mayors from the disaster areas, Rikuzentakata city in Iwate prefecture, Ishinomaki city in Miyagi prefecture, and Shinchi town in Fukushima prefecture, and a director of the TRDB presented their projects aiming to “build back better,” and they discussed how they had made efforts toward recovery and reconstruction, mainly in terms of infrastructure and town development. It was confirmed in the discussion that for the reconstruction, steadily advancing safe and secure town development, including multiple defense, was necessary. In addition, software measures, such as disaster education and evacuation drills, are important, as are hardware improvements through reconstruction. Both hardware and software countermeasures should be like a two wheels. It was also asserted that passing down the memories and the lessons of the disaster, not allowing their memories to fade away with time, was important. The speakers showed a variety of approaches to transmitting their memories to future generations in their areas or projects. Then, they emphasized that if people prepared for disaster based on these lessons in advance, there would surely be less damage. Finally, speakers shared the recognition that to realize the above, many actors in the Tohoku district should mutually cooperate to transmit the situation of reconstruction and the lessons of the GEJE.

The November 2006 issue marked the fiftieth year that the Harvard Law Review published its annual matrix of the inter-agreement amongst all of the Justices for a particular term. These matrices include both raw numbers and percentages as to how often any two Justices sided together on cases for that particular term relative to the amount of cases the two Justices heard together. Aggregating this data over the fifty-year span allows for some important insights and benchmarks as to the last half century of the Supreme Court—the 1956 to 2005 Terms. These aggregated matrices of agreement allow for interesting visualizations of the Supreme Court, both longitudinally and year by year. Using existing software, measures of agreement (and disagreement) allow for the Justices to be distributed spatially as to their ideological sympathies. The fifty-year perspective also allows scholars of the Court to set empirical benchmarks to evaluate individual terms. This article introduces a new metric of annual, term, Court agreement known as the Aggregate Harmony Metric. Published in and cite as: Peter A. The heat of the earth is provided by solar radiation. A change in the angle of solar radiation and the surface of the earth causes changes in the ambient temperature. Sometimes, these changes reduce climatic comfort of human beings. Climatic comfort is established when there is a balance between excreted and absorbed temperatures of the skin of the body. Orientation and extension rates of physics of squares relative to the geographical north influence the amount of received direct sunlight in different months. Relevant studies show that the squares of the city of Yazd reduce the climatic comfort of its citizens; moreover, the physics of Yazd's squares apply various extension rates, which led to high building costs to citizens and relevant organizations. This study, by using the correlation method and R software, measures different orientation and extension rates of physics of squares in Yazd. It analyzes two models with orientation and physical extension as variables and evaluates the shade and sunlight in the space. The results reveal significant differences between desirable and undesirable options. Considering the climatic comfort of space users and residents at the same time, a rectangle with an extension ratio of one to several and the north-south orientation, making the lowest facade face the south, is the most appropriate physic for city squares.
