A house of worship is a place where religious people meet for the teachings of their respective religions or beliefs. Knowing the information on the location of places of worship is very important to fulfill worship obligations. In the city of Mataram, finding places of worship is still quite difficult because they cannot walk / walk around them. In terms of the Ministry of Trade, there is still no data management system for places of worship, currently data management for places of worship is still carried out using Ms. Excel which makes data collection ineffective and takes a long time to search for existing data, information media and mapping. there are no places of worship in the city of Mataram either. In this Final Project research, a Geographical Information System for Mapping the Location of Places of Worship in the City of Mataram was designed and built to provide information and layouts regarding places of worship in the city of Mataram because when searching for places of worship meant a more important geographical location was needed. With this system that has been created, it can provide benefits for the general public in viewing information and locations of places of worship in Mataram City, as evidenced by the results of the questionnaire given which can be seen in Table 4.25 showing that 40.33% strongly agree, 47.85 % agree, and 11.83% quite agree. And from the side of the Ministry of Trade it can also make it easier to collect data from systems that make management more effective and efficient, it can be proven through the results of the questionnaire in Table 4:24 showing that 66.67% strongly agree, 25% agree, and 8.33% are quite related with easy access to the application, the display is easy to understand, the application runs well, helping the Ministry of Religion in the organization of existing places of worship data. In this final project research uses the Extreme Programming method in the system development process, because it is suitable because one of the XP itself involves the client during the system development process, while in the case of this Final Project research, the Ministry of Religion of NTB as a client is directly involved in the system development process so that Minimizing errors in the system and in accordance with client needs, it can be proven in the results of the black box testing that has been carried out in Table 4:23 showing that all functions work well on the system and are accepted so that it can be said that the system created is running according to client needs.

This study aims to find out the potential conflicts on Land Deeds made by Notaries and to find out Notary efforts in making Land Deeds to minimize potential land conflicts. The method used in this study is the normative legal research method. In addition, the statute approach, conceptual approach, and analytical approach are the approach used in this study. The results of this study showed that (1) potential conflicts on Land Deeds made by Notaries are due to Notaries in carrying out their positions tend to be in a dilemma which on the one hand must comply with legal provisions with a normative nature, and on the other hand, empirical facts are so complex and often cannot be handled and accommodated by regulations that tend to be rigid. This is because when carrying out its positions, the Notary must serve the client, while the client needs service without being too concerned with the regulations that bind the Notary. (2) Notary efforts in issuing Land Deeds to minimize the potential for Land Conflicts are required to examine the completeness of documents by applying the precautionary principle to protect the real owner and reduce conflicts in the land sector. The application of the precautionary principle of the Notary in producing the PPJB deed and the Lease Agreement deed to registered land rights to be registered at the Land Office must start from the stage before the deed, the stage at which the deed is made and the reading of the deed.

Abstract Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) have played an important and well-documented role in meeting the nutritional and wellness needs of older adults during COVID-19. To better understand the continued impact of COVID-19 pandemic on AAA services, partnerships, and clients, the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging surveyed the nation’s 618 AAAs in February 2021, with a 27% response rate. As a result of COVID-19, most AAAs reported both increased numbers of new clients and needs of existing clients; three-quarters of AAAs developed new external partnerships; and over half are implementing strategies to address equity and inclusion regarding their services and clients. Nearly 80% of AAAs are involved with COVID-19 vaccine outreach and delivery, from scheduling appointments to administering the vaccine to homebound clients. We will describe these and other transformations of services, partnerships, and client needs; discuss challenges and opportunities; and provide examples and video vignettes from AAA directors.

Background. Ethical tensions inevitably arise in practice in light of diverse agendas embedded in practice contexts. Such tensions can contribute to moral distress and lead to professional burnout and attrition. Despite potentially serious implications, little work has been done to examine how various allegiances in occupational therapy practice can set up ethical tensions. Purpose. In this article, we present findings of an exploratory study examining conflicting allegiances in occupational therapy. Method. Using collective case study methodology, we examined ethical tensions reported by seven occupational therapists practicing in different settings in Southwestern Ontario. Findings. Ethical tensions were seen to arise in ways that highlighted competing allegiances to participants’ own values, clients, others in the context, colleagues, employers, and regulatory colleges. Implications. The findings open a discussion informing how practice settings can better facilitate practice directed at responding to client needs while also meeting the various demands imposed on occupational therapists.

This study examines the effect of delayed differentiation, outsourcing, expedited fabrication rate, and rework strategies on optimal cycle-time decisions for a multi-item manufacturing system. Today’s manufacturing firms must simultaneously deal with externally increasing client multi-item requirements with rapid lead-time and high-quality products and internally on a limited capacity. This study is aimed at assisting manufacturers in meeting client needs in conditions of restricted-capacity and minimum total operating expenses, and adopts a delayed differentiation two-stage multiproduct manufacturing scheme to manage the end products’ commonality. The first stage produces all required common components, and the second stage fabricates individual finished goods. In both stages, we adopt the reworking of the inevitable nonconforming items produced to assure product quality. Furthermore, we implemented partial outsourcing of common parts’ batch and expedited the manufacturing rate of finished products to effectively reduce the uptimes in both stages. We explicitly developed a model to describe the characteristics of the problem. Mathematical analyses with optimization proved the cost function’s convexity and determined the cost-minimization rotation cycle policy. Finally, we numerically validated our model’s and results’ applicability and capability with a simulated example. Apart from creating a useful decision model, this study makes another important contribution to the existing literature in that its revelation of collective/individual effect of the manufacturing-relevant methods on the problem’s best-operating cycle policy and crucial performance indices helps manufacturers have better control over their operations and make effective and efficient managerial decisions.
