The COVID-19 pandemic has hampered the learning and its process at all levels of education ranging from early childhood education to college. In addition to formal education, non-formal education such as the Package C Equality Program has also undergone drastic changes in the teaching and learning process. From that problem teachers or tutors are required to be able to present effective learning innovations. Distance learning can be one of the applicable alternatives. This article aims to describe the innovation of distance learning models in the Equality Program in the South Purwokerto region during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is a field research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected using three techniques, namely; observations, interviews and document studies. The data then analysed based on these steps; reduction, analysis and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of this study show that there are three methods of learning namely online (live book, quiz, recording material), offline (project work), and combination (group observation or self-observation, recording material, discussion, investigation and webinar, and appreciation of learning). These three learning methods are both modifications and adaptations of distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

AbstractThe most widely used of control chart in multivariate control processing is control chart T2 Hotelling. There are 2 kinds of control chart T2 Hotelling, namely T2 Hotelling for group observation and T2 Hotelling for individual observation. In this paper, discuss the control chart T2 Hotelling for individual observation. This control chart is used for monitoring of mean vector and sample of covariance matrix. Mean vector and sample of covariance matrix are very sensitive with respect to extreme point (outliers). Therefore, it is needed an estimator of mean vector and has a stocky population covariance matrix to the outliers data. One method that can be used to detect data that contains outliers is Minimum Covariance Determinant (MCD). From the calculation results, obtained that control chart T2 Hotelling by using Fast-MCD algorithm is more sensitive to detect outliers data than T2 Hotelling classically.

Objective: To study the clinical effect on the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia, and further guide the clinical treatment. Method: From January 2011 to January 2013, 100 patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Observation group patients given oral Stable heart granule treatment, while control group was treated with oral propafenone treatment. The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than control group and incidence of adverse reactions was lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant, p < 0.05. The use of stable heart particles in the treatment of arrhythmia produce significant effect. Conclusion: Clinical effect for Stable heart granule on arrhythmia was significant and should widely entrenched in clinical practice.

Although the taking of notes in clinical group settings is an important issue, it has received surprisingly little attention. Given that it is one of the tools in the analyst’s armoury and part of his or her internal framework, it certainly deserves detailed reflection. Taking notes forces us to question our implicit choices of what is (or is not) relevant to pick up, note down and interpret, as well as the way we process the clinical material both during and after sessions. For all these reasons, we believe it is important to make a careful study of our observation method. This article identifies the criteria for relevant note-taking in a group setting and describes a notation method devised specifically for group settings. The aim of this method is to link different levels of psychic reality, all the while keeping them separate. To this end, the notes are divided into four columns: the group associative chain, the underlying ‘basic scenarios’, internal and intertransferential reactions, and hypotheses about the observed phenomena.
