This research discusses the discussion of theory, discussion of experts, discussion of researchers based on their experience, then developed into a debate - renewal developed - the solution requested to obtain justification (verification) in the form of empirical supporting data in the field. This study aims to learn more about Managerial Skills and Career Development Influence on Employee Performance (Study on Maintenance Employees of PT. Global Makara Teknik Site BRE Rantau Tapin Regency) in South Kalimantan, The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with as much as 54 assistance, a sample of 54 people and data analysis techniques using the research instrument validity test, reliability test, classic assumptions and using multiple linear regression, The results of this study indicate that the variable managerial ability individually to the Maintenance Performance of PT. The Makara Global Bara Engineering Site Overseas Temporary Tapin District And Career Development has no significant effect on the Performance of PT. The Global Makara Site of the BRE Rantau Technique in Tapin District, all of the independent variables have a significant influence on the variables that are used together (simultaneous), the adjusted determination (R2) is 0.332 or 33.2%, this shows it is supported by those provided by the variables free of the variables they replace.

The UNEP Emissions Gap Report 2020 highlighted buildings and cities as one among six sector solutions for climate change through enhanced energy efficiency and carbon reduction. A good performing green building is seen as a solution for energy efficiency and environmental protection, but performance of green building is largely affected by maintenance management. Green maintenance has been introduced to allow goal of maintenance to be realised using advanced technology and equipment at the lowest cost of resources and energy use, waste and minimise environmental effect. There have been findings that green buildings might not be performing as how it is intended. However, green maintenance performance indicators are rarely studied. Even though there is an issue in this area, it was found that there was still scarcity of studies that review the existing literature on green maintenance, maintenance performance, and maintenance management of green building. Hence, a systematic literature review was conducted on the integration of green maintenance principles into maintenance performance indicators for green buildings. This review was based on the publication standard, namely RepOrting Standards for Systematic Evidence Syntheses (ROSES) and integrated multiple research designs. Two leading databases (Web of Science and Scopus) was selected for the searching of existing literature. Based on the data, for green maintenance principles and performance indicators, 4 main aspects have been established, namely Environment, Economy, Technical and Social. 5 green maintenance principles that have also been identified. Moreover, 11 green maintenance indicators and 25 sub-indicators were identified. This study has offered significant contribution to the body of knowledge in this topic. The findings explained the importance of integrating green maintenance principles into maintenance performance for green building to ensure desired maintenance performance, as follows: 1) to encourage green building managers to realise their role in maintenance performance; 2) to plan integration strategies according to the desired maintenance performance; and 3) to inform on the knowledge gap existence on specific areas and future studies suggestions.

In food manufacturing, maintenance of manufacturing equipment is one of the most important essentials for an efficient manufacturing as this sector continuously face challenges that makes maintenance very critical due to the nature of manufacturing, thus as a result food manufacturing companies must add or modify their maintenance strategies in order to keep production running efficiently. The aim of this study is to carry out a maintenance performance evaluation and downtime analysis in a food manufacturing company and suggest areas for further improvement. In this study, an empirical case study was carried out in order to evaluate the maintenance performance and downtime analysis. Overall equipment effectiveness and Pareto analysis were used to carry out a maintenance performance evaluation and downtime analysis on the manufacturing equipment using three years historical data obtained from the food manufacturing company as an industrial case study.  The study found that the average overall equipment effectiveness is 55.30% which is a low value when compared with Overall Equipment Effectiveness world standards, meaning that the manufacturing organisation is operating in an average condition and there is a required urgent improvement of maintenance policies and strategies, otherwise it will be difficult for the manufacturing organisation to sustain it. Thus it is necessary that in order to improve productivity, the manufacturing organisation under study should look into its manufacturing strategies so that urgent improvement of maintenance policies and strategies can be implemented and adopted.

Therefore, the company ought to preserve the garden to embellish and keep the convenience of the hotel environment. This study aims to examine the garden maintenance performance in Melia Bali Hotel. The method used in this current study is a survey method. Data were collected from questionnaire, interview, observation, and literature. Interview was done with several key persons of the garden. Meanwhile, the questionnaire was delivered to twenty garden employees. According to the result of the study, the Melia Bali uses outsourcing garden maintenance crews. The garden crews working performance in maintaining the Melia Hotel garden shows above technical standard performance uses in this study. The maintenance activities are sweeping, watering, and trimming.

school maintenance performance is very significant in achieving conducive school environment. This is particularly important as it requires public funds to ensure that every cents provided to the school meets the needs and demands of the school administrator for the purpose of maintaining the school. Various issues related to school maintenance are published in the newspaper and also refer to empirical studies on school building and maintenance. This deductive analysis was developed to carry out a six-constructed hypotheses test. A survey questionnaire was created and distributed to 300 respondents, covering academic and non-academic staff. Nevertheless, only 134 questionnaire were used for research purposes using smart-pls 3.0 software. The results show that only three constructs, behavior (bhv), leadership (led) and safety (saf), have a significant relationship with school maintenance performance towards a conducive school environment. Meanwhile complaint management (com), service delivery (ser) and islamic work ethic (iwe) are less significant in maintenance performance characteristics (mpcs) towards conducive school environment.
