Computational thinking (CT) is a method for solving complex problems, but also gives people an inventive inspiration to adapt to our smart and changing society. Globally it has been considered as vital abilities for solving genuine issues successfully and efficiently in the 21st century. Recent studies have revealed that the nurture of CT mainly centered on measuring the technical skill. There is a lack of conceptualization and instruments that cogitate on CT disposition and attitudes. This study attends to these limitations by developing an instrument to measure CT concerning dispositions and attitudes. The instruments' validity and reliability testing were performed with the participation from secondary school students in Malaysia. The internal consistency reliability, standardized residual variance, construct validity and composite reliability were examined. The result revealed that the instrument validity was confirmed after removing items. The reliability and validity of the instrument have been verified. The findings established that all constructs are useful for assessing the disposition of computer science students. The implications for psychometric assessment were evident in terms of giving empirical evidence to corroborate theory-based constructs and also validating items' quality to appropriately represent the measurement.

This research presents the Strategic Change Management index, an indicator measuring the level of maturity of organizations to address processes of organizational change. At present, there is no other available indicator that fulfills this function. The index is built using the information provided from an instrument (questionnaire) specially created for this purpose. The instrument was applied to a sample of 151 companies, mostly Chilean. Studies about reliability (Cronbach’s α, hierarchical ω coefficients, among others), and instrument validity (second-order confirmatory factor analysis and retrospective validity) are presented. These studies show that the instrument has good psychometric properties. The results show that the degree of maturity of the companies comprising the sample to face change processes is low: 87% of the companies have a basic, initial, or amateur level of maturity; 13% have a professional level; and only one company had an expert level. More validity studies are required. However, the absence of a similar available instrument restrains the realization of more in-depth validity studies at this time.

There is a need to assess whether the resources invested in building trauma competence in services actually lead to higher levels of competence. For this purpose, we have developed an instrument called the Trauma and Development Education Monitor (TANDEM). The present article presents the process behind developing the instrument and an initial study of its psychometric properties. The tested version consisted of 59 items distributed across the domains of readiness, agency, reflexivity, knowledge, practice and culture at work. Based on responses from 415 professionals in relevant services, concept and criterion validity was examined through reliability analyses, factor analyses and regression analyses. Based on the analyses, the tested version was reduced to 54 items in the final version, distributed across the same six domains. As dimensions, the domains generally showed good scale reliability, and for the final version factor analyses confirmed a one-dimensional model for all domains. The instrument discriminated between respondents who reported more versus less previously received trauma competence building and showed specificity as a measure of trauma versus more general competence. The results indicate that TANDEM has the potential to become a useful tool in endeavours to implement trauma competence in services, as well as in research activities in this field. Background: The study of the futsal coach competency evaluation instrument was done because there was no any existed instrument used to measure the futsal coach competence. Objective: This research aims to determine the validity and reliability of the futsal coach competency evaluation instrument. Method: the validation and reliability instruments were determined using three quantitative methods in the main phases or steps, which are expertly judged (content validation), theory test (logical validation) and data test (construct validation). The research was done by distributing questionnaires via a google form. Result: The instrument validity data is based on the average score of the research subjects assessment. Media experts scored 90.71%, 89.5% and 93.3% in 3 aspects. While material experts scored 87.69%, 85.38%, and 96.15% in 5 aspects. The KMO and MSA factors analysis test covers four competencies results: personality 0.893, social 0.884, intellectual 0.886 coachings 0.782. The instrument is valid based on the value range of 0.517-0.954. The instrument’s reliability, divided into four competencies, is reliable because the Cronbach alpha score is higher than 0.7. Conclusion: The findings of this study brings a new insight that the coach’s competence needs to be measured using appropriate, valid and reliable instruments. The results in this study are a competency evaluation instrument consisted of 4 competencies (personality, social, intellectual and coaching). This research will certainly provide a positive point to evaluate the competencies owned by futsal coaches.

This research discusses the discussion of theory, discussion of experts, discussion of researchers based on their experience, then developed into a debate - renewal developed - the solution requested to obtain justification (verification) in the form of empirical supporting data in the field. This study aims to learn more about Managerial Skills and Career Development Influence on Employee Performance (Study on Maintenance Employees of PT. Global Makara Teknik Site BRE Rantau Tapin Regency) in South Kalimantan, The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with as much as 54 assistance, a sample of 54 people and data analysis techniques using the research instrument validity test, reliability test, classic assumptions and using multiple linear regression, The results of this study indicate that the variable managerial ability individually to the Maintenance Performance of PT. The Makara Global Bara Engineering Site Overseas Temporary Tapin District And Career Development has no significant effect on the Performance of PT. The Global Makara Site of the BRE Rantau Technique in Tapin District, all of the independent variables have a significant influence on the variables that are used together (simultaneous), the adjusted determination (R2) is 0.332 or 33.2%, this shows it is supported by those provided by the variables free of the variables they replace.

Motivation in learning has a role to foster a sense of pleasure, passion, and enthusiasm for learning. The lack of learning motivation in distance learning is caused by the process of learning, where students can become less active in conveying their opinions and thoughts, causing a boring learning process. Student learning motivation is also influenced by lecturer performance. The purpose of this study was to examine student learning motivation in online learning at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Warmadewa University. Various methods are applied in distance learning activities, including the google meet application, zoom application, google classroom, youtube, television, and whatsapp social media. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires which were used as research instruments. Sampling was carried out using the saturated sample method or the census method, namely 48 students who took financial management courses as respondents. To test the research instrument, validity and reliability were tested. Classical Assumption Test is used to test the Regression model. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the application of online learning and lecturer performance has a positive and significant impact simultaneously or partially on student learning motivation at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Warmadewa University. Thus, it can be suggested that to support learning more effectively, it is better to use more varied learning methods and learning support facilities need more attention.

STEM education programs are often formulated with a "hands-on activities" focus across a wide array of topics from robotics to rockets to ecology. Traditionally, the impact of these programs is based on surveys of youth on program-specific experiences or the youths’ interest and impressions of science in general. In this manuscript, we offer a new approach to analyzing science programming design and youth participant impact. The conceptual framework discussed here concentrates on the organization and analysis of common learning activities and instructional strategies. We establish instrument validity and reliability through an analysis of validity threats and pilot study results. We conclude by using this instrument in an example analysis of a STEM education program.

The urgency of this research is to implement application-based Geomaze game media at Dharma Wanita Persatuan 1 Kindergarten in Gresik Regency. This study aims to determine the development, feasibility and effectiveness of application-based Geomaze game media in stimulating visual-spatial intelligence of children aged 4-5 years. This research uses the type of research development or R&D with the ASSURE model. This study uses the target participants of children aged 4-5 years in TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan 1 Gresik Regency as the main sample for testing the application-based Geomaze game media and also testing conventional products or LKA, children aged 4-5 years in Kusuma Bangsa Kindergarten as instrument validity test. The results showed that the application-based game media Geomaze was more effective than conventional media or LKA in stimulating visual-spatial intelligence of children aged 4-5 years. This study is expected to be able to contribute to stimulating children’s visual-spatial intelligence and learning media during the current Covid-19 pandemic.
