Securing the focus of the study on psychological facts carried out by psychology to pass the scientific test still leaves a problem of definition. Such an identity crisis will be reconciled by using an Islamic epistemological perspective that incorporates conceptual-metaphysical studies as part of the scientific tradition by applying it to the analysis of the actualization of the function of the human soul. This paper aims to analyze the actualization of the potential of the human soul, the actuality or potentiality of human soul health, and the relevance of soul health to the happiness of the human soul. The theme of this paper uses qualitative research, literature study design, theoretical hermeneutic methods, content analysis techniques, and the author as a research instrument. It is known that the perfect actualization of the rational soul is the soul’s arrival at divine truth in theory and practice. The actualization of soul function in a person shows the level of his/her soul health. A happy soul is found in this healthy soul, namely a soul that has been freed from material tendencies and spiritual diseases. It also leads actions to the noble character and has longing and submission to God. These theoretical findings can be used to develop empirical-experimental research in psychology.

The significant put in crisis related to city, coupled to the renewed attention in confront of extra-urban context (inner territories), has rekindled the spotlights on countryside, as to semi-inhabited land, even to re-encode. This research is proposed to foreshadow a possible interpretative key on next future’s inhabit (under specific conditions), in the light of some visible changes which have already flourished in the Now, by using project as checking exercise of theorical research. Verona is scientific test bench, in which dualism city-countryside vanishes to the advancing of the wide and dense definition of «post-urban landscape». A vegetal-built basement, that radiates its tentacles in open/not-bound field, renewed cathedral protectress of life and evolution, structured (with project’s rules) with Super-Cartesian layers giving rise to a Hyper-rational mesh, jeopardized from obsessive and frequent interference. Chameleon monoliths, fixed objects in Continuous Movement as paradoxical reply to mutual adaptation’s dwelling, in which «not the strongest will survive, but the most suitable». This ability to adaptations is the key point on tomorrow’s questions, according to inhabiting as a form of «stamina», without that the rigid streamlining reduced dwelling to legislative and tabular count; but, going back to crucial questions involving, will always involve, the first and the last man. Psychedelic spatiality in which techè, shape and response line up in restless and controversial out-of-scales, as skeletal membranes. Super-Architectures, as total tool for life’s governance, unusual and redundant, last devices that translate culture and society’s knowledge.

“About the show:Professor Neil Gemmell uses cutting-edge environmental DNA science to unravel the mystery of the Loch Ness monster. Neil’s high-tech monster hunt opens a new chapter in the search for Nessie as he puts the leading theories to the ultimate scientific test.” [i]This description misleads in every important respect. The mystery is not unraveled; the leading theory is not even mentioned, and Gemmell’s reason for embarking on this project —  namely, to spread awareness of the potential benefits that can accrue from research on environmental DNA (eDNA) — is not well served, because there is no useful explanation of what eDNA science does, what it can and cannot accomplish, and why [ii]. That lack is all the sadder because the results in this case with respect to Nessies are not only incomplete, they are inconclusive and probably even wrong in an important respect.[i]        https://www.travelchannel.com/shows/loch-ness-monster-new-evidence[ii]       That eDNA work is not easy or infallible is pointed out in a comment on Roland Watson’s informative and reliable blog: “as with any tests that involve biologicals, there are error rates. And eDNA is not immune to these errors. . . . eDNA testing is also affected by seasonal changes — of how creatures operate in their environment, as well as the quality of the effluent at different times of the year, and so on. . . . [F]or eDNA testing to detect creatures properly there would have to be such testing throughout Loch Ness on a quarterly basis over probably at least two years, and probably have close to 350 to 450 sampling points — and doing this at least at five or six different consistent depths. I think that Roland correctly pointed out that nothing was taken way down deep, and there probably should have been. Also, eDNA actually lasts much, much longer in soils than in water. So taking samples off the Loch bottom might be a fruitful endeavor.”     Indeed, there are several clues indicating that Nessies spend most of their time down deep, possibly in the two basins known to be deeper than 200 m (Shine & Martin 1988).

There are currently serious concerns that published scientific findings often fail to be reproducible, and that some solutions may be gleaned by attending the several methodological and sociological recommendations that could be found in the literature. However, researchers would also arrive at some answers by considering the advice of the philosophy of science, particularly semantics, about theses on truth related to scientific realism. Sometimes scientists understand the correspondence thesis of truth (CTT) as asserting that the next unique empirical confirmation of a hypothesis suffices to attribute truth to it provisionally. Such empiricist bias is not necessarily at the core of CTT, but Mario Bunge proposed the synthetic thesis of truth (STT), based on CTT, to explicitly avoid the bias. STT requires considering a hypothesis corroborated, both by purely empirical confirmation and external consistency or compatibility with the bulk of existing background knowledge (systemicity). While a capricious understanding of CTT could be rigged to recommend the “one shot game” in hypothesis testing, STT clearly demands the use of multiple approaches, empirical as well as theoretical, and it asserts that a scientific test is effective to the extent to which it is neither purely empirical, nor viewed in isolation. Pattern consistency (empirical control) together with an understanding of causal relations (rational together with empirical control) make confirmed hypotheses robust and more reliable. The militancy of the double mechanism of hypothesis control of STT can help mitigate the reproducibility crisis. Earl Werner’s research program in community ecology is an example of the (implicit) use of STT criteria, which leads to the development of reliable, cross-checked, ecological results, with high predictive capacity.

Edmund Locard is the father of Forensic Chemistry. Forensic means scientific test or techniques used in connection with detection of crime. A Forensic Physician analyzes a variety of suspected substances, most often for law enforcement purposes. A Forensic Chemist can assist in the identification of unknown material found at a crime scene. Forensic Chemist uses G.C.-M.S.(Gas Chromatography- Mass Spectroscopy) analysis, A.A.S.(Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy), F.T.I.R.S.(Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy), T.L.C.(Thin Layer Chromatography). A.A.S. is destructive and F.T.I.R.S is a non-destructive process to identify a substance.

Aggregate-mortar interface transition zone is a major factor for mechanical properties and durability of materials. Owing to the distinctive features of interface transition zone, this study reviewed research methods, structure models, improving methods and the influence to mechanics and durability of concrete of this zone. We also analyzed various test methods which are referred to in this review and their applicability, and discussed the formation mechanism and improving approach for interface transition zone. Our investigation suggested further scientific test is necessary for researching mechanical property of the interface.

The form of principal spindle's dynamic errors is analysed firstly. Scientific test scheme is designed to analyse the influence of rotating speed to rotating errors and decrease temperature rises influence. Principal spindle's radial average errors and asynchronous errors, axial average errors and asynchronous errors, minimum radial separation center of some vertical machine center are all tested with SPN-300 of API. Test method is rise speed-test-stop & cooling-rise speed. Three vertical machine centers are tested and every machine center is tested three times at different rotating speed. The test results and the influences of all errors are analysed at last.
