Objectives: We examined 17 health information portals to determine the status of web-based health information services in the United States (USA), South Korea, the United Kingdom (UK), and Australia. Methods: We analyzed longitudinal trends in 35 items of online health information over four years among representative health information portals (eight based in the USA, seven in South Korea, one in the UK, and one in Australia), focusing on external portal structure, content scope, service characteristic, and service function with four stakeholder groups of six stakeholders. Results: The most notable change was in the service items, and overall, in 44.1% of total items: 17.6% in service characteristic, 41.2% in external portal structure, 58.8% in service function, and 58.8% in content scope change. More specifically, these changes included increases in the “mobile application utility” (service function), “use of personal health records” on public health portals (content scope change), “Charts and videos” (service characteristic), and “renewal date” (external portal structure). Conclusions: This review of existing health portals will be a footnote for enabling health care providers to confirm whether the needs of consumers are reflected on their website with high reliability. Furthermore, these findings will help to enhance the quality of portals by delivering relevant information to stakeholders and to the consumers of online health information.

Abstrak: Teknologi komputasi awan saat ini sedang berkembang dengan pesat, hal ini tentunya dikarenakan keuntungan-keuntungan yang ditawarkan serta karakteristik layanannyayang menjadikan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menjadi sebuah alat yang lebih efisiendan efektif. Dunia pendidikan yang sudah mulai banyak menggunakankomputasi awanataudisebut dengan pendidikan awan. Penelitian kali ini dilakukan dengan sebuah kajian analisispemanfaatan dari komputasi awan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas mutu pendidikan yangberada di daerah-daerah pinggiran sesuai dengan program Nawacita dari Pemerintahan JokowiJK,pemenuhan21st century learning skills dan pendidikan untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan.Dalam kajian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pendidikan menggunakan komputasi awantidakhanya menawarkan sebuah cara dan model pembelajaran baru yang bersifat out of box untukmenghilangkan permasalahan geografis dan ketidakmerataan sumber daya pendidikan yangada pada “daerah pinggiran”, akan tetapi lebih kepada upaya untuk membangun budaya barudalam belajar. Sehingga dalam rangka pengintegrasian teknologi komputasi awan ke dalamsistem pendidikan diperlukan peranan pemerintah melalui regulasi pendukung, mendukungperan dari PUSTEKKOM sebagai pusat pelayanan dan pembangunan budaya baru belajarmenggunakan teknologi komputasi awan. Abstract: Today the developing of cloud computing technology is arising, this is because of theadvantages that offering and service characteristic by cloud computing what makinginformation and communication technology as an effective and efficiency device. This is alsomaking education world starts to use cloud computing technology or we can call cloudeducation.This research will discuss about cloud education role to help increasing quality ofeducation, especially where at the edge areas as Nawa Cita of Jokowi-JK’s Government,21stcentury learning skills and education for sustainable development. In this study, educationusing cloud computing not only offers a new stance of learning and a new model of learningbut also solving problem with out of box way such as geographical obstacles and unbalanceeducational resources in “daerah pinggiran”, but rather to build a new culture of learning.So, in order to further integration of cloud computing to education system through governmentwith supporting regulation, supporting PUSTEKKOM as serviced central of cloud educationand preparing for a new stance of learning using cloud computing technology.

In order to explore the method to realize spatial information sharing and integration, in this article we choose REST as spatial information share framework and foundations of software architecture, focus on spatial information service characteristic, construct a REST style framework spatial information sharing model, and evaluate it. And then base on open source software, build up demo system, test the framework’s feasibility. Result turn out to be effective-spatial information sharing base on the REST style can realize spatial information sharing to a certain extent.
