The paper proposes a modification of the diffusion-limited aggregation model to study the properties of a cluster system. A computational experiment to determine the mutual influence of the sticking probability and the volume concentration of particles on the formation of fractal clusters in a cluster system was carried out in accordance  with  the  second-order  orthogonal  central  compositional  plan  (OCCP).  As  a  result of a computational experiment in accordance with the OCCP, an equation was obtained for the dependence of the mass fractal dimension of clusters on the volume of particle concentration and the probability of adhesion of diffusing particles and cluster particles in the adhesion zone. This dependence was obtained in a range of volume concentration of particles from 2 to 5 % and the probability of adhesion of diffusing particles and particles of clusters in the adhesion zone from 0.2 to 1.

Abstract Aiming at the harmonic resonance problem of photovoltaic inverter cluster system when it is incorporated into weak power grid, an active damper frequency division control method is proposed to suppress the harmonic resonance. Firstly, the voltage signal measured by the voltage transformer is separated according to the frequency, and then the harmonic conductance value of the frequency band is controlled respectively according to the harmonic voltage. Finally, the output current is feedback controlled by the generalized integral PI controller, so as to realize the impedance remolding of the photovoltaic inverter cluster system. This method can adjust the value of virtual conductance in different frequency band adaptively according to the harmonic voltage, so as to suppress the harmonic resonance problem of photovoltaic inverter cluster more effectively. The simulation results of Matlab/Simulink demonstrate the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed frequency division control method.

AbstractEnergy and humanitarian action have long been uneasy bedfellows. In the field, many humanitarian practitioners lack the time or remit to engage with a complex issue such as energy, and the topic to date has received relatively little attention from the private, development and academic sectors. This paper hopes to provide more clarity on energy in forced displacement settings by analysing how energy is interwoven with the humanitarian cluster system. This paper has two aims: (1) to assess existing evidence in the sector and explain the links between energy and each of the humanitarian clusters and (2) to provide recommendations on how humanitarian response efforts can transition from informal action to a comprehensive response on sustainable energy provision. This paper is the first to investigate the role of energy using the cluster system as a framework and contributes to a rapidly evolving field of research and practice on energy in humanitarian contexts. Our analysis demonstrates that energy is not fully integrated within humanitarian programme planning. Further, it highlights pathways for improving humanitarian outcomes enabled by improved energy practices. We identify ten ways clusters can integrate action on energy to support crisis-affected communities.

In the Industrial 4.0 era, almost all activities and transactions are carried out via the internet, which basically uses web technology. For this reason, it is absolutely necessary to have a high-performance web server infrastructure capable of serving all the activities and transactions required by users without any constraints. This research aims to design a high-performance (high availability) web server infrastructure with low cost (low cost) and energy efficiency. low power) using Cluster Computing technology on the Raspberry Pi Single Board Computing and Docker Container technology. The cluster system is built using five raspberry Pi type 4B modules as cluster nodes, and the Web server system is built using docker container virtualization technology. Meanwhile, cluster management uses Docker Swarm technology. Performance testing (Quality of Service) of the cluster system is done by simulating a number of loads (requests) and measuring the response of the system based on the parameters of Throughput and Delay (latency). The test results show that the Raspberry Pi Cluster system using Docker Swarm can be used to build a High Availability Server system that is able to handle very high requests that reach Throughput = 161,812,298 requests / sec with an Error rate = 0%.

The aim of the article is to study the features of the development of cluster systems for the construction of transport vessels and develop on this basis recommendations for the use of agile methodology in the mechanisms of effective management in cluster integrations. The characteristic features of a project-oriented operating system with a matrix organizational structure have been determined. The principles of the agile methodology have been adapted to the management mechanisms of the shipbuilding cluster system. The examples of the use of agile approaches that complement and strengthen the existing matrix management structure in the shipbuilding cluster system are given. The agile approaches are implemented through: maintaining stable links in the supply chain at all stages of the life cycle of the cluster; focusing the cluster system as a whole on customer needs; creation of cross-functional teams for support and development of human resources; creation of a logistics center in accordance with the agile methodology, which is implemented through short feedback cycles and regular adaptation of supply processes; lean production ‒ from design to production at all stages. It is proposed to develop a corporate information system in business processes and supply chains of the shipbuilding cluster. Information flows connect cluster members, functions, supply chain management tasks, as well as different levels of management decision-making. Team cooperation between representatives of project organizations and the project management office of shipbuilding enterprises will ensure the development of the information system as a whole, as well as the integrity and consistency of individual elements. This confirms that the agile methodology provides flexibility in management and operational adaptation to changes in order to achieve the main goal ‒ the competitiveness of cluster integration and its elements.
