Background. With the intensification of digitalization processes, the use of FinTech tools by various business entities, which include both financial service offerors and their consumers, is becoming especially important. Analysis of recent researches and publications. The works of many scientists are devoted to the functioning of various aspects of corporate information systems. However, there is currently a lack of research on the feasibility of using financial technology instruments by business entities, their threats and security for corporate information systems. The aim of the article is to study the place of FinTech tools in the corporate information system, identify threats to their use and ensure the security of their operation. Materials and methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are the works of domestic and foreign scientists on the functioning of corporate information systems and FinTech ecosystems. Results. The basis of digital transformation is the use of innovative technologies in the financial services market. This leads to the appropriate transformation of information systems of business entities and ensuring their security. There is an intensification of business use of digital banking services, digital insurance, payment platforms, raising funds through crowdfunding platforms, investing. The FinTech ecosystem within the sectoral approach should be understood as the areas of application of financial technology instruments, the services of which are used by various consumers, in particular, business entities, individuals, public authorities.The increasing digitalization of financial activities of business entities as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic has intensified the creation of additional challenges for corporate information systems for the implementation of cyber risks. Conclusion. The use of financial technology tools by business entities leads to the formation of FinTech ecosystems. Ensuring the security of information systems is the key to corporate stability. The challenge of countering cyber threats is not only for financial service offerors, but also for business entities that are their consumers, as the use of financial technology tools in financial transactions causes risks to all participants in the FinTech ecosystem.

Problem statement. Currently, the issue of controlling the confidentiality of information in documents created, processed, transmitted and stored in the corporate information system (after of the documents open) is one of the most acute in ensuring the information security of an industrial enterprise.The purpose. Detection of rational ways to prevent the leakage of electronic documents, which are printed or opened on the computer screens of the corporate information system.Results. The article provides examples of classical methods for information protection from violation of its confidentiality. In the paper note the inefficiency of such techniques for opened on screens or printed documents. The authors propose labeling as a possible mechanism for maintaining the confidentiality of corporate documentation. There are considering modern technologies intended for marking of electronic documents, offered in the Russian market of information protection means. The principles of their work, advantages and disadvantages are given. The analysis allow drawing a conclusion about the possibility of considered technologies usage for investigation of electronic or printed documents leakage incidents and identifying violators.Practical relevance. The authors suggested that electronic document labeling may affect (indirect) on reducing the number of violations within the corporate information system.

The aim of the article is to study the features of the development of cluster systems for the construction of transport vessels and develop on this basis recommendations for the use of agile methodology in the mechanisms of effective management in cluster integrations. The characteristic features of a project-oriented operating system with a matrix organizational structure have been determined. The principles of the agile methodology have been adapted to the management mechanisms of the shipbuilding cluster system. The examples of the use of agile approaches that complement and strengthen the existing matrix management structure in the shipbuilding cluster system are given. The agile approaches are implemented through: maintaining stable links in the supply chain at all stages of the life cycle of the cluster; focusing the cluster system as a whole on customer needs; creation of cross-functional teams for support and development of human resources; creation of a logistics center in accordance with the agile methodology, which is implemented through short feedback cycles and regular adaptation of supply processes; lean production ‒ from design to production at all stages. It is proposed to develop a corporate information system in business processes and supply chains of the shipbuilding cluster. Information flows connect cluster members, functions, supply chain management tasks, as well as different levels of management decision-making. Team cooperation between representatives of project organizations and the project management office of shipbuilding enterprises will ensure the development of the information system as a whole, as well as the integrity and consistency of individual elements. This confirms that the agile methodology provides flexibility in management and operational adaptation to changes in order to achieve the main goal ‒ the competitiveness of cluster integration and its elements.

Currently, the methodology of system engineering is being formed, the product of which is, as usual, the creation of real objects information models, supplemented by virtual components, and on the contrary, virtual objects, supplemented by real components. For example, an information model of a technological object is a specification of real equipment, supplemented by a specification of the purchased equipment of a technological process and on the contrary. By analogy with general engineering in the field of technical activity, the metastructures of such information models must meet the V-shaped structure of the validation and verification processes. Therefore, models should be regularly checked during their life cycle to ensure that their structure and parameters correspond to real and virtual objects. At the present, there are conditions for a coordinated decision of technological objects system information modeling, taking into account their internal (physical) structure and of the digital environment the external structure. In general theoretical terms, the construction of system models is based on the problem of formal consistent description (grammatical calculus) of the structure and functional regularities of a set of objects and their connections in the subject area under study. The presented approach of the subject area system modeling under consideration is based on the classical model of a machine-building enterprise (MP) educational and production activities and a university. Aim. To apply the principles of the design approach for the formation of a corporate information system (CIS) engineering company metastructure digital twin, to explore the prospects of its application, to show the key information components in the management of subject-oriented knowledge and data, as well as the ability to scale technology in the formation of a digital environment for architecture and modern MP, improving the efficiency of business processes participants interaction. Materials and methods. The principles of the system engineering methodo¬logy (process approach, life cycle, etc.), an integrated approach and structural analysis of the design process according to the SADT (Structured Analysis and Design Technology) methodology, and the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) methodology are used. Results. The proposed approach for system modeling the subject area is the development of works of the authors, demonstrates the possibility of scaling on the example of interaction of participants of the REC using part of the University's digital twin KIS enterprises of the real sector of the economy. The requisite of developing a knowledge management model and the increasing role of information search engines are shown. Conclusion. The proposed approach expands the application of the digital twin metastructure, allows correcting the enterprise architecture to improve the efficiency of business processes.

The analysis of technology of management of vulnerabilities of corporate information systems is carried out. Methods and tools for managing vulnerabilities of corporate information systems based on the Qualys solution are studied. The purpose, main functions and composition of Qualys solution software are defined. A variant of managing corporate information system vulnerabilities based on the Qualys solution has been developed.

The article discusses the advantages of embedding an information and analytical system in the contour of the corporate system of the university. The purpose of the development and implementation of the information and analytical system is formulated. Its features are determined, as well as the rationale for choosing the implementation environment. The place of the information and analytical system in the contour of the corporate system of the university is indicated. The model of the data structure of the information and analytical system in the contour of the corporate information system of the university is presented. Typical problems in the organization’s infrastructure are identified and solutions for optimizing the work are proposed. A reasoning model for analyzing corporate information system data is constructed. The levels of access to the analytical system are defined. This information is useful for both managers of educational institutions and employees of services involved in processing information about the organization and reporting for making strategic decisions.
