The aim of the article is to study the features of the development of cluster systems for the construction of transport vessels and develop on this basis recommendations for the use of agile methodology in the mechanisms of effective management in cluster integrations. The characteristic features of a project-oriented operating system with a matrix organizational structure have been determined. The principles of the agile methodology have been adapted to the management mechanisms of the shipbuilding cluster system. The examples of the use of agile approaches that complement and strengthen the existing matrix management structure in the shipbuilding cluster system are given. The agile approaches are implemented through: maintaining stable links in the supply chain at all stages of the life cycle of the cluster; focusing the cluster system as a whole on customer needs; creation of cross-functional teams for support and development of human resources; creation of a logistics center in accordance with the agile methodology, which is implemented through short feedback cycles and regular adaptation of supply processes; lean production ‒ from design to production at all stages. It is proposed to develop a corporate information system in business processes and supply chains of the shipbuilding cluster. Information flows connect cluster members, functions, supply chain management tasks, as well as different levels of management decision-making. Team cooperation between representatives of project organizations and the project management office of shipbuilding enterprises will ensure the development of the information system as a whole, as well as the integrity and consistency of individual elements. This confirms that the agile methodology provides flexibility in management and operational adaptation to changes in order to achieve the main goal ‒ the competitiveness of cluster integration and its elements.

At present, in the context of the development of Knowledgeable society, information systems are at now an integral part of any organization, even the smallest, regardless of the business processes they implement. Such information systems are commonly referred to as Corporate Information Systems (CIS). Special requirements for the development of CIS are made to ensure their information security, which can be achieved by developing a protected version of the CIS. In this article is considered the analysis of this problem and approaches to its solution. Block Chain technologies are very promising not only when applying them in traditional spheres - manufacturing, service, transport, but also to solve security and information problems, in particular.

The Supply Chain Management Information System combines several business processes across organizations from the initial organization to the end user. In the procurement of raw materials, the procurement of Covid-19 takes time and causes inventory. With the Supply Chain Management Information System, it is expected to simplify the procurement process and minimize shortages of goods so as to speed up patient handling. This study resulted in the design of an SCM information system that uses the waterfall model software development method which is useful for helping the health industry get the flow of information, goods, and money because the related parties have been integrated with the designed system.

Information is essential to integrating business processes. An information organization framework formalized as a reference model is proposed. It captures the specifics (e.g., dynamics and uncertainty) and functional requirements (e.g., information standardization and problem-orientation) of a supply chain (SC), assumed as a managerial, dynamic, complex, and open system. An information modeling formalism is presented that captures different aspects of SC information system support (ISS) as follows: (1) system taxonomy, tackling the problem of information standardization and unified presentation, (2) problem taxonomy, aiming to capture SC operational specifics, such as problem classification and modeling, (3) ontology, for representing problem specific knowledge in a computational language, and (4) ontology-driven information system, accumulating the above components in a collaborative environment, where SC members work on common problems. A SC-ISS reference model is introduced covering components of the above groupings. An industrial case study is presented.

The aim of the article is to study the features of the operating system, shipbuilding production management system and develop a mechanism for involving a logistics operator on the basis of outsourcing services in the shipbuilding cluster system. The work presents the characteristics of shipbuilding, identifies the features of project management at the enterprise. The subject of the study is the methods and models of logistics management of the shipbuilding cluster system. The object of the study is the logistics system of project management in the shipbuilding cluster system. Logistics in project management of shipbuilding enterprises is determined by a large number of flow processes and associated complex information links. The logistics system covers the entire resource-functional range of flow processes, taking into account the stages of the project life cycle. For domestic shipbuilding and ship repair enterprises, cluster integration is one of the most accessible ways to implement a global strategy in achieving competitive positions in international markets. Modern logistics requirements are forcing companies to seek a compromise to compensate for the growing demands of production. Outsourcing is the transfer of part of the business process by enterprises to outsourcers on a subcontract basis. The logistics operator 4PL, which is engaged on the basis of outsourcing, integrates the business processes of shipbuilding companies involved in the supply chain using electronic media. The coordinator is the logistics center, which, using modern equipment, allows logistics operators to offer a comprehensive package of services with high quality parameters.

Information system must provide data, information and adequate information technology for: the running of the business process, management (subsystems and business functions etc.), expertise basics for management decision-making and, main business system management. In business systems three dimensions determine management, namely: executive body management, adaptation and development, which includes business processes as well. Therefore we can distinguish two basic business system application fields: a) information executive body subsystem, b) information subsystem development. Information subsystem development provides all the necessary data and information required for the adaptation projects carried out by managers and personnel as well as for the business system development. These projects are carried out on the business system and subsystem level. Information system project is an information system aimed at fulfilling information demands of the main system project, of the maintaining system project, as well as of the project system management. These projects are the result of strategies carried out within business systems. They are aimed at transforming strategies into projects, which are then carried out by business systems in a determined period of time. The quick transformation of strategies into projects together with the quick and higher quality performance, give rise to an advantage in business system competition.
