Analysis of the path loss value on the cellular system is an approach in the aspect of large scale fading to calculate service coverage. This research studies the path loss value by taking conditions in the city of Bandung with the character of outdoor micro urban cells. The prediction models used in this study include the SUI, ABG, CI, and NYUSIM simulators using working frequencies of 3.5 GHz and 28 GHz with a bandwidth of 100 MHz and 800 MHz. The test results show that the NYUSIM simulator provides a path loss prediction value that is closest to the average path loss value with a margin value of 1.25 dB for the 3.5 GHz frequency and 1.8 dB for the 28 GHz frequency. The 28 GHz working frequency has a path loss value higher than the 3.5 MHz frequency of 19 dB. The path loss value in LOS and NLOS conditions has an impact on reducing the path loss value by 35% at a frequency of 3.5 GHz and 26% at a frequency of 28 GHz.Keywords: path loss, micro cell, urban, NYUSIM, LOS, NLOS

Abstract 5G is not a simple cellular technology; it's a real revolution to improve the connection speed that assures Quality of Service (QoS) requirements and user satisfaction in a heterogeneous environment. 5G network is considered as a Het- erogeneous Networks (HetNets) able to support a multitude of speci c use cases (such as Smart Metering and Videoconferencing) and new services, where per- formance requirements will be extremely polarized. In this context, several key issues for 5G communications should be addressed to satisfy QoS provisioning. Radio resource allocation is considered as an important 5G key issue for Inter- net of Things (IoT) communications. In this paper, we propose a QoS-aware resource allocation and femtocell selection for 5G HetNets named QoS-RAS. Our proposed approach maximizes the total resource utilization of the network and it ensures a balanced load by selecting the suitable femtocell for each user and allocating the available resources with an adequate manner. Our work gives the best scenarios that aim to enhance system model performance in terms of resource utilization ratio, dropped request probability, total average throughput and fairness index.

This article offers new perspectives on the telephone in Italian cinema, specifically in the movement from the human to the posthuman vis-à-vis visual representation. Telecommunication has maintained a unique place in Italian cinema throughout the twentieth and twenty-first centuries and provides insight into the anxiety of both the socio-economic status and of the human subject itself. From Roberto Rossellini’s The Human Voice to Paolo Genovese’s Perfect Strangers, the telephone acts as a key protagonist articulating the crisis of human subjectivity with respect to ever-increasing technological influence. Not only is the telephone an ‘actor’ in the Italian film tradition, but its function as both a means and an arbitrator of communication exerts control over the course of human action. As both a nonhuman object and physical/mental influencer, the telephone facilitates the transition from the human to the posthuman, informing our understanding of nonhuman technological agency in our daily lives.

Long Term Evolution (LTE) is 4th generation (4G) technology that used as cellular technology. LTE works in various bands, one of band is 1800 MHz. At each location, the signal level that will received by the user varies depending on the usage location. At indoor location, signal level will weaken due to passing the obstacle like trees or walls, so the signal level that the user receivers is less than the maximum. To improve this condition, a repeater is needed. A repeater need an antenna as a signal receiver that transmitted from eNodeB and an antenna for transmitting a signal that has been amplified. In this paper will be explained about design an antenna microstrip double triangular patch with slot Y as an indoor antenna that used for transmitting a signal that works at frequency 1800 MHz. Micostrip antenna that was fabricated and tested has specification value is obtained which are return loss = - 20,702 dB, VSWR = 1,1566, gain = 6,9 dB, and the radiation pattern is unidirectional. Signal level antenna testing is performed on three location by using four provider. The highest signal level gained by Telkomsel provider that is -77 dBm and the lowest is XL provider that is -100,6 dBm.   Keywords : 4G, antenna, frequency 1800 MHz, microstrip, patch double triangular, signal level

This analytic research paper discusses the effects of emerging futuristic 5th Generation (5G) cellular technology over human health. The technology is growing with three major advantages of high speed, lower latency and to connect more devices at the same time. In the recent pandemic event of Covid-19, many believe that for the achievement of high speed in 5G, it will be required to have high power and this high power will decrease the immune system in short term. But actually, the reality doesn’t support the above condition. This paper defines how the speed will increase with the help of low bit error rate and also through different useful techniques thereby not just by increasing the power. In addition of high-frequency 5G radiation to an already complex mix of lower frequencies, the implementation will contribute to a negative public health outcome both from physical and mental health perspectives to a certain extent.
