The method of designing frames of special machines for road construction and public utilities is considered, which allows you to design special machines with a given level of reliability and durability. The technique allows using modern computer modeling systems to carry out constructive refinement of the base tractor frame using experimental and mathematical modeling data. Using the design feature of tractors of the T–150K family, namely the presence of an articulated joint, it is possible, using a modular principle, to quickly design various machines for various industries. However, in order to design reliable machines, one must have a methodology for designing such machines. There is currently no such technique. When designing special machines, designers perform calculations only for working equipment. But as practice shows, the critical elements of the machine in this case, the support of the vertical hinge of the tractor frame during the operation of the pressurized machine (wheeled bulldozer and front loader), experience shock loads that lead to the destruction of the frame of the base tractor. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for designing a complex of road–building machines on the basis of mass–produced tractors with an articulated frame produced by public limited company "KhTZ".

In conditions of limited finance resources building optimum finance structure of capital is considered the most important objective, as the availability of the necessary amount of own funds can provide finance sustainability of the organization, the potential to meet timely liabilities to creditors, finance and develop new lines of work. However, any resources (both borrowed and own) have value, as they can be invested into the profitable investment project. It is obvious that the finance structure of capital can influence indirectly the level of organization profit, as in other expenses interest costs or interests payable are shown. Therefore, it is necessary to build such a correlation of own and borrowed sources, which can provide the max profit for the enterprise. As tools for building such a correlation the article proposes methods of mathematic modeling and, namely, the correlation analysis to find the interconnection between the dependent variable, i.e. work profitability and different factors - a share of own and borrowed funds. On the basis of this interconnection regression equation was built, which allows us to find out how the amount of net profit changes with a certain correlation of own and borrowed resources. The analysis was carried out based on published finance reports of the limited company ‘Gazprom Bureniye'.

Most disclosure comes in the form of company accounts and reports focusing on the financial position and the activities of the company. Increasingly, mandated disclosures for public companies extend widely beyond the financial statements to a narrative account of the company’s activities, business strategy, and risks. Considerable emphasis is now placed, for public companies, on addressing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) concerns. The chapter discusses the statutory provisions governing company accounts and considers the obligations of the directors with respect to preparing, circulating, and filing accounts. The chapter also addresses the regulatory framework for audit, the need in larger companies for an auditors’ report, and considers the extent of the auditor’s duty of care as well as the potential auditor liabilities arising from a negligent audit report.

This paper has the ambition to examine the work-life balance (WLB) standards applied by the Limited Company of Bank Central Asia (PT BCA) Samarinda branch and their impact on employee loyalty, job performance, and turnover intentions. Our targets for employees who work in customer services (CS). We collected the data through survey techniques, where the size of the informants was 340 samples. Multiple regression analysis indicates that the WLB policy has affected employee loyalty, turnover intentions, and job performance. Employee loyalty also plays an important role in job performance and turnover intentions. Meanwhile, job performance has a significant effect on preventing turnover intentions. The fundamental difference to this finding lies in the escalation in the causality of the variables and is worth developing.
