The paper represents a comparative study of national culture features of the main commercial partners of the Republic of Moldova and the countries preferred by Moldovan citizens to emigrate: Romania, Russia, Italy and Germany. The research focused on two cultural bipolar models: Hofstede, which comprises six cultural dimensions: individualism vs. collectivism, power distance, uncertainty avoidance, masculinity vs. femininity, long-term vs. short-term orientation, indulgence vs. restraint, and Trompenaars-Hampden-Turner, which contains seven dimensions: universalism vs. particularism, individualism vs. communitarianism, neutral vs. emotional, specific vs. diffuse, achievement vs. ascription, sequential time vs. synchronous time, internal vs. external control. The established similarities and differences, knowledge of cultural specificity in international interactions, both social and economic, is an added value for individuals to successfully integrate and fit into a society, other than their native, and for businesses to be successfully managed on international level.

The features of reference frame, concomitant to the cosmic microwave background, immobile relatively cosmic microwave background, are considered. It is shown that the features of reference frame, concomitant to the cosmic microwave background (CMB), are determined by its properties. Any other object in the Universe and reference frame concomitant to it, is immersed in the CMB and moves relative to the reference frame concomitant to microwave background radiation. The zero pecular velocity of the reference frame concomitant to the microwave background radiation is analogous to the zero temperature on the Kelvin scale. Time in it is most rapid in relation to the time in any other reference frame, observable and measurable in any of them. The features of time, pecular speed, relative speed of two inertial RF, stellar aberration, and Doppler effect in the reference frame concomitant to the microwave background radiation are considered. According to the determined relative velocity of the two reference systems and the peculiar velocity of the reference system with the observer, the components of their relative velocity are determined. Determining the components of the relative velocity of the reference frames with determining the synchronous time for all points at any time in the reference frame concomitant to microwave background radiation, allows us to investigate the possibility of determining the speed of light "one way" and using it to navigate vehicles in distant space. Stability of angular location of heterogeneities of CMB in reference frame concomitant to CMB, allows us to use these heterogeneities for the increase of exactness of astronomic reference frames HCRF and ICRF.

Watch party lectures combine asynchronous and synchronous teaching approaches: lecturers record short videos of the directly instructed content, for one-hour lectures, lecturers aim to record 2-3 short videos for a maximum of 40-45 minutes. These pre-recorded videos are uploaded on the virtual learning environment (VLE). However, the crucial element of watch party lectures is the scheduled, synchronous time during which these pre-recordings are watched together via screen sharing. Watch party lectures allow for meaningful interactions between lecturer and students while watching the videos. Students use the chat box to ask questions and the lecturer addresses them immediately, e.g., by providing links to additional resources. Watch party lectures were welcomed by students and lecturers alike and we strongly recommend integrating both asynchronous and synchronous elements in the future, regardless of the modality or format of teaching delivery.

The article clarifies the constant and variable communicative-pragmatic features of modern journalistic discourse, which is formed by texts created taking into account the relevant areas of communicative activity of society, communicative situations and the dynamics of extralingual factors. It is shown that the content of the text is encoded by means of the national language, a common fund of knowledge of the author and the recipient, which is constantly expanding and changing. The function of influencing the mass consciousness of the society of modern WMCs is made possible by evaluative linguistic means, in the very nature of which the possibility of modeling not only reality but also the ideological principles necessary for the establishment of social thinking in society is inherent. Journalistic texts testify to the functioning of logical (rational) and emotional (irrational) evaluation. Logical objective thoughts, and emotional — the feelings of the subject to the object (person, object, phenomenon, event, etc.). Positive or negative semantic scale of evaluation of journalistic discourse is formed in accordance with certain social, national-cultural, moral values in society. The defining feature of the language of mass media is the functioning of evaluative transformed precedent expressions, which, ensuring the longevity of cultural and intellectual experience of the people, reflect trends in the semantic system of language and are synchronous time markers of social trends of the day. Negative evaluation in journalistic texts can acquire signs of language aggression — destructive use of expressive language means to express contempt, hostility, hostility, threats to the addressee. Its units are stylistically marked language means (invectives, crude expressions). Changing the value paradigm at the turn of the XX – XXI centuries affects the language consciousness of Ukrainians, causes the activation of clearly nationally marked units, intralinguistic search for techniques and means of creating journalistic flavor, the realization of the potential of the language.

In the article the local communication network, heterogeneous on the intensity of the incoming message flow and the type of messages, with synchronous time access protocol is considered. All communication stations of the considered local network consist of three substations: speech substations, video information substations and data substations. Speech substations form the speech subnet, video information substations form the video information subnet, and data substations form the data subnet. Substations within the same subnet are homogeneous in their activity. A model of the considered local network in discrete time is being carried out, which allows assessing the effect of the failure processes and restoration of substations of network stations and the communication channel on its characteristics. Based on the developed model of the local network, the probability-time characteristics of the considered network are selected and determined.

To improve learning efficiency in Computer Programming courses, a voluntary decision was to fully integrate different learner-centered pedagogical devices. The result is the development of a set of pedagogical serious mini-Games (mGs) in synchronous time in the classroom for a decided scenario of the hybrid course. Supported by a Learning Management System, the innovation results in a common flexible and modular framework for mGs, taking into account a really short duration and higher constraints of the training. The expected outcome is to make future end users (who will not be IT developers) aware of the potential of the underlying transversal skills developed while building up universal algorithms, stressing functional analysis regardless of specific expertise required for a given coding. The challenge is to make their knowledge ownership easier, to prevent rejection, to incent involvement and collective intelligence and further Agile method adoption with a concern for quality.

In the synchronization process of a synchronizer, the friction coefficient of the friction cone is changed because of friction heat. In this paper, the influence of a changing friction coefficient on shift quality was analyzed. The quantitative relationship between friction coefficient and its influencing factors was studied through a synchronizer synchronization process test bench. Based on the quantitative analysis and an optimal shift force control method, a compensation control strategy for friction coefficient was established. Moreover, the effectiveness of the compensation control was verified through simulation and experiment. The results showed that the friction coefficient was maintained near the expected value of 0.08 after the compensation control, the shifting speed difference the synchronous time was shortened by nearly 0.12 s, and the sliding friction was reduced by 4.64 J under the experimental conditions. The analysis and compensation of the friction coefficient provide a theoretical reference for improving shift quality.
