Professional training of cadets of lyceums in the process of mastering working specialties is accompanied by the influence on the adolescents' organism of ecological and hygienic territorial environmental factors, as well as specific factors of the educational and production environment. The study aims to explore the influence of factors of the environment and educational-production environment of river transport lyceums on the adaptation of adolescents' bodies in the process of teaching working specialties. A survey of 400 cadets studying at the Saratov and Balakovo lyceums of river transport (200 boys each) at the age of 15-18 years was carried out. The hygienic assessment of the organization and conditions of vocational training of adolescents mastering working specialties was carried out in accordance with SanPiN 2.4.3.1186-03, assessment of the conditions and nature of cadets' work in accordance with R 2.2.2006-05 "Guidelines for the hygienic assessment of the factors of the working environment and the labor process. Criteria and classification of working conditions". The processes of adaptation of the body of young men were studied in terms of psychophysiological status on a computer complex KPFK-99 - "Psychomat". To assess the adaptation of the cardiovascular system to physical activity, the Rufier index and the Martinet-Kushelevsky test were used. Statistical processing of materials was carried out using the program "Statistica for Windows 10.0". It is shown that vocational training of students in the process of passing educational practice in the shops of a ship repair enterprise, as well as swimming practice is accompanied by the impact on cadets of unfavorable production factors: microclimatic, increased sound pressure and vibration levels, exceeding the permissible content of chemicals in the air of the working area. The nature of the factors of educational and production activity of cadets during the periods of technological, swimming practice leads to a decrease in the adaptation processes of the body of young men, which is manifested by changes in the indicators of the psychophysiological status and functional activity of the cardiovascular system during stress tests. Negative factors of atmospheric air pollution of the environment, regardless of the territorial affiliation of the settlement, contribute to an increase in the overall incidence of cadets with a predominance of respiratory diseases. Among students with a deficit or excess body weight, in the process of passing professional practice, the number of people with low indicators of the body's adaptive ability to workloads is increasing.

Continuous improvement of protocols for the treatment of various ailments, in particular, osteochondrosis, is one of the important tasks of providing medical care to elderly patients. Supplementation of treatment with Cytoflavin and biofeed-back therapy seems to be a promising solution, however, it is necessary to develop an algorithm to predict it effectiveness in patients taking into account their initial clinical and psychophysiological status. As a result of the treatment, predictors of the effectiveness of the use of Cytoflavin and biofeed-back therapy have been identified and an algorithm for their administration has been developed.

According to many domestic and foreign scientists, the ability of a person to maintain professional efficiency and integrated behavior in extreme conditions is primarily determined by psychophysiological factors. The specialists of extreme profile, due to the consciousness of a threat to life, there is a constant readiness for action, not always aware of them.Aim. The paper presents empirical studies of the psychophysiological status of representatives of various difficult professions, including at the content level of the extreme component (dispatchers, servicemen, military pilots and specialists engaged in the spent nuclear fuel (SNF) recycling).Materials and methods. Psychophysiological status was revealed with the use of electroencephalographic (EEG) study, data of simple (SVMR) and complex visual-motor reaction (CVMR) and color test of M. Lusher in the interpretation of I. Tcyganok.Results. As a result of the study, it was found that the highest efficiency was found in firefighters and soldiers, the highest rates of stress, not going beyond the corridor standards are typical for submariners and specialists in the SNF recycling. In submariners, the professional load was reflected by an increase in the rhythm index A, in military pilots the level of operator performance increased due to the activation of compensatory mechanisms.

The characteristics of transformation of the psychophysiological state of servicemen during a long stay in the combat zone have been studied. The psychophysiological status of servicemen, muscular strength and endurance of right and left arms were assessed. The obtained results indicate that the studied contingent was heterogeneous in its psychophysiological status and was divided into two subgroups «better» and «worse». It was found that the studied psychophysiological parameters are described by two orthogonal factors (65%) - the «activation and stress of the body» factor (38%) and the «quality of cognitive processes» factor (27%). The first factor is the most powerful, this indicates a significant role of a serviceman’s stress-resistance in the conditions of long stay in the combat zone. It was found that this factor is also the leading one in the «worse» subgroup, this to a lesser extent can prevent disorder and unpredictability of behavioral reactions of combatants. In the «better» subgroup «quality of cognitive processes» was the leading factor. It plays a significant role in the balanced activity of functional systems of the body responsible for formation of adaptive behavioral responses during long-term action of high-level stressors. The decisive rules for selection of servicemen best suited for carrying out official duties in conditions of high-risk activities have been developed.

Introduction. Universities start their education in their associated pre-universities using University principles of education and modern technologies. The study of the impact of specialized medical training on senior high school students, and the justification of approaches to the hygienic assessment of modern technologies for their specialized training is relevant. Material and methods. The study based on the pre-University of Sechenov University, attended by 181 students aged 15-17 years. The assessment of the psychophysiological status of students was performed using specialized questionnaires (Klimov, Kettel, Schulte, Munsterberg, Spielberg-Hannin, SAN). Physiological methods included the assessment of indices: CFFF, RBD, tremorometry. Results. Specialized medical training exceeds the weekly training load-38-40 hours. Individual project activities are allocated 20 hours per week. Simulation classes are held once a week for 90 minutes with a 5-minute break in the middle. The schedule of classes corresponds to the physiological performance curve. The duration of homework exceeds hygiene standards in 69.2% of students. Among the students, only one in four has a tendency to work in the “person - to-person” system. Mental performance, indices of CSCM, RDO of students in the dynamics of the school day are stable. Indices of tremorometry in simulation classes are stable and indicate a good state of coordination capabilities of the hands. In simulation activities, 53.5% of students have higher-than-average activity, which is 1.4 times more than in a traditional lesson. All students are characterized by a high level of anxiety in all types of educational activities. Conclusion. Training using design and research, digital, simulation, and phantom technologies is adequate to the physiological capabilities of the body of students and can be recommended for the use in medical profile training. Hygienic examination of technologies of profile training of pupils should be based on a comprehensive approach, including assessment of psychophysiological status of students, and also indices of a psychofunctional state students during the lessons.

We performed a psychophysiological comparison of two groups of subjects under modeled space microgravity: one was not offered any countermeasure and the other, rotated on a short-arm centrifuge. Speech analysis and cognitive testing revealed changes at the onset and during acute adaptation. Some of the speech parameters correlated well with the results of cognitive and sensorimotor testing.
