PRACTICAL APPROACHES TO PREVENTION OF FIRES IN RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS DUE TO VIOLATION OF RULES OF INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF FURNACE HEATING

В статье анализируется динамика количества пожаров, происходящих вследствие нарушения правил эксплуатации и установки печного оборудования, количество травмированных и погибших в результате пожаров в жилом секторе. Рассматриваются основные нормативные правовые акты, действующие на территории Российской Федерации в области установки и эксплуатации печного оборудования. Сформулированы основные правила эксплуатации печного оборудования в жилых домах. The article analyzes the dynamics of number of fires caused by violation of rules of operation and installation of furnace equipment. And also there are analyzed the number of injured and dead as a result of fires in the residential sector. There are considered the main regulatory legal acts in the field of installation and operation of furnace equipment on the Russian Federation territory. The basic operating rules of furnace equipment in residential buildings are formulated.

Problems and Trends in the Development of Mass and Elitist Systems of General Education in the Far North

The Far North is the most important territory for Russia, which largely determines the pace and prospects of socio-economic development. This means that its development requires special attention. One of the main drivers for the development of the Far North is the system of general education, which meets the needs of the society and the economy of the macro region. The article considers it in two ways. First, a comparison is made between the Far North and the rest of the country of the dynamics of indicators that characterize the training of the most talented and motivated children. For this purpose, the number of winners and prize-winners of the all-Russian subject Olympiads since the academic year 2011/2012 is ana-lyzed. It is shown that their number is significantly lower than the national average. Second, the dynamics of number of educational institutions, children attending them, and teachers working there are considered. The conclusion is made about the significant deterioration of the indicators, which is associated primarily with unfavorable demographic dynamics. The problems faced by the education system are considered and measures aimed at improving the situation are proposed. The most important of them are the concentration of efforts on the development of the mass system of general education, preparing children for work and living in rural areas, and improving the information support of the implemented policy.

DYNAMICS OF NUMBER AND PRODUCTIVITY OF DAIRY AND MEAT-DAIRY COWS IN RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Представлен анализ изменения численности пробонитированного поголовья молочного и молочно-мясного скота и уровня его продуктивности в разрезе пород в РФ за 1999—2019 гг. Изучены данные ежегодной зоотехнической отчетности подконтрольных стад. В настоящее время все подконтрольное поголовье сосредоточенно в 2564 стадах, в том числе 1074 племенных. Доминирующее положение по численности животных сохраняется за популяцией скота черно-пестрой породы (49%). Отмечается стабильный рост поголовья голштинской породы. Заметно снижается численность комбинированных пород. Маточное поголовье симментальской породы сократилось более чем в 7 раз, холмогорской — в 3,5, красной степной — в 4,8, ярославской — в 2,8, бестужевской — в 14,1, сычевской — в 7,5 и костромской породы — в 4,5 раза. Молочная продуктивность по всем породам за 20 лет в среднем увеличилась на 4487 кг, или в 2,6 раза при незначительном изменении массовой доли жира и белка в молоке. Analysis of changing the number of valuated dairy and meat-dairy live stock and its productivity in Russia for the period of 1999—2019 is presented. The data of annual zootechnic reports of controlled herds is studied. At present all the controlled population is in 2564 herds including 1074 pedigree ones. Number supremacy of animals is for the black-and-white breed (49%). Consistent growth of the Holstein breed is on the rise. The number of combined breeds is decreasing. Nuclear herd of Simmental breed has been decreased about more than 7 times, Kholmogorskaya — about 3,5, Red Steppe — about 4,8, Yaroslavskaya — about 2,8, Bestuzhevskaya — about 14,1, Suchevskaya — about 7,5, Kostromskaya — about 4,5. Milk production of all the breeds for the last 20 years has been increased by 4487 kg or by 2,6 times while insignificant changes in weight content of fat and protein in milk are observed.

Dynamics of Number of Deported Peoples in the Northern Kazakhstan in the 1930s – 1940s

The scientific article discusses one of the main factors that have had a significant impact on the ethnic and demographic and multicultural development of Kazakhstan in the 1930s - 1940s. Twentieth century. In the above chronological period, such key determinants were the deportations of peoples and their subsequent resettlement on the territory of Kazakhstan. The article shows the geography of resettlement of deportees, the dynamics of the number, ethnic, social composition of immigrants who arrived in Kazakhstan. In preparing the article used archival documents, personal memories, census materials.

Dynamics of Number of Workers and Completing of Staff of the Enterprises of Timber Processing Complex of the Soviet Union in the 1930s

In article changes of number of human resources and ways of completing of work collectives of the enterprises of timber processing complex of the Soviet Union in the 1930s are investigated. Specific weight of the industry in the number of workers of the national economy of the country is revealed. Features and problems of attraction of human resources in the forest industry are considered by different methods. The conclusion is drawn on a crucial role of actions of mobilization and compulsory character in increase in number of workers who, nevertheless, did not allow to overcome deficiency of human resources in the industry.

The Shattered Soul

This article argues that Augustine’s understanding of the internal dynamics of number, order, and weight as they pertain to corporeal creatures supplies the basis for an analogy which characterizes the process of the soul’s reformation. In other words, Augustine understands the soul’s simplicity in an analogous manner to the simplicity of corporeal creatures, and the simplicity of corporeal creatures is determined by the relations between number, order, and weight. This analogy shows that Augustine conceives of the soul as a composite entity with different loves as its constituent parts. In the process of reformation, the soul acquires an ordered disposition as those loves become more like one another. By virtue of this ordered disposition, the soul also acquires a greater degree of integration or number because the likeness of weight among its constituent parts allows the soul to move as a unity toward God as its final end.

Dynamics of number, success of reproduction and territorial distribution of White Stork in the central part of Belarus

The results of White Stork Ciconia ciconia study on monitoring plot (area of 100 km2, Volozhin district, Minsk Region) in 2004–2018 are analyzed: numbers, spatial distribution, breeding success and location of nests on different supports. Decrease of numbers, significant reduction of breeding success and grow the rate of using electric pylons for nesting are allowed to make an unfavourable prognosis for population.
