Introduction. Social instability increases the importance of tolerance of uncertainty among representatives of different social and professional groups. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, educators' tolerance of uncertainty as a probable determinant of their psychological health is of particular interest for researchers. Aim: to study tolerance of uncertainty as a determinant of educational staff's psychological health in conditions of social tension. Methods: D. McLain's MSTAT-II (adapted by E.M. Osin), T. Galkina & N. Artemtseva's Attitude to Psychological Health Scale, Scale of Positive Mental Health by J. Lukat et al., and Locus of Health Control questionnaire. Results. It was found that the most pronounced components of tolerance of uncertainty were the attitude to novelty and preference of uncertainty. Uncertainty tolerance components affected most aspects of educators' psychological health. Conclusion. Tolerance of uncertainty should be seen as a determinant of educators' psychological health.

The results of surgical treatment of 197 patients with ventral hernias were analyzed, while 104 (52.8%) patients underwent simultaneous operations to correct the surgical pathology of the abdominal cavity organs and the anterior abdominal wall. In 20.1% of patients, the simultaneous stage of the operation was performed using a separate minilaparotomic approach. Tension alloplasty methods were performed in 48.2%, non-tension methods - in 51.8%, while 26.4% of patients underwent dermatolipidectomy. The study of the level of stress hormones during simultaneous operations on the abdominal cavity and abdominal wall organs in patients with ventral hernia showed that the degree of surgical aggression in most cases was influenced by the "tension" method of plasty of the anterior abdominal wall and the duration of the operation. Performing the stage of the operation to correct the pathology of the abdominal organs did not significantly affect the level of stress hormones.

This investigation involves the effects of non-ionic surfactant materials on the industrial sodium oleate, sodium naphthenate and their mixtures at different temperatures by the surface tension methods. The effects on the critical micelle concentration (CMC) of sodium oleate were assessed by the Toween 80(T-80) presence, polyethylene glycol, polyether and other non-ionic surfactant. T-80 was proved more effective than other non-surfactant in increasing the sodium oleate CMC at same concentration. Using the optimal composition of sodium fatty acid and the surfactant can reduce the temperature of separation hematite from 43°C to 23°C, achieve the purpose of low carbon and energy saving.

Pre-stressed reaction wall is an important test facility in structure laboratory.Reaction wall will bear large static and dynamic loads when working, so pre-stressed concrete structure is often used. A model of micro-concrete pre-stressed reaction wall is made in the test in order to insure tension quality of steel strand of reaction wall. Proposed 4 different tension schemes of reaction wall pre-stress rebar, and a comparative study on the variety trend and distribution of strain on reaction wall in the 4 different schemes. The experimental results show that the best schemes of tension pre-stress rebar is:use the wall cross-section center of gravity as the symmetric point, tension symmetrical up and down from central to outside. And we suggest that two times or supplement tension methods be use to stretching steel strand of reaction wall.
