This study empirically examines the family as the basis of social capital education. Furthermore, generations need social capital to grow and develop as moderate, tolerant, and caring characters towards humanist environmental issues. The main and fundamental task of the family is to conduct educational function, which is inherently social and religious in preparing generations. Therefore, it is necessary to have the right effort or approach to actualizing social capital for effectiveness. This helps develop a religious climate and form a pattern of behavior for each family member. Religion is used as an instrument that facilitates the internalization of social capital values in children and shapes their personality with a humanist character. Therefore, families significantly counteract radicalism in social life.

AbstractGenotypic errors, conflict between recorded genotype and the true genotype, can lead to false or biased population genetic parameters. Here, the effect of genotypic errors on accuracy of genomic predictions and genomic relationship matrix are investigated using a simulation study based on population and genomic structure comparable to black tiger prawn, Penaeus monodon. Fifty full-sib families across five generations with phenotypic and genotypic information on 53 K SNPs were simulated. Ten replicates of different scenarios with three heritability estimates, equal and unequal family contributions were generated. Within each scenario, four SNP densities and three genotypic error rates in each SNP density were implemented. Results showed that family contribution did not have a substantial impact on accuracy of predictions across different datasets. In the absence of genotypic errors, 3 K SNP density was found to be efficient in estimating the accuracy, whilst increasing the SNP density from 3 to 20 K resulted in a marginal increase in accuracy of genomic predictions using the current population and genomic parameters. In addition, results showed that the presence of even 10% errors in a 10 and 20 K SNP panel might not have a severe impact on accuracy of predictions. However, below 10 K marker density, even a 5% error can result in lower accuracy of predictions.

Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to determine the extent of the influence of gadgets on elementary school children, especially in the aspect of personality, as well as how parents' efforts in providing supervision and direction for their children. Research methodology: This type of research is qualitative with the case study method. The instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, for data analysis, researchers used descriptive-analytic techniques. The data analyzed is then tested for validity using the credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. Results: The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of gadgets on children's personalities, including temperament, indifference, a fast-developing mindset without appropriate stages, love to share, and be creative. Limitations: This research is far from perfect; the author realizes that there are limitations in the research process, one of which is that the subject and object of research are only taken within the scope of the family. Contribution: This research is expected to be useful in the world of education, especially educators and the family environment as a reference in implementing digital parenting for their children. Keywords: Gadgets, Personality, Children, Parents

This study focuses on two discussions. First, to describe the application of character education at SMA Negeri 2 Lhokseumawe. Second, to describe the obstacles in the application of character education so that it is not effective in overcoming student deviant behavior. By using a qualitative approach, this study comes to an understanding that the implementation of character education in SMA Negeri 2 Lhokseumawe is carried out through several strategies, including: a). providing outreach to teachers; b). preparation of syllabus and lesson plans based on character education; c). integrating and applying values in the teaching and learning process in the classroom; d) creating a school culture; e) habituation; and f) teacher exemplary. The implementation of character education in order to reduce students' deviant behavior has not been optimal because it faces a number of obstacles, such as a) minimal family contribution; b) inconsistency of values and norms at school and outside school; and c) teachers' difficulties in adapting to curriculum changes. In addition, the definition of deviant behavior and social dysfunction has so far only relied on "blaming deviant individual behavior", but ignores problems at the school structure level that can lead students to deviant behavior and anomie states.

AbstractCovid-19 strategy of lockdown has affected the lives of millions. The strict actions to enclose the epidemic have exposed many households to inner tensions. Domestic violence has been reported to increase during the lockdown. However, the reasons for this phenomenon have not been thoroughly investigated. Melanocortin GPCRs family contribution to aggression is well documented. ASIP (nonagouti) gene plays a vital role in regulating the melanocortin GPCRs family function, and it is responsible for regulating aggression in mice. We conducted a selection analysis of ASIP. We found that it negatively purified from Shark to humans. In order to better asses the effect of this gene in mammals, we performed RNA-seq analysis of a knockout of an ASIP crisper-cas mouse model. We found that ASIP KO in mice upregulates several genes controlling auditory function, including Phox2b, Mpk13, Fat2, Neurod2, Slc18a3, Gon4l Gbx2, Slc6a3(Dat1) Aldh1a7 Tyrp1 and Lbx1. Interestingly, we found that Slc6a5, and Lamp5 as well as IL33, which are associated with startle disease, are also upregulated in response to knocking out ASIP. These findings are indicative of a direct autoimmune effect between aggression-associated genes and startle disease. Furthermore, in order to validate the link between aggression and auditory inputs processing. We conducted psychological tests of persons who experienced lockdown. We found that aggression has risen by 16 % during the lockdown. Furthermore, 3% of the subjects interviewed reported a change in their hearing abilities. Our data shed light on the importance of the auditory input in aggression and open perceptions to interpret how hearing and aggression interact at the molecular neural circuit level.

he formation of the automotive industry in Europe in the early twentieth century was considered. The data about car development in Great Britain, France and Germany is given. It was shown how the automobile racing influenced on the development of cars, in particular the transition from cars creation with a steam engine to cars creation with an internal combustion engine. More and more people became interested in this type of transportation. It was shown that at that time in Europe there were many workshops where cars were developed by scientists-innovators. Among such pioneers of the car industry is to Beckman's family. The activity of this family starting from Paul Beckman to his son Otto Jr. and even his daughter Ilse is presented. To date, it is extremely limited information about Beckmann's family contribution to the automotive industry in Europe. It was Paul Beckmann who started constructing cars in Wroclaw. At the factory which was founded by his father the production of both as small cars and as trucks and even sports was organized. It is noted that before the beginning of the World War I the most efficient cars developed a speed of up to 95 km/h. Beckmann's family cars became prize-winners of the international competitions of that time. It is stated that Paul Beckman can be considered the initiator of a safety belt. His cars were equipped with special leather straps. It should be noted that the company successfully developed and had a dealer network in Germany, Poland and Russia. During the interwar period, the company collapsed and was bought by a larger brand. However, Otto Jr., son of Paul Beckman, continued to take care of a family business. Today there is only one car with the mark of the Wroclaw car factory.
