Abstract Risk transmission has three elements: risk source, risk flow and risk carrier. The paper quotes the asymmetric model and the joint asymmetric model to analyse the conduction effects of financial risks. At the same time, the article uses the elasticity coefficient to quantitatively calculate the risk transmission effect of the two supply chain financial financing modes. The research results prove that the risk transmission ability of each financial market has individual differences, and the foreign exchange market does not have significant risk transmission ability to other markets during the rising stage. The joint asymmetric model is more effective in predicting corporate financial risks.

Abstract This article presents the topical progresses in the arena of an approach to articulate an experimental databased model for jaw type flexible clutches. The developing countries are facing very acute problems of the energy crisis. It has become essential to use human energy for energizing the manufacturing process machine. This kind of machine necessitates a flexible clutch for torque transmission. Due to the intricate impact phenomenon, flexible clutches cannot be deliberate without experimental data. Therefore, the experimentation methodology and experimental setup to evaluate the performance of torque transmitted by the clutch have been augment. It is obliging for selection of the optimum clutch-type for various applications in low powered processing machines. This study of analysing suitable material can be useful for the comparative study of Jaw type flexible clutches and their transmission ability. Mathematical model and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) development are essential, to evaluate the belongings of altered components and to make forecasts about behaviour.

Since small objects occupy less pixels in the image and are difficult to recognize. Small object detection has always been a research difficulty in the field of computer vision. Aiming at the problems of low sensitivity and poor detection performance of YOLOv3 for small objects. AFYOLO, which is more sensitive to small objects detection was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the DenseNet module is introduced into the low-level layers of backbone to enhance the transmission ability of objects information. At the same time, a new mechanism combining channel attention and spatial attention is introduced to improve the feature extraction ability of the backbone. Secondly, a new feature pyramid network (FPN) is proposed to better obtain the features of small objects. Finally, ablation studies on ImageNet classification task and MS-COCO object detection task verify the effectiveness of the proposed attention module and FPN. The results on Wider Face datasets show that the AP of the proposed method is 11.89%higher than that of YOLOv3 and 8.59%higher than that of YOLOv4. All of results show that AFYOLO has better ability for small object detection.

Since the end of 2020, the mass vaccination has been actively promoted and seemed to be effective to bring the COVID-19 pandemic under control. However, the fact of immunity waning and the possible existence of antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) make the situation uncertain. We developed a dynamic model of COVID-19 incorporating vaccination and immunity waning, which was calibrated by using the data of accumulative vaccine doses administered and the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020 in mainland China. We explored how long the current vaccination program can prevent China in a low risk of resurgence, and how ADE affects the long-term trajectory of COVID-19 epidemics. The prediction suggests that the vaccination coverage with at least one dose reach 95.87%, and with two-doses reach 77.92% on August 31, 2021. However, even with the mass vaccination, randomly introducing infected cases in the post-vaccination period can result in large outbreaks quickly in the presence of immunity waning, particularly for SARS-CoV-2 variants with higher transmission ability. The results showed that with the current vaccination program and a proportion of 50% population wearing masks, mainland China can be protected in a low risk of resurgence till 2023/01/18. However, ADE effect and higher transmission ability for variants would significantly shorten the protective period for more than 1 year. Furthermore, intermittent outbreaks can occur while the peak values of the subsequential outbreaks are decreasing, meaning that subsequential outbreaks boosted the immunity in the population level, which further indicating that catching-up vaccination program can help to mitigate the possible outbreaks, even avoid the outbreaks. The findings reveal that integrated effects of multiple factors, including immunity waning, ADE, relaxed interventions, and higher transmission ability of variants, make the control of COVID-19 much more difficult. We should get ready for a long struggle with COVID-19, and should not totally rely on COVID-19 vaccine.

Abstract Avian leukosis virus subgroup J (ALV-J) is the most prevalent subgroup in chickens and exhibits increasing pathogenicity and stronger horizontal and vertical transmission ability among different kinds of chickens. Although vertical transmission of ALV-J from hens infected through artificial insemination was reported before by the detection of swabs and serum, but there was no further research on the transmission pattern of ALVs in the roosters. In the present study, the introduction of Hy-line brown roosters significantly increased the p27 positive rate of ALV in an indigenous flock detected by ELISA and virus isolation. Sequence analysis and IFA showed that it is classified into ALV-J subgroup, locating in a new branch compared with the domestic and foreign referential sequences. Meanwhile, the gp85 gene of the ALV-J isolated in the hens and its albumens had a homology of 94.1–99.7% with that in the roosters, which means that the strain is quite likely transmitted to the hens and their offspring through insemination of the roosters. In addition, there are four ALV-J infection status in plasma and semen of rooster (V + S+, V-S+, V + S-, V-S-), so the eradication of ALV in rooster requires simultaneous virus isolation of semen and plasma. Additionally, compared with ALV detection in samples by DF-1 cells, directly detecting ALV in semen by ELISA exists some false positives. Collectively, our results suggested that the incomplete eradication process of roosters leads to the sporadic findings of ALV-J in laying hens

This paper is aimed at the problem that the process of students’ developmental assessment is too comprehensive and the process of data collection is too old. It is very important but the performance of existing methods cannot meet the actual needs. So, this paper puts forward the design of distributed collection model of students’ developmental information based on Internet of Things technology, which is based on the hardware design of students’ developmental information distributed collection such as RF RC500F chip, TIMSP430 microprocessor, and interface in Internet of Things environment. Experimental results show that the model has less noise interference and strong data transmission ability, has higher collection accuracy of student development information, and can improve the authenticity and comprehensiveness of student development assessment.

Inter-provincial market trading is putting up with to implement the national energy strategy, increasing clean energy consuming and optimization energy allocation in large-scale. To promote energy consumption, the inter-province power transmission channel’ potential needs to be full excavate to deal with clean energy fluctuation, improving trading frequency and reduce transaction period. This article puts up with an inter-province power market trading space calculation method to calculate the available power transmission ability of inter-provincial transmission channel, discovering transmission channel and releasing transaction space. Besides, for certain transmission channel or supply-demand province’s electricity requirements, the calculation method can explore the trading market space, organizing clean energy evacuation to improve transmission channel utilization and safety checking pass rates, reducing blocking.
